I purchased 2 locks and the guy just hands them to me, I didn't even see him open it, so how would I know if he made copies of these keys, then we ended up not using them, this guy basically tells me that they just want to make sure that it wasn't moved in then I'll get my refund. He send me an email with what I paid and that's it, I'm sure he pocketed my refund. I wouldn't trust these morons for anything, this was back in September it is now December and I have not heard back from this location nor the one in Citrus Heights, yes we rented 2 units that was never used and was cancelled within 48hrs of us signing, so at this point time to let everyone know, anyone that would listen even filling a BBB Complaint. Let's see now that I'm settled in, I'm going to have a lot of free time! 1 Star for 2026 and Citrus Heights is also going to get one (1 star Review) as well!
