by my dentist Dr. Christine Shigaki. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong; with him personally(he is so cool) and with all of his staff, most recently Aspen. I had upper and lower aligners and the results are amazing. All my teeth are now perfectly aligned and my bite is also perfect. Many thanks to Dr. Wong and staff. Such a zen atmosphere and welcoming place with great art! I think this would be a great clinic for kids, too. read more

The best service and experience I could have imagined. Thank you to Dr. Wong and your entire team! I had braces on my lower teeth, and then Invisalign, and I felt very cared for during the entire process. My treatment took awhile (not their fault at all--COVID-19 hit after I had started treatment, and during this time I was impacted by chronic migraines and other non-ortho dental work as well)--and Dr. Wong and his team were incredibly patient through it all. Dr. Wong is an artist I am very, very happy with how my teeth turned out. If you need any ortho work, I can't recommend Dr. Wong enough! read more

I could not recommend Dr. Wong more highly. I had a complicated surgery and pre and post surgical orthodontic process and he and his team were there for me every step of the way. Dr. Wong always listened to my many concerns and made sure to address them and explain each process. The pricing is transparent and everything is clear upfront and a patient is not charged hidden fees along the way. It took me a long time to start my orthodontic journey and Dr. Wong's care team was patient and responsive all along the way. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Wong and his staff and I am so grateful for all of the care and compassion I received. Thank you! read more

Best treatment I could've asked for! I had a high canine and decided to go with Invisalign. Keith Wong was the absolute best, such great communication and the team there was so friendly and supportive. Always called me 'friend', which made me happy. When I first went in, they asked about my concerns and I wanted to focus specifically on my high canine and if possible, align my midline a bit. They made sure that the treatment was personalized to what I wanted my smile to be. Great collaboration. I was not the best at taking my scans, but the team consistently kept me on track with reminders and continued working with me until I finally felt satisfied with my smile. They are patient, and understanding, and genuinely want their clients to feel happy during their time there. The folks at the front desk knew my name, all steps of the treatment were clear to me and communication was incredible. They exceeded my expectations in every way, especially with their service and care. I would recommend them to ANYONE who wants orthodontic treatment, and though I can only speak on my Invisalign experience, this is a great office and a great team. Special shout out to Evan and Joselin who regularly worked with me. Can't speak highly enough of my time here. I'm so so happy with my smile. The day before my last appointment, I got asked by someone if it was a 'real smile'. YES, yes it is. Thank you, Keith Wong! read more

Listen, if you're thinking about getting orthodontic treatment, go to Keith Wong. He was my second ride at the orthodontic rodeo and I'm here to tell you, he's amazing! I went to his office based on all of the good reviews after having a terrible experience in West Seattle (you'll see another review on that shortly). I was impressed immediately with the atmosphere at his office - it's warm and professional. When I met Dr. Wong he was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. He listened to my concerns and looked at the shoddy job someone else had done and shared what he could do. Now, having now completed my treatment with Dr. Wong, my only regret about orthodontics is that I didn't go to Keith Wong FIRST. I brought him a bit of a mess from a previous practitioner and he did a great job, as you can see in these pictures. If you want your teeth to look like a million bucks, but not cost that much, give them a shot. I wish I had a hundred babies with crooked teeth to take to Keith Wong for treatment! read more

I couldn't recommend Dr. Wong enough if you're in the market for Invisalign. His attention to details surpassed my expectations.

WOW! My braces journey finally came to an end after over two years and I could not be more happy! I am sad though, because I have to leave Dr. Wong and his staff. I was in braces as an adult for a little over two years with Dr. Wong and his staff caring for me. I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. It was all definitely worth the time, money, and energy. 100% exceptional! The office has excellent, hip decor and is just beautiful. Maggie, the front desk person, is always super sweet and kind. I also love Shannon, Mannie, Amanda, and Kimberly, and of course the Bee himself, Dr. Keith B. Wong. :) They have all been so kind to me and I feel like they are family as I have gotten to know so much about them and them about me. They all made a lasting impression on me. I am so glad I chose Dr. Wong and his team for my orthodontic care. If you choose Dr. Wong, you will not regret it. Thanks for everything Dr. Wong! read more

Dr. Wong and his team are fantastic. I did Invisalign here and was extremely happy with the results - Dr. Wong's eye for detail is excellent. Beyond the results, Dr. Wong & his team are professional, patient with questions, thorough with the work, and upfront with costs. I always felt like it's a team of people doing their best work. Could not recommend them more strongly. read more

Dr. Wong and his staff are fantastic. I had a fairly complicated orthodontic issue (and a history of braces in my teens, but my teeth and bite had never been fixed correctly). Amanda and Dr. Wong gave me a very thorough consultation with a comprehensive explanation of the treatment plan (including options of traditional brackets versus Invisalign), estimated treatment time and pricing differences, what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible to pay myself. I opted for treatment via Invisalign (which, for me, had to start with some brackets and rubber bands to move things around and make room for proper straightening). My treatment extended beyond the time estimate (it has been quite a journey), but Dr. Wong and his staff have been behind me and supportive all along the way. And with zero additional cost to me. I dubbed myself their "problem child," due to various challenges along the way (teeth don't always behave as expected) and my own moments of impatience and frustration... My concerns were always treated in a timely and compassionate manner. I am very grateful to Dr. Wong and his team for correcting my bite and straightening out my smile. read more

Dr. Wong is such an amazing orthodontist. So happy with my Invisalign treatment here. Tip : Be brutally honest with your doctor on how you want your teeth to look and what you don't like about your teeth. Don't feel embarrassed! It's very important! I would recommend braces over Invisalign because of the inconvenience of having to remove Invisalign every time you need to eat or drink something. Braces seem more hassle free for this reason. read more

Dr. Wong and his team are kind, efficient, and the best at what they do. Office is beautiful, technology up to date. I got my Invisalign done years ago and needed a new pair. Got it within a couple weeks. Pricing is fair though expensive for me since I had to pay out of pocket. For the reliability and excellent patient service, it is certainly worth it and I have no regrets getting my teeth cared for here. read more

Truly a wonderful team from the first appointment until the last. Dr Wong takes time, listens and really cares about his patients. It is obvious he takes incredible care of his team as well. On my last appointment, I met Shannon who has been with his practice for over a decade and through four pregnancies and children. As a working mom of 4, this brings a whole new level of respect to how Dr Wong hires top talent and takes care of them over their career. I refer all friends and family to Dr Wong and my family (myself, 4 children and cousin/cousins children) have had nothing but the best care. Thank you Dr Wong and team! read more

Dr. Wong and his staff are absolutely amazing! They completely changed my smile in less than a year with Invisalign, and made it the best possible experience during that time. They're incredibly flexible, and we're able to FaceTime me while I was away at school/traveling/internships to check in on my teeth. The most wonderful and caring group of people you'll ever meet, they make you feel special and cared for every time! Plus Dr. Wong's dog being there is a total plus ;) I never used to smile with my teeth much, but now I'm all smiles :) thanks Dr.Wong read more

If you want to look for an orthodontist who is highly knowledgeable, kind, personable, charismatic, and truly cares about as a person, then look no further! Dr. Keith B. Wong is not only a talented and exceptionally skilled orthodontist, but he also loves connecting with patients on a personal one on one level that you may not find in other offices. Dr. Wong's office is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, around many amazing food/dessert places as well! Which is GREAT, because I'm a foodie, and it's nice to treat yourself to a little scoop of Molly Moon's ice cream after your appointment, on a hot summer day ! There's so many amazing things I have to say about Dr. Wong, but what makes him stand out is that he is so passionate about the field of orthodontics, and explains in detail to you about your personalized orthodontic treatment plan so that you understand how the process works and what is expected to happen in your treatment. He truly takes the time to listen to your needs and wants and caters the plan to your liking. I am currently in Invisalign treatment and what I love most about it is that it is not only aesthetic, but is so fun to see progress happening each time your switch to a new aligner set! I'm not sure many other offices do this, but each time you scan for a new refinement set of aligners, Dr. Wong always makes sure to incorporate the best details in the new set to make sure we reach the finish line smoothly as well as incorporate your wants and what you are hoping to see occur in the new set, which means he cares about amazing looking teeth, but he also cares about your personal details and liking, which I LOVE! Dr. Wong offers so many different types of orthodontic treatment for all ages! From kids, to teens, to adults, and the elder age group, he seems to have treatment catered to each age group. He offers the rapid palatal expander (RPE) appliance that is typically and commonly utilized for kids (sometimes, but rarely in adults) to expand the palate of their upper jaw, typical metal orthodontic braces, braces that use ligation in order to reduce friction, clear brackets, and even clear brackets that are 3-D printed through Light Force, which he carefully treatment plans with them to have amazing 3-D and clear brackets that work so efficiently! Dr. Wong is so on top of having the latest orthodontic technology, which means he's always learning about the newest inventions that are GROUND-BREAKING! I would also love to point out how awesome it feels walking into such a wonderfully designed office, as the aesthetics and details are carried out to perfection! The color scheme matches and pairs well with the unique and beautiful pictures on the wall and intricate details of the office! This actually matters to me because it feels comfortable, clean, and makes me excited each time I come for my appointment! A warm and comforting touch to this office is that Dr. Wong's dog Chico hangs out in this office with us as well, which is so fun! I absolutely love dogs and animals. This is a great way to bring down stress levels and may bring calmness before a big procedure done. I also want to highlight that every single assistant that has worked on me, they make sure to carry out my appointment with such talent, detail, and precision! They love what they do, they're amazing at the attention to detail, and love a fun conversation! I also notice that they way they run the clinic is so efficient, and it looks like they work so efficient as a team! It definitely shows and I want to let everyone know that I appreciate that so much! All in all, if you are looking for an AMAZING and talented orthodontist, then you do not want to go anywhere else ! Dr. Wong is a must! Love his work, and love this office! (and his sweet dog too!) After a bad experience with braces as a teenager, I was hesitant to start my Invisalign at Dr. Wong's. However, it quickly became one of the best decisions. I am halfway through my treatment and I already feel so much more confident in my smile. If you are looking for a kind and detail-oriented orthodontist, Dr. Wong is the best! The whole team is great and has made me feel comfortable from the start. Can't forget about the cute dogs! read more

I wish I could give them more stars! Dr. Keith did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. The entire staff was nice and helpful but two people stand out the most. Manny is very personable and professional. He is really thorough, listens to your concerns and does a great job. There was a small error in the beginning but he was super apologetic and fully accountable for it. It is a rare quality to have when everyone is ready to pass the blame card. I was very impressed with that! Shannon is great to work with. She makes you feel comfortable and takes interest in what you have to say. She has great skills, great attitude and a happy personality. The only thing I would recommend to them would be to add small dividers for privacy between each work station. Their prices are slightly less than the others for the same or higher quality of work. I highly recommend them! read more

For years I've been trying to fix an orthodontic issue, and I was referred to Dr. Wong by my dentist. At my initial visit, which lasted almost an hour free of charge, not only did he take numerous pictures, but he, and his staff, sat with me to discuss all of the issues I was having and potential options I might have. After that, he gathered all the records, and contacted other specialists I'd seen previously. When he finally came to a decision on the direction to take, Dr. Wong spent time discussing all of my options in detail and explained to me important details that other orthodontists hadn't let me know which explained so much to me about why I've been having teeth movement issues (fourth time having braces and teeth still move). I was very impressed by the thoroughness of his explanation and felt very comfortable with any work that would be done. Although many would think going to an orthodontist isn't that enjoyable, every time I go there I feel like I'm seeing old friends. Dr. Wong and their staff stand out for me is that they are all so very friendly and very accommodating. Their customer service to their patients is top notch. Further, the office is beautiful and the esthetics are very calming. As for making appointments, again, they are very accommodating to my schedule which is such a huge plus! All around Dr. Wong is a great Orthodontist and would recommend him to children and adults! read more

I've been having braces for 2 years and just finished it, Dr Wong and his team are very professional and friendly. Although orthodontic treatment isn't always fun but I still had a greater than expected experience with them. Their office is nice and clean, it's in a quiet neighborhood and always easy to find parking. I've had times where I had to reschedule my appointment, or add a new one for fixing my broken bracket, it was always smooth and easy to do with their friendly staff on the phone. Can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Dr Wong and the team for fixing my teeth perfectly :D read more

All the 5-star reviews are well deserved to Dr. Wong and his staff, and my experience is no different. I'm only two weeks into treatment but I'm already stoked for my next adjustment. The space is clean and visually appealing. Booking an appointment is a breeze. Payment plans are accommodating. I don't think I could find anything wrong with this place as a client if I tried. Brie is super sweet with a bubbly personality. She did my photos, X-rays, and treatment recap. Manny has been the assistant to Dr. Wong thus far in my treatment and he's awesome. He's very thorough, knows what he's doing, gentle, and just a really nice person. As for Dr. Wong, he knows his stuff and I completely trust him to help me achieve a lifetime of smiling. I opted for the Propel treatment and I like knowing I can trust the person drilling a bunch of holes into my upper and lower jaws. His whole disposition is easy going and humorous which I find super beneficial for anyone, especially children, that tends to be nervous at appointments. And Chico - five stars for Chico!!! The cutest, best assistant ever. He takes a lot of breaks though... I am really looking forward to experience and learn from my progress with the help of Dr. Wong and his staff! read more

Dr. Wong and his team are the utmost authorities in their field. However, that is not what makes this office so special. Dr. Wong is easy-going, friendly and knowledgeable. Visiting here for ongoing treatment is pleasant, professional and full of good jokes. When you walk in the building you feel totally at ease; it's clean, bright, and open. Not to mention there is no intimidating dental equipment lying around (scary!). It's almost like you stumbled into a top-rated wellness retreat for your teeth where all your BFF's just so happen to work. Dr. Wong was referred to me by my twin sister. She started her treatment a couple months earlier then me. She got braces first for a six months and then Invisalign for a year. Even though we are identical twins I got braces for 18 months. Dr. Wong is really good with time estimation, he told me that it would take me 18 months and he was exactly right. I absolutely love this office! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Everyone at the office is kind and thoughtful, I had a great experience with Dr. Wong! I love the results of my Invisalign and felt supported all through treatment. The office has amazing technology (scanners, x ray and a special picture-taking routine) which was a pretty cool perk. Although the actual process of straightening your teeth isn't a picnic, these were the best folks I could have visited. Dr. Wong is both kind and precise with his decisions to guide millimeters of movement. I always felt welcome and that everyone was super competent and thoughtful (esp. for people like me who want to know every step of the process and why). 10/10 would recommend to a friend. As a chronic coffee drinker, the main reason I wanted to straighten my teeth was so that they could stay a bit whiter (how vain- I know!). This was definitely an outcome (also b/c you have to brush your teeth ALL. THE. TIME. if you're wearing a clear retainer)! The people: Amanda was awesome at helping me get setup and scheduled initially. I would love to be as on-task and diligent as she is! Elisa and Kim were skilled, attentive and great to visit during checkups Manny helped to buff off some surface stains during treatment - a big deal to me and super nice of him to do! Shannon helped take off the little attachment buttons for the end of treatment- she was so exacting and patient - and she did an awesome job! tips: 1. The tooth brushing station is great! I wish all dentists had such a nice setup. 2.They have an espresso machine on site, ask for a cup when you visit 3. If you have a FSA, use that to help pay for the treatment. I also found the payment plan option helpful (arranged with Jessica). read more

My twin sister Aliya just wrote the review about our experience with Dr.Keith. The photo below is after 4 months of wearing braces. Then I was moved to Invisilign. We loved his office and I am so sad that I my last appointment will be this March. And I am so happy with results. Wearing braces as an adult is very intimidating at first, but you can have some fun in the process like adding christmas colors to braces during the winter holidays, or choose hot pink color that matches your nails in Summer :D read more

I have wanted to get my teeth straightened for over twenty years. Multiple orthodontists recommended jaw surgery or multiple teeth extraction, one even said don't bother because my lower jaw was too small for my upper jaw. Dr. Wong and his team got it done without any extractions and I was even able to get Invisalign instead of traditional braces. Dr. Wong is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I bet he spends a lot of his free time reading up on orthodontics - he knows his stuff and seems really passionate his work. The office is spotlessly clean, all his employees are incredibly knowledgeable, and you get a response very quickly and patiently (I was a neurotic patient). Dr. Wong takes the time to explain every aspect of your treatment, if you're the type of patient that wants to know. The entire process was seamless, even though my treatment started at the beginning of the pandemic (they even accommodated overnighting aligners to my house once to save me a commute). Dr. Wong was very creative, customizing my treatment with something like a carriere distalizer bar, cut aligners, elastics, a bit of filing, and propel. I just got my Invisalign attachments off and I can't stop staring at teeth. I stopped being a model patient with my aligners towards the last leg of my treatment. Yet, my teeth came out beautiful. It's a testament to Dr. Wong's skills. Also, it's easy to find street parking. There's also other nice touches, like a office dog and the front desk always know who you are when you call and the latest status of your treatment. As for pricing, Dr. Wong was actually in the middle of the other quotes I received, and better priced than Leone & Vaugh. My friend went with L&V, and didn't have the extras like the dental monitoring phone app for weekly video monitoring of your teeth. Another thing I noticed is how well Dr. Wong runs his office - he seems to have really good staff retention and a large support team. A lot of other places I went for consultations seem to run with a skeletal staff, probably to maximize profits. I'm really, really happy with my teeth and I highly recommend Dr. Wong. For those who are nervous about dental work, the office has soothing decor with lots of natural lighting. Overall, this business has a lot of thoughtful, little touches that made the experience nice (again, coming from a dental work phobic person). You can tell Dr. Wong takes pride in his work and his ortho practice. read more

Dr. Wong is a such a kind, skilled, and knowledgeable orthodontic specialist! The first time stepped foot into the office, I was amazed by the intricate and detailed design of the office, the highly exceptional skills of each assistant, Amanda (the treatment coordinator) was so lovely at explaining my treatment in detail, and Dr. Wong's calm and kind nature. His charismatic character brings such comfort to me at each appointment, and makes my orthodontic treatment so easy going. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been going with them for a complicated process to get my teeth redone. I previously had braces done at a different office and I was very unhappy with the results. It's been almost 2 years and I'm almost done with my treatment (Invisalign) and I couldn't be happier with the results. Look no further to find the best orthodontist in the heart of Capitol Hill! You will not be disappointed! read more

This is the best ortho team you could ever ask for. I had consultations with 4 orthodontists and stopped looking when I met Dr. Wong. I knew I didn't need to look anywhere else because this was absolutely the place to go. Dr. Wong straightened my completely jacked up teeth in only 9 months with Invisalign and Propel. Propel was absolutely awesome and sped up my time with braces by about 60% and it only cost an additional $300ish dollars. Like, are you kidding me? When I heard I would only need to spend 9 months with braces instead of 2 years and all I had to do was pay an extra 300 bucks, I was all about it. Dr. Wong was the least expensive option I had come across but came with more perks than any other place I checked out. They have iTero scanning for way more accurate Invisalign trays, a permanent retainer at the end of your treatment, and the option to do Propel for a small fee. Honestly, look no further. Just come here and get a beautiful smile. You will NOT regret it at all. read more

Oh boy... Where do I start?!? Dr. Wong and his crew (Manny, Kim, Amanda, Jessica, Seth, Shannon, Tina, and co) are the gold standard that orthodontics (and healthcare) should be held to. I've been to doctors and dentists in multiple states and multiple countries, and I've never had an experience that as fun, relaxing, pain-free*, and educational until I became a patient at Dr. Wong's. They are extremely funny, professional, and they tell you everything that is going on. The process begins with meeting Dr. Wong and Amanda, the treatment coordinator. They take pictures and x-rays of your teeth and give you a thorough breakdown of how long the procedure will take, what to expect (and they tell it like it is), and the cost. The insurance/billing coordinator, Jessica, will then give you a break down of the cost versus your insurance provider. When my insurance and FSA was being stubborn, Dr. Wong's office worked with me to get it resolved so that I didn't leave any money on the table. I don't think any medical office has ever done that for me. Most offices I've worked with will tell you to deal with your insurance on your own or do the bare minimum. They'll also refer you to some great oral surgeons if you have to get your teeth extracted. Dr. Hart is a beast. He pulls teeth like he's picking up a 1lb dumb bell. And great dentists (The Dental Shoppe), who have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wong. Most people end up having three to four week check ups but I guarantee you that something will happen between those check ups--a bracket falls off or a wire poking out. Most dental offices will ask you to schedule for an appointment at their business hours. Not Dr Wong's! I've called, left a voicemail, and an hour later, had Manny come in on a Sunday to help me fix a wire or an appointment scheduled early morning to glue a bracket back on. Some adults will also undergo Propel treatment where they drill tiny holes in your bone to stimulate bone growth so that your teeth move faster. Sounds painful but really it's not. Okay it kind of is. It's as painful as getting a filling done or running 2 miles for the first time in years (you'll feel it in the morning). In the long run, I recommend it as my treatment took roughly 19 months instead of a typical full two years, but cases may vary. I'm not an orthodontist fyi. What else is there to say? They have a pretty lazy dog in their office (that's plus), chocolates, toothbrushes, but really, they have some of the best people I've ever interacted with in the healthcare industry. After shopping around different orthodontists in multiple states (CA & NC) and multiple places in Seattle, I'm extremely glad I chose Dr. Wong's office! *I mean it's orthodontics, if your teeth aren't hurting at some point, they aren't moving. It's like if you work out for the first time and you feel normal the next morning, you didn't work out. But I've never had unnecessary pain at Dr. Wong's office. read more

I had a great experience working with Dr. Wong and staff. I had been wearing my old retainers (the wire kind) and I wanted to upgrade to the new clear liners and correct my teeth even further as they were still a little bit crooked. Really quick update: less than 24 hrs after I posted my negative experience at Dr Wong's clinic, he reached out to my fiancé multiple times to apologize to me personally (my number was not on file). Instead of being defensive, I found him to be sincere in his tone that this incident was a mistake on their part and admit that it's something they wish to improve on. This man legitimately cares about each of his patients. You won't feel judged or rushed here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience..
