My big take away from this amazing experience was not understanding the doctor you're working with almost lead me to losing my teeth. Unfortunately after three years of incredibly painful procedures, my teeth were still not straight and discolored. I elected to come here. you go to this office and feel you are transformed into another reality. So, after consultation, I did elect for about 20 veneers. Yes, the prep for the veneers hurt. However, I am very happy with the results. Dr. Beau was not only honest, but tried his very best to recommend a series of veneers that would address my esthetic concerns. Veneers are a permanent and expensive procedure, and because of my lifelong problem with tooth sensitivity I was very worried about the risk of causing ongoing toothaches to address a cosmetic concern. Dr Beau has world-class training and takes a hands-on approach to everything he does. His consultation reassured me that everything from his prep technique to numbing cream formulation to lab choice would leave me with a healthy set of beautiful teeth. Dr Beau warned me of this risk before we started, and kept me up to date during the long wait. His exceptional prep work and temp placement left me with minimal sensitivity and ZERO pain. About the pain of veneer prep and placement - there is none when you go here! I had issues numbing in one tooth, and Dr Beau took the time to wait for multiple injections to set in. His great numbing cream meant I hardly felt all these needle pricks - a new experience for me! I felt no discomfort from the drilling during prep work, and Dr Keller had noted my issue with numbing to proactively treat that tooth during the final placement. 24h after both sessions (temp prep and final veneer placement) the most discomfort I experienced was from an achy jaw from numbing injections and having my mouth open. My teeth felt fine, and still do after 1+ months with the veneers. After each session all I needed was ibuprofen in the first 12 hours. I recommend the Vivera retainers as well. The Keller Doctors are perfectionist who take their time to do it right the first time. They are the very best in the field and deserve the highest rating possible! The Keller Doctors are the best trained and experienced and use the highest grade of cement and porcelain Veneers. From the first appointment with Dr. Beau onward I was greeted with great care and offered his, and his staff's, undivided attention. Dr. Beau patiently and thoroughly explained the full process and expectations, costs and recovery of pursuing Veneers. He offered me very fair pricing and was very flexible with scheduling. I am in my mid 50's and my teeth had really worn down with years of grinding, gum-chewing, and decades old large fillings. Not to mention years of staining that whitening strips were no longer remedying. It was really time I did something to save may failing teeth. I opted go with Veneers the top and bottom 8 teeth, 16 total. I am so glad I did so a full smile is complete with all white teeth. I opted for the 2nd to whitest porcelain as I wanted to most natural of look as possible. I feared the prep work, but the experience proved to be not much worse than other lengthy dental work. I was completely numb and noise canceling headphones were an absolute lifesaver and a must. My time in the chair was longer than most as Dr. Beau also attended to other dental issues such as fillings that needed removal and/or replacement, yet he made the experience as pleasant as possible and provided quality care from start to finish. I blasted tunes from the 80's on my headphones and went into my own world while he worked for hours. I knew the entire time I was in good hands. I left the appointment in my temps and my permanents were ready and placed by Dr. Andrew exactly a month later. Dr. Andrew was equally friendly, professional and very skilled. I was one of their rare patience who experienced greater teeth sensitivity while in the temporaries and even a month or two after the permanents. Dr. Beau assured me it would continue to improve. And it did! Any concern, bite adjustment or question I had was always attended to promptly. Most people dislike visiting the dentist but my experience at Da Vinci Dental was always a pleasure and I look forward to returning for my Veneer cleanings. They have convenient free parking on the first floor near the Elements apartments. It is a fancy space with nice designs and modern technology such as using an iPad to fill out paperwork. And yes, the living legend of Olive is alive and real. When I walked in she was just sitting there chilling and I gave her a couple well-deserved pets. Erica took x-rays of my teeth and explained everything in detail. The teeth cleaning was smooth and painless. They have TVs in the rooms playing calming videos like the beach which is nice and relaxing while you're getting worked on. Dr. Andrew came in after and gave me some guidance and advice on some questions I had about procedures on specific teeth. At the end they gave some recommendations to specialists. I recently had the pleasure of working with Da Vinci Dental on the correction of my teeth, smile and bite. I have for the longest time been very self conscious of my smile, i used to have very small stubby teeth that were always concealed under my top lip with the bottom row ground down from years of grinding. When I smiled it looked off and people would comment, why don't you show your teeth?, "well I cant" I would say, "they are too short, I'm not able too". so I had gotten used to smiling always with my mouth closed which at times came across as insincere, as if I'm shy or hiding something. So fixing the teeth length was a big deal for me. I had a consultation with Beau and he was just amazing, seriously the nicest guy, he explained everything in detail and explained the whole process, even showed me how the 3D prototypes are made. he took my concerns and questions into consideration and designed a beautiful set of veneers for me. Within a week of the first call I was in the dentists seat and he had already finished my temp pair for fitting, wow!. We had a long first session mainly due to how badly my teeth were ground down everywhere unevenly. So Beau went the extra mile and stayed after hours meticulously adjusting the mouth bite to make sure I would no longer have issues with chewing and having the top and bottom teeth fit together in harmony. " We are not leaving leaving till these are perfect" he said and he did good on that promise. After staying an extra 2 hours he finished the work and the results were amazing. By the end of the first session and install of the temps I finally had a beautiful set of veneers. To my surprise having the new veneers fixed so much more for me than I expected. I can now eat properly also!, I struggled with my uneven teeth, with years of damage I had to rely on front teeth for all chewing ( as i couldn't touch the back teeth), this is now fixed also!, its no longer a chore to chew!. I can smile effortlessly, I don't need to strain awkwardly to show teeth in photos, I can finally relax and actually just smile, which most people can take for granted, but when you cant smile this has a very big negative impact on on your and how you interact in social situations. After a couple of weeks in the temps, my final pair was complete. the team was amazing at expediting the process so I could have the new smile complete for my month trip to Spain. It all starts with free parking and a friendly and competent person at the entry desk, not to forget Olive, the cute squishy faced therapy dog you can play with while you wait for your appointment. They manage their appointments​ very well, don't shy away from doing research for you, rescheduling appointments and making sure you don't forget anything. The Dr.s at this place (two talented brothers, their parents must be so proud), are great, friendly and reliable! Not only are they excellent in their dental work, but​ they also succeed in office design and creation of their crazy spacey white geode and light show including space!! Since moving to Washington I have been to FOUR different dentists, and guess what? This is my last because Da Vinci is AMAZING. I've always had problems with my teeth, or so I thought. Every time I would go to the dentist they'd tell me I need a filling repaired, or even once that I needed $5K worth of Invisalign, even when I've already had braces. Dr. Andrew and his team are wonderful. They are here to help the people, and not pull the money out of your wallet. Dr. Andrew will thoroughly explain all the options you have available to you as a consumer in order to get the appropriate treatment. For certain cases, a night guard off of Amazon will do the same job as a custom made one at a fraction of the cost. In addition to explaining all your options, they do a wonderful job with their work. The entire staff is so personable and friendly. I've been a patient of Dr. Beau Keller and Dr. Andrew Keller for a year now and I couldn't be any happier with Davinci Dental. The office itself is top notch. No other way to describe it. Equipment is high tech, office is clean, has a calm atmosphere with soft music playing and the decor.. you just have to see for yourself. It's so modern and gives you a warm welcome that's not often found in a dentist office. Speaking of a warm welcome, Dr. Beau and Andrew are the epitome of that. Beau did my veneers and he made the entire process so smooth and easy to understand. I could not recommend Da Vinci Dental for veneers more! After a great deal of research and a consultation with Dr Beau I decided to get 14 veneers. He figured out which teeth were visible when I smiled our spoke (no one wants to get veneers you can't see!) and designed veneers that were not only lovely on their own, but fitted to my face and smile. We discussed tooth length, form, etc at length and Dr Beau really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Once the process began Da Vinci Dental were efficient, excellent at communicating and answering any questions or issues that I had, and always friendly. When I was originally researching for where to get veneers I found a number of reviews by people who came from the San Fransisco Bay Area all the way up here to get their veneers at Da Vinci and I understand why. Not only was the process easy but the results are fantastic. If you're going to spend the money and take the time for veneers they should be the most beautiful teeth possible, not just better than what you had before. Da Vinci succeeds at this to the nth degree. Now that my veneers are complete I will be using Da Vinci as my regular dentist as I had such a wonderful experience with them. They were also able to explain some of the issues that I was experiencing with a clarity that my dentist had not been able to. My husband just looked at me and said my teeth were immaculate and perfect. It's been ~ 5 months since I have had them fully finished and without question, it's the best money I've ever spent. Dr. Keller is a complete perfectionist and arguably the best cosmetic dentist in the United States. I spent over 3 months researching, calling and meeting with dentists. The quality of the veneers and application done by Dr. Keller is different than the other highly regarded dentists (many in Beverly Hills and Newport). I live in San Francisco and flew to Seattle specifically to meet with Dr. Keller and have the work done. Also the best when comparing Bay Area dentists and consults I've had. NO TINY PEG TEETH HERE! 2. Top notch care without any gimmicks or pressured decisions. Honest and open about pricing. Easy to schedule. 3. Results. I absolutely love my teeth. I've been in twice for bite adjustments & never feel as if I can't ask a silly question. Pain Level - I'm honest!! I had pain the first few days almost like with initially putting on braces. My teeth are normally sensitive & they were pretty mad for a few days but nothing crazy. I had my first appointment today. It was such a positive experience, I felt compelled to sign up for a yelp account and share it with everyone here. I just came to Seattle from Colorado three weeks ago and everything is still very new to me here. I knew that I needed a cleaning and exam, but I first booked an appointment with another practice in Bellevue. Unfortunately, though everyone was nice, my appointment felt quite rushed. They also recommended I take care of a couple cavities, but I just didn't feel comfortable there. Then a new friend in my building suggested Dr. Andrew at DaVinci Dental. After my appointment today, I now know why. I'm 38 years old and I have certainly been to the dentist a number of times over the years. That said, this was one of the best, if not the best, office visits I've ever had. Nothing whatsoever felt rushed, the atmosphere is very pleasant and tranquil, and it's a testament to the level professionalism and care that's practiced there. I had a cleaning with Erica. She was so thorough and professional, and the cleaning was perfect. My teeth have never felt cleaner. After my cleaning, Dr. Andrew came in and spoke with me and went over my treatment plan, which included the two cavities that need to be taken care of. Overall, he took his time to explain everything to me, and I feel so comfortable and confident that I'm going to have all of my dental work completed, including preventative care, at DaVinci. If I could rate them higher than 5 star I would!! I had an emergency root canal on a front tooth. When I found out I needed to have it immediately I was concerned that the dentist wouldn't match it with my front teeth. I called Davinci and they were able to get me in next day. Because I had my honeymoon coming up they hooked me up with a local dentist to perform the root canal and had me come in immediately afterwards. Result.... I had a total of one hour with my newly canal'ed tooth and my new smile. Dr B. Literally spent until 10pm getting my temps in so I could feel comfortable with pictures at my honeymoon. Seriously the best experience I've ever had. The Dr's were very knowledgeable in their trade, walked me through everything, and were set on perfection. Where to begin??? From my veneer consultation to the final visit when I got my permanents placed, everyone I met at DaVinci Dental was amazing. Reception was terrific; took care of me quickly while I was in the office as well as some additional questions I had called to ask the office. Beau was incredible. I don't think there is a suitable superlative that encapsulates how incredible he is. Aside from being one of the funniest people in existence, he was very straightforward and honest with me during the consultation about what I should do and what I shouldn't do...and some of the options he suggested were cheaper and more cost effective for me, thereby, less money for him at the end of the day as well. That really set a tone for me that, instead of being money hungry and entrusting my precious teeth with someone who is only looking at the bottom line, he gained my trust immediately. He is definitely an artisan at work!! He takes such pride in a job well done that he took more time with me than scheduled just to be sure that it was done right. At the end of the day, I think he understands that his customers are his artist portfolio. During the process, he explained everything to me very clearly. I was nervous but he made me feel at ease. And when he had to numb me up, I felt absolutely nothing!!! I'm always apprehensive when it comes to needles but I didn't feel anything at all. This definitely was not his first rodeo. I had my final porcelains placed today, and though I'm sore, what I can see so far is making me incredibly happy. Will update the review with a pic later. I'm almost sad that this journey is nearing its end because Beau and the entire office is just incredible! I'm going to miss them! Lol...
