FANTASTIC cinnamon rolls with so many toppings to choose from! My favorite is the s'mores one - perfect every time. The shop is 100% vegan and you would never know it. It's perfect for my daughter who has a dairy allergy and freeing to know she can order anything on the menu without issues or modifications!! read more

Fan of Cinnaholic for a few years, this was my first time at the Long Beach location. I ordered a few items which included the LBC Cinnamon Roll and a scoop of the mocha chocolate cookie dough to go. It took a while for my order, but I didn't mind waiting. Note: it was not extremely busy and there were three associates. When the associate did call my name she only had two items for me, minus the dole whip swirl I had ordered and paid for. I indicated I had also paid for the dole whip swirl. The associate indicated it might've been put in the freezer, it was not. She made another, and handed it to me. This should've been a red flag that something was wrong with my order, but I thought nothing at the time. When I got home, I was hoping to sit down and enjoy my LBC Roll (which was supposed to have various toppings), instead I received a container with a plain wrap roll. I proceeded to check the container with the cookie dough and found another plain item, this was very upsetting as I had paid almost 9.00 dollars for a plain unappetizing cinnamon roll and 4.00 dollars for a plain scoop of cookie dough. I was extremely dissatisfied with my order and with the quality of service at this location. Worst experience, consumers please check your items when ordering to go. read more

I just love this place! The cinnamon rolls are out of this world and the aesthetic inside the store is really nice. The customer service is amazing! They just opened and I've already been there twice :) Happy customer. read more

The place has the most amazing cinnamon rolls covered with the most delicious frosting known to man. The male worker this Sunday morning was so kind a phenomenal and friendly. He should be recognized for his customer service. I didn't catch his name sadly. So if you are in the area on Sundays you should stop in and I assure you it's worth it read more

Fave cinnamon buns! They have custom ones, or I think you can also create your own. And shockingly, they taste better than Cinnabon, that's for sure. read more

I was randomly craving cinnamon buns and decided to give this place a try! It really did hit the spot! One thing I'll mention is that although I ordered one roll (old school) I felt like I was awkwardly waiting a while ? I saw about 4 people total in the front of the store (I could tell two were occupied with some sort of training) but I was waiting at least 5 minutes. I wasn't in a rush or anything so I'm happy the bun tasted fresh and was warm. With melty (in a good way) cream cheese frosting :-) It was worth the wait Another thing - I saw another customer order coffee and I think they were told coffee is self serve (I could be wrong). There was no coffee on display anywhere. I guess it was never communicated to cashier that their coffee machine was down, bummer. read more

I went there today with a friend and got a cinnamon roll. It was greet hot and didn't finish until later but it was still pretty good. I only wanted light frosting and they fixed it for me that way. Friendly customer service and almost like the cinnamon rolls I remember as a kid. Nice treat! read more

This might have been the best cinnamon roll I've ever eaten. I like a basic roll but to me it's just kind of meh. I had the coffee flavored frosting with cookie dough on top (it had a local name but I can't remember it) and it was spectacular. One of the best desserts I've ever eaten that's for sure. I'm glad it's not right down the street from me otherwise I'd go way too often read more

They have good cinnamon rolls, I just wished they opened at 8am so we could pick them up on the way to work.

2nd STREET LONG BEACH LOCATION Horrible service and crappy attitudes presented by the employees. After waiting 15 minutes for my cinnamon roll, I was spoken to in a very impertinent way for pouring a cup of water with the provided pitcher that is for customers. With sincere confusing as to why I couldn't have the water, I questioned the employee for her comment and then was asked to leave the establishment. While waiting for my dessert, there was even a couple that had walked in, to purchase something and was clearly displeased with the employee's inferior demeanor that they walked out and did not even order anything. Despite the poor experience, the dessert itself was genuinely horrid. The frosting on the cinnamon roll tasted like buttered popcorn. I actually had to throw it away. I do not recommend this place. read more

Can I just say yum! I've never been a big fan of cinnamon, but I was soo drawn in by the advertising on FB that I just needed to try it. I'm not in the least disappointed. Fresh made to "my" order and scrumptious. My choice was chocolate, almonds, and strawberries. Most cinnamon rolls have frosting that is overwhelmingly sweet but Cinnaholic hit the sweet spot perfectly. I can't wait to go back and try a different combo of toppings. read more

Parking is horrible, be prepared to feed a mentor. The young ladies was kind soft spoken and our cinnamon rolls look just like it was advertised and tasted very good. read more

First off let me start by saying I'm a baker so I'm very picky When it comes to my sweets and baked goods. This place from the cinnamon roll to the cookie dough to the marshmallow frosting has it all together. It was delicious. The cinnamon roll was hot the cookie dough was fresh and the marshmallow frosting was out of this world. If you have not tried Cinnaholic yet you're missing out. read more

I don't get how everyone likes the taste of uncooked plain dough. Gross! I am a huge fan of cinnamon rolls and got the Classic. Super gross and didn't take it back because I kept hoping it would get better. Big mistake and waste of the calories. I will say the icing is dope (but honestly tastes like sweet butter). Will go back to try the Dole whip but das all. Sad. read more

I had been craving a Cinnabon roll, but due to kidney issues I knew it was something I just needed to stay away from. Then one night after dining out in Long Beach, I saw this place with all of its delicious rolls on display and had stop by. Boy am I glad I found this place especially when the clerk told me that their rolls were plant based. I had the Berry Roll. It was sooooooooooooo good !!! read more

Was so sad after waiting anxiously for this place to open. The samples did not look appealing so I got 3 regular rolls. Very disappointing. Chewy, yeasty dough. Gets tough after sitting and improved a little in the microwave. My cinnamon addict friends were not impressed. The cinnamon and sugar flavors were good but not the roll. Not sure if it was due to the baking process. read more

Ailene and Angela and christy were great fast and even made my icing fresh. Thank you for taking such good care on me.

Place is so dank can't even tell it's vegan my favorite is the edible cookie dough and the original comin an roll

The cinnamon rolls are not great. I honestly would rather have cinnabon any day over these cinnamon rolls. They hide the roll's lack of flavor with too many unnecessary toppings and too much of the gluttonous frosting which honestly tasted like sugary processed butter. Sorry cinnaholic but I was not a fan. The service was good and the employees were nice. read more

Wanted a cinnamon roll, and they delivered (literally). I like the basic one, but if you're adventurous they have tons for you. I gave my non-vegan dad a mini. He liked it and only said it "tasted vegan" after I told him. I'd say it's a good place for omnivores too. read more

Really good cinnamon rolls. The only downfall is how unwelcoming and rude the employees there are:(

This new place on second street opened up and since I love sweet jills it took me a moment to try this place....well to my surprise it was delicious....they offer their signature cinnamon rolls-I tried their shoreline one.... these rolls are not too sweet and perfect size for the price..you can build your own cinnamon roll and add on their cookie dough.... also their pineapple/mango dole whip was similar to sorbet-was delicious...they were different and I would Come back... they offer two tables outside so expect to take it to go...it's small inside so There was a little wait...staff was friendly and guided us on the menu.... the menu board was easy to ready on their 1-2-3 steps...if you life fancy doughnuts your going to like these fancy cinnamon rolls! read more

I tried this establishment today with my mom, first off the employees, upon entering, turned their back to us, throwing back a mediocre hello as though not wanting to welcome anyone coming in and instead seemed embellished in their conversation and preferring to nibble on whatever they had in the back before providing service. Second, the cinnamon roll wasn't cooked well throughout; I had to throw it away after one bite and go to another establishment with better service and food. read more

As a Long Beach native I always love seeing some classic chains move closer to where I live. I've been to Cinnaholic acouple times and everyone seems very nice when I come in. The other day though I could overhear one of the workers, I think her same was Susan or Susie or something, talking badly about one of the other coworkers who was nearby cleaning up. I saw her coworker get upset and go to the back. I just feel that is very unprofessional and seems like a bad place to work. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, that definitely rubbed me the wrong way and I don't know if I'll be coming back. The deserts itself was really good, it's just a shame that I felt like me and my friend who were enjoying our deserts had to be brought into the drama of the management. Hopefully the next time I stop in there is some more professionalism. read more

Soooooo delicious! I've gone twice this weekend. They have all these crazy types of buns but honestly the Old Skool is perfection and it's all I need in life. I'll be going there a lot in the future. Worth the try! read more

Got the original cinnamon roll with some caramel sauce topping. Very delicious. Need to come back for the cookie dough concoctions next.

Terrible service, coffee cold and old and employees wanted to microwave it warm. Ridiculous when asked to get fresh coffee made me feel like as if I had a problem and they all started gossiping and making gestures towards me and my husband. They need to train employees better to learn how to greet and treat customers read more

What did I like? Ummmm EVERYTHING. Customer service is stellar and so accommodating. I'm an old school cinnamon roll girl, but the specialty rolls lol yum! read more

I was disappointed. Overly sweet and small. If you want real cinnamon buns, go to Sweet Jill's down the street.

Oh my gosh! Best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! I can't wait to go back. I got my cinnamon roll with cake batter frosting with sprinkles and cookie dough. I definitely recommend. read more

I haven't left a Yelp review in a long time but feel the need. I first went here a few weeks ago. The girl recommended the basic cinnamon roll for our first time so we did. Got home and I can't explain it but it just tasted off. Wasn't what I would call bad but not like any cinnamon roll I'd ever had. Went back a couple weeks later and tried the apple one. Again, was just ok but sort of meh. Was curious and checked out their website. Was shocked to learn there that everything is vegan. Neither my girlfriend nor I recalled seeing anything in the store that mentioned vegan. We stopped in a few days ago just to check out their signage and saw nothing. I asked one of the guys working if their rolls are vegan and he said yes. I asked why their wasn't one bit of signage indicating this and he pointed me to a translucent sticker on the front window with a V. I had no clue what that meant and you can barely see it even if you do know. He also sounded almost pissed that I was asking and seemed like he didn't want anyone else around us hearing it. My question: why would you want to hide this? There are people out there who want vegan options and those of us who don't should be told. Go down the street to Moon Mountain coffee and they have a nice big sign that says "Vegan cinnamon rolls". Seems really deceptive....I don't get it and don't plan to return. read more

Tried the cinnamon rolls today. They were ok. Kind of small in size not a lot cinnamon. I have had better

I'm not much of a sweet tooth but the strawberry cheesecake cinnamon roll was so good! Definitely something to share or it may be too much sugar. The graham crackers bits on top was a really nice touch. The cinnamon roll itself was warm and toasty and had a good texture. Warming up the strawberries slightly would have made this even better. But overall was pleased with what I had. read more

I've been wanting to visit this place since I saw their ad on Facebook- it did not disappoint!! I got the strawberry cheesecake cinnamon roll. It had come right out of the oven. Absolutely delicious ! The service was friendly and great too! Will be back soon!!! read more

Ashley is such a great employee!!! I came here the other day for the first time after moving to Long Beach. I didn't know what to order, and she helped me decide on the delicious tropical bliss cinnamon roll. It was fairly priced, warm, and fresh. The cinnamon roll looked like a homespun masterpiece. It was fluffy as a pillow, toasty brown, and shot through with acorn-colored swirls. My compliments to the chef :) I will definitely be coming back! read more

Best vegan cinnamon bun ever!!! Highly recommend but better to share it cause they're very huge

Simply amazing. What can we say. They're fresh super sugary cinnamon rolls that you can customize. Can you even ask for more ?! Add the bananas! And skip the creme brûlée sauce it tastes a little alcoholic, unless you're into that. Also, the cheese frosting is amazing but smells cheesy. Smell was stuck to my upper lip and *gags* horrible but delicious. Just wash your face good after. read more

This place was amazing. A tad bit too sweet to eat all by yourself but it's overall so tasty and delicious. I highly highly recommend.
