First off, Beau and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic dentistry. They are extremely professional and the office staff and ambience in general is very welcoming. As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. After a year of not being able to find a dentist to do the work and reached back out and said I felt bad having them wait so long and wanted to just get my final retainer but they said it would be an additional $300 fee now on top of the all inclusive price I already paid that I was told covered the final retainer. I had a great experience and have been seeing Dr. Libman regularly for the last four or five years. I recently had two veneers placed and, if they weren't in my mouth, I wouldn't know know they are veneers . The process was very smooth, and Dr. Libman explained what he was doing and decided to forgo the temporary veneers because he didn't really need to get rid of as much tooth material as he thought so they weren't sensitive. Overall this was a great experience. I also want to shout out Jeff, who does my cleanings. He's so friendly and doesn't do what many often do which is make you feel bad if you have a little bit of plaque, you're just made aware that its there and maybe you get a couple of tips of what to do better for next time. This was my first dental cleaning and examination since moving to Bellevue. It was easy to make an…read moreappointment. The team reached via text to gather all the information they needed, even while the clinic was closed. Seems like they have other locations with staffs coordinating care for different clinics. I arrived at the clinic and was greeted by the dental hygienist, who started with X-rays. I was not expecting the cleaning to be done by the dentist and ended with dental hygienist doing the polishing and flossing with dental floss. The cleaning process was not as thorough as I expected compared to my previous dental visits. It seemed like they only used ultrasonic tools to rinse plaque off, followed by polishing, and then I was done. In the past, I had more detailed scaling, polishing, and flossing. At other clinics, they usually measure my gums and track them over time, which was not done at this clinic. In addition, I usually use ClinPro 5000 fluoride toothpaste at night to help prevent cavities. They did not have it at the clinic and said it needed to be prescribed, asking me to call back to obtain it. I feel that one of the front desk staff could have easily made a note and followed up with the patient. I understand the clinic was busy that day, but I feel the task delegation was not very efficient and the care was not as attentive.
