She asked all the right questions and told me what was happening before each new step because it was my first time and I had asked her to so that I wouldn't get caught off guard. She began by soaking my feet in warm/hot water for a few minutes and then proceeded to cut/trim my cuticles and toenails to my preference. She then added in the first 2 packages from the volcano set and an eruption of bubbles starting foaming! I then got my heels scrubbed which was pretty intense for me but she had given me a warning beforehand so it was all good. She then exfoliated my legs with a sugar scrub followed by a rinse. A mask was applied to my legs after the rinse and then each leg was wrapped with a hot towel. After the towels cooled off, oil was applied and the massage began. It started with a hot stone massage, followed by a dip into paraffin wax which felt awesome! After the wax cooled off, it was rinsed off and she applied the lotion from the volcano package and finished the pedi off with a great foot/leg/shoulder massage. The aroma stuck to me until I got home 3 hours later. My feet and toes felt brand new (soft like a little baby's) 10/10 I would highly recommend.

The nail technician told me to my face that no one likes doing my nails whenever I come in, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been getting the same pedicure since I started coming here: curved nails, a French tip, and shellac. Despite this, they consistently fail to get it right. My nails are often crooked, the work is poorly done, and there have even been instances where I was left bleeding. What makes the experience even worse is that when you point out an issue, instead of taking accountability and correcting it, they become defensive and try to make you feel like you're the problem. The quality of service and customer service are both extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive the service I'm paying for, not be made to feel unwelcome for requesting a simple, consistent service. I have given this place multiple chances, but enough is enough. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality work and professional customer service.

However, as I was leaving today, I noticed I hadn't received a receipt so I asked for one. When I got to my car and reviewed it, I saw I had been charged an extra $10 for a "nail fix." That was confusing to me because I came in for a builder gel set on my real nails and they had done my previous set as well. I went back inside to ask about it and was told by the manager that the charge was because I had partially removed the gel from two of my nails. I explained that the gel had started peeling after two weeks, so I removed part of it myself this morning knowing I was going to come get them fixed after work today. My main concern is not necessarily the $10 itself, but the lack of transparency. Three different employees assisted me today between my pedicure and gel set and at no point was I informed there would be an additional charge. When I asked why no one thought to alert me, I was told they "thought I knew." Very odd response for it only being my 3rd time. I was initially excited to find a new nail salon that provided good service and transparent pricing, but adding charges without communicating them beforehand (and then making excuses for the lack of communication) makes me reconsider returning

Unfortunately, after 2 days my nails were chipping. I returned to the nail salon and the guy technician fixed 3 nails without charge. But week later my nails started to chip again. I work in a medical office and I'm not rough with my hands. I'm very disappointed in the product and results of the nail. With all time I have been coming, I have seen all types of people come into the establishment and never noticed any of the staff acting unprofessional towards anyone. I was at the establishment when the person was there that calls the ladies racist. I witnessed the altercation and can attest they were not yelling at her until AFTER she had been yelling for over 5 minutes. For the non-regular customers or customers they don't know very well, they do require a driver's license. Many establishments still require this and if the person had actually taken a breath and thought about it, she would remember back when people wrote checks, this was a common occurrence. This is because they have been scammed with someone paying with a card and then the charges are cancelled. They do have copies of the receipts as proof as well as a sign saying they need the license. The ladies asked is she had another form of payment and even said they can take Apple Pay. Eventually after paying, she yelled that she wasn't coming back and started yelling again. I had had enough and was getting a headache and just said Hey, just go. She proceeded to tell me to stay out of it bi*ch and stomped out. 15 minutes later, she came back to take pictures of everything. Never in all the time she was yelling did she call them racist.
