Best treatment I could've asked for! I had a high canine and decided to go with Invisalign. Keith Wong was the absolute best, such great communication and the team there was so friendly and supportive. Always called me 'friend', which made me happy. When I first went in, they asked about my concerns and I wanted to focus specifically on my high canine and if possible, align my midline a bit. They made sure that the treatment was personalized to what I wanted my smile to be. Great collaboration. I was not the best at taking my scans, but the team consistently kept me on track with reminders and continued working with me until I finally felt satisfied with my smile. Dr. Wong and his staff are fantastic. I had a fairly complicated orthodontic issue (and a history of braces in my teens, but my teeth and bite had never been fixed correctly). Amanda and Dr. Wong gave me a very thorough consultation with a comprehensive explanation of the treatment plan (including options of traditional brackets versus Invisalign), estimated treatment time and pricing differences, what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible to pay myself. I opted for treatment via Invisalign (which, for me, had to start with some brackets and rubber bands to move things around and make room for proper straightening). My treatment extended beyond the time estimate (it has been quite a journey), but Dr. Wong and his staff have been behind me and supportive all along the way. And with zero additional cost to me. I dubbed myself their "problem child," due to various challenges along the way (teeth don't always behave as expected) and my own moments of impatience and frustration... Although orthodontic treatment isn't always fun but I still had a greater than expected experience with them. All the 5-star reviews are well deserved to Dr. Wong and his staff, and my experience is no different. I'm only two weeks into treatment but I'm already stoked for my next adjustment. The space is clean and visually appealing. Booking an appointment is a breeze. Payment plans are accommodating. I don't think I could find anything wrong with this place as a client if I tried. Brie is super sweet with a bubbly personality. She did my photos, X-rays, and treatment recap. Manny has been the assistant to Dr. Wong thus far in my treatment and he's awesome. Even though we are identical twins I got braces for 18 months. Dr. Wong is really good with time estimation, he told me that it would take me 18 months and he was exactly right. For years I've been trying to fix an orthodontic issue, and I was referred to Dr. Wong by my dentist. At my initial visit, which lasted almost an hour free of charge, not only did he take numerous pictures, but he, and his staff, sat with me to discuss all of the issues I was having and potential options I might have. After that, he gathered all the records, and contacted other specialists I'd seen previously. When he finally came to a decision on the direction to take, Dr. Wong spent time discussing all of my options in detail and explained to me important details that other orthodontists hadn't let me know which explained so much to me about why I've been having teeth movement issues (fourth time having braces and teeth still move). I was very impressed by the thoroughness of his explanation and felt very comfortable with any work that would be done. Although many would think going to an orthodontist isn't that enjoyable, every time I go there I feel like I'm seeing old friends. Dr. Wong and their staff stand out for me is that they are all so very friendly and very accommodating. Their customer service to their patients is top notch. Further, the office is beautiful and the esthetics are very calming. As for making appointments, again, they are very accommodating to my schedule which is such a huge plus! Everyone at the office is kind and thoughtful, I had a great experience with Dr. Wong! I love the results of my Invisalign and felt supported all through treatment. I have wanted to get my teeth straightened for over twenty years. Multiple orthodontists recommended jaw surgery or multiple teeth extraction, one even said don't bother because my lower jaw was too small for my upper jaw. Dr. Wong and his team got it done without any extractions and I was even able to get Invisalign instead of traditional braces. Dr. Wong is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I bet he spends a lot of his free time reading up on orthodontics - he knows his stuff and seems really passionate his work. The office is spotlessly clean, all his employees are incredibly knowledgeable, and you get a response very quickly and patiently (I was a neurotic patient). Dr. Wong takes the time to explain every aspect of your treatment, if you're the type of patient that wants to know. The entire process was seamless, even though my treatment started at the beginning of the pandemic (they even accommodated overnighting aligners to my house once to save me a commute). Dr. Wong was very creative, customizing my treatment with something like a carriere distalizer bar, cut aligners, elastics, a bit of filing, and propel. I just got my Invisalign attachments off and I can't stop staring at teeth. I stopped being a model patient with my aligners towards the last leg of my treatment. Yet, my teeth came out beautiful. It's a testament to Dr. Wong's skills. Also, it's easy to find street parking. There's also other nice touches, like a office dog and the front desk always know who you are when you call and the latest status of your treatment. As for pricing, Dr. Wong was actually in the middle of the other quotes I received, and better priced than Leone & Vaugh. My friend went with L&V, and didn't have the extras like the dental monitoring phone app for weekly video monitoring of your teeth. Another thing I noticed is how well Dr. Wong runs his office - he seems to have really good staff retention and a large support team. A lot of other places I went for consultations seem to run with a skeletal staff, probably to maximize profits. I'm really, really happy with my teeth and I highly recommend Dr. Wong. For those who are nervous about dental work, the office has soothing decor with lots of natural lighting. Overall, this business has a lot of thoughtful, little touches that made the experience nice (again, coming from a dental work phobic person). This is the best ortho team you could ever ask for. I had consultations with 4 orthodontists and stopped looking when I met Dr. Wong. I knew I didn't need to look anywhere else because this was absolutely the place to go. Dr. Wong straightened my completely jacked up teeth in only 9 months with Invisalign and Propel. Propel was absolutely awesome and sped up my time with braces by about 60% and it only cost an additional $300ish dollars. Like, are you kidding me? When I heard I would only need to spend 9 months with braces instead of 2 years and all I had to do was pay an extra 300 bucks, I was all about it. Dr. Wong was the least expensive option I had come across but came with more perks than any other place I checked out. They have iTero scanning for way more accurate Invisalign trays, a permanent retainer at the end of your treatment, and the option to do Propel for a small fee. Honestly, look no further. Oh boy... Where do I start?!? Dr. Wong and his crew (Manny, Kim, Amanda, Jessica, Seth, Shannon, Tina, and co) are the gold standard that orthodontics (and healthcare) should be held to. I've been to doctors and dentists in multiple states and multiple countries, and I've never had an experience that as fun, relaxing, pain-free*, and educational until I became a patient at Dr. Wong's. They are extremely funny, professional, and they tell you everything that is going on. The process begins with meeting Dr. Wong and Amanda, the treatment coordinator. They take pictures and x-rays of your teeth and give you a thorough breakdown of how long the procedure will take, what to expect (and they tell it like it is), and the cost. The insurance/billing coordinator, Jessica, will then give you a break down of the cost versus your insurance provider. When my insurance and FSA was being stubborn, Dr. Wong's office worked with me to get it resolved so that I didn't leave any money on the table. I don't think any medical office has ever done that for me. Most offices I've worked with will tell you to deal with your insurance on your own or do the bare minimum. They'll also refer you to some great oral surgeons if you have to get your teeth extracted. Dr. Hart is a beast. He pulls teeth like he's picking up a 1lb dumb bell. And great dentists (The Dental Shoppe), who have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wong. Most people end up having three to four week check ups but I guarantee you that something will happen between those check ups--a bracket falls off or a wire poking out. Most dental offices will ask you to schedule for an appointment at their business hours. Not Dr Wong's! I've called, left a voicemail, and an hour later, had Manny come in on a Sunday to help me fix a wire or an appointment scheduled early morning to glue a bracket back on. Some adults will also undergo Propel treatment where they drill tiny holes in your bone to stimulate bone growth so that your teeth move faster. Sounds painful but really it's not. Okay it kind of is. It's as painful as getting a filling done or running 2 miles for the first time in years (you'll feel it in the morning). In the long run, I recommend it as my treatment took roughly 19 months instead of a typical full two years, but cases may vary. I'm not an orthodontist fyi. What else is there to say? They have a pretty lazy dog in their office (that's plus), chocolates, toothbrushes, but really, they have some of the best people I've ever interacted with in the healthcare industry. After shopping around different orthodontists in multiple states (CA & NC) and multiple places in Seattle, I'm extremely glad I chose Dr. Wong's office! *I mean it's orthodontics, if your teeth aren't hurting at some point, they aren't moving. It's like if you work out for the first time and you feel normal the next morning, you didn't work out. But I've never had unnecessary pain at Dr. Wong's office. read more

I had a great experience working with Dr. Wong and staff. I had been wearing my old retainers (the wire kind) and I wanted to upgrade to the new clear liners and correct my teeth even further as they were still a little bit crooked. They suggested a short term invisalign treatment, it was really great they took an electronic scan of my teeth so in the future when I wear out my retainers i can order another set. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional, they monitored me for a year with periodic appointments to make sure everything was ok. Really quick update: less than 24 hrs after I posted my negative experience at Dr Wong's clinic, he reached out to my fiancé multiple times to apologize to me personally (my number was not on file). Coincidentally I left my phone at home, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a really kind apology in my voicemail. Instead of being defensive, I found him to be sincere in his tone that this incident was a mistake on their part and admit that it's something they wish to improve on. Dr. Wong was referred to me by my dentist, Dr. Andy Young at Simply Dental. Dr. Wong and his team were amazing throughout my entire experience. They were really thoughtful and took the time to access my progress throughout my treatment. I was really nervous at first, getting braces so late in the game, but my consultation appointment was really informative and put me at ease. They even offer flexible payment options whether you have orthodontia coverage through insurance or not. I opted for the traditional braces route vs Invisalign and I was surprisingly finished with my treatment EARLY! Scheduling was easy, appointment reminders automated via email.. Dr. Wong and his staff are incredibly friendly and professional - highly recommended! I have moved abroad since starting Invisalign treatment, but Dr. Wong never failed to check in on me: whether it's through weekly teeth scans (easily done with my phone) or FaceTime calls.
