After Dr Cindy Tseng dropped me via a letter after 15 years of being in this practice (that she took over). The letter said it was because she could not longer "treat my issues". So I found a better dentist that gave me a complete plan for addressing issues with all cost details with one stop shop! I am not referred to another place that ends up asking for more $$$ 5 months later (gang$ter) after the treatment. I suspect she was not happy when I asked "Why are you not recommending interdental products like Tepe for patients with deep pockets?" instead of that ineffective product that does nothing. Let me begin by saying I am not a fan of dentists. any dentist. I had a very bad experience some time back. And now I have anxiety whenever seeing a dentist. If you have had a bad experience you can appreciate why finding a dentist who is qualified, and caring is a godsend. Dr. Tseng and her thoughtful office staff and hygienists really have impressed me. The office is well managed and the staff are very well trained. Super nice, making it, an actual joy to go to the dentist. Cindy's dentist office is the best one I have ever visited. All the staff is friendly and great at what they do, so it makes my visit very enjoyable. What a trip. The only problem about this place is that it doesn't have 5 stars. I've only had my first visit, but boy was it a very friendly, welcoming experience. I for one am someone who (hot take) actually enjoys going to the dentist. It's kinda like finally getting a massage and paying someone to fix all your lazy and bad behaviors. So baseline, this place is great because it totally accomplished that. What makes this business a 5 star business is the people. Dr. Cindy kinda just showed up halfway through my visit and got straight to the point and made sense of everything that needed to be known. I say that because I read some really negative reviews from people like "Person A" (which is such a dumb way to act out a vendetta) and completely feel they are speaking off debased perspective. Taking the entire experience of visiting a business completely personal is beyond ridiculous. It is a fact that the great people who work here know their s**t and that alone should be enough for positive words. The hygienist (I believe that is the name of the role), Amy, was extremely lovely and delightful making an hour fly by with charm, but also vast knowledge of the entire process. An amount of knowledge I have never received at any dentist. Now I can validly say to strangers, "I have sensitive teeth" whenever I feel like being a diva. Thank you, Amy! That is all because of you. Anyway, don't even think twice about it. Pick this dentist! You can come find me personally if you find these claims false. In regards to finding the actual office, just use some of that charm to ask someone sitting outside for help. It's not that hard. Im sure they will be able to put two and two together if you can't. Fantastic place. No one wants to see the Dentist but this place is the best place I have ever been and I have seen a lot of different Dentists in my years. I thought my last place was great but this place sets the bar very high. Annie was by hygienist and she was wonderful and the best pain free cleaning I have had. I can't say enough about how nice this office is and everyone in it! I had to have some serious dental work done 3 weeks after moving to Seattle. I initially called to see if they were taking new patients and I was seen same day! I had my crowns done and on the follow up the reception noted that insurance didn't cover as much as they thought and I owed more. They were great about offering an option to pay it down and were transparent through the whole billing process. During check out, again by stroke of luck I needed a cleaning and they had an opening 10 minutes later. Their hygienist Amy is amazing. You can just tell that she's good people. All the staff I've interacted with and it's been a lot of them in a relatively short time have been great and friendly. I think it's also telling that they genuinely enjoy each other's company and it really makes for a great office atmosphere. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

I visited the dental office of Dr. Cindy Tseng for the first time last week. I was recommended to them and found them to be as professional, friendly, and as efficient as I was told. From the moment I walked into the office, Lindsey, the receptionist made me feel right at home. They were able to immediately obtain my records from my previous dentist, which had been requested by me, but were never sent. This thankfully saved me from some unnecessary x-rays. Amy, the dental hygienist, did a marvelous job deep cleaning my teeth. She was also really concerned with my comfort during the procedure. Dr. Cindy Tseng is a very friendly people person who makes you feel that she loves her profession! I tend to be nervous around medical people, but I found her very easy to talk to. She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. We discussed every option available to alleviate my problem. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Cindy Tseng and her dental team. A review for a dentist? Yes, and I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this. I've been going to this office for over 4 years since I moved to Seattle. Cindy and her team are overall, genuine, good and kind people. That makes the experience of going to the dentist one that is more like visiting friends (who also clean your teeth) than actually getting dental work done. They do a truly wonderful job with my teeth (I had a failed dental implant from my oral surgeon in Ohio, the implant replaced with the recommended Oral Surgeon from Dr. Kim and I couldn't be happier) as Dr. Kim and the team did my crowns. I get SO many compliments on them from friends and when I tell strangers that they are fake they don't believe me (and they aren't just being nice, they look better than I'd ever dreamed they'd look...I honestly can't say enough about how much I love my teeth). The entire staff have helped me with dental hygiene tips and tricks to make my teeth healthier but also not cost me a lot of time. Now I look forward to getting to see Cindy and everyone! Even the ladies who help schedule appointments brighten my day! They call and remind but not in an annoying way. They all remember me and it feels like I'm getting to catch up with friends when there. Lastly, you can't beat the views and ease of parking and location. Why would you see any other dentist? Having recently moved to Seattle, I setup an introductory visit at Dr. Tseng's office. From the get-go, the whole team was extremely friendly and informative, making me feel welcome as a new patient. The visit started with xrays and photos, documenting all the usual to-do's when you switch dental offices. I found my hygienist, Erin, to be easy-going and knowledgeable. Thanks, Erin! After a standard cleaning, Dr. Tseng did a final sweep and helped answer any questions I had. She had great energy and it felt like she really valued my presence there. Overall very well done! I went to this dentist because she was recommended, so I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but honestly, I don't care. You should never ask your patient, while they are there sitting in the chair and have explained they haven't been able to see a dentist because of fear and anxiety and depression, " Do you want your teeth?!" I knew I had a lot of work to be done. That's why I was there. I had finally gotten myself to go. Pushed myself to make the appt and actually walk thru the door. And she blew it. Apparently, This is not a dentist who cares about patients, unless you are an easy case with gorgeous, perfect teeth. Go to Aesthetic Dental, where I was able to get the help I needed and the kindness and understanding I deserved. Work on the empathy, please doctor. Since landing in Seattle 2 years ago, I've been seeing Dr. Tseng consistently for my regular checkups and for any consultations regarding major procedures. Amy is wonderful! I'm a tall order of a dental patient....anxious, ask a lot of questions, physically sensitive teeth and gums, fidget while in that damn chair, all that....and Amy was so so patient and kind. It really makes a difference having someone so nice and knowledgeable working on your mouth. Her demeanor plus the topical anesthetic she gave me worked wonders...I can't remember when I had such a calm, tolerable dental experience! Everyone else is very nice, too, and I've met Dr. Cindy twice now and she's great (very friendly, made sure I didn't have any questions), I simply didn't interact with the other staff as much as with Amy. Oh and a shout-out to Tannon, who fit me in for an appointment after I mixed up days and ended up missing my original one (embarrassing). She's always friendly and/or funny when I call or come in. I've been going to this clinic for 10+ yrs! The transition from Dr Kim to Dr Tseng was smooth and seamless. Very good and gentle with their patients. I also like that they prescribe treatments and not force when they find something wrong. Amazing customer service! My insurance plan changed with my new job and my previous dentist although I had been going to them for years was not in the network and their location was no longer desirable to go to for appointments. It's really hard to switch dentists, but I couldn't delay it anymore, because I needed a cleaning and I had a cracked back tooth causing pain. Dr. Tseng's team got me in right away, which I am so grateful for. Dr. Tseng did a very thorough new patient exam. Her hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth as well, I'm a bad flosser and there was no judgment. I was referred to Endodontics office and they did a great job on my root canal. Just visited the office yesterday and saw Dr. Cindy. Was a great experience. Found parking pretty easily. They got to me quickly. Amy my hygienist, was friendly and nice and I could tell was really good at her job. Amy put me at ease right away. She made my experience at the office.
