From the moment I was contacted by their front desk--who is seriously the kindest, sweetest human--to Dr. Beau literally working around MY schedule to make this dream happen, the entire experience was unlike anything I expected. Dr. Beau was willing to start working with me at 8 PM, and we walked out around midnight. That alone tells you how much he genuinely loves what he does and how far he is willing to go for his patients. I'm someone who was made fun of for my teeth throughout my life. I went through braces for over THREE YEARS, and even after all of that, I still wasn't able to get the smile I had always wanted. That changed when I met Dr. Beau. There honestly aren't enough words to express the gratitude I have for the time, care, and attention he put into me and my case. Then, all the way through to Dr. Andrew placing my final veneers, I felt like I was in the hands of people who truly cared about the outcome as much as I did. Dr. Andrew was incredibly meticulous, professional, and reassuring, and seeing everything finally come together was a moment I'll never forget. Before doing this, it's easy to think that traveling overseas or to another country to save some money might be worth it. After actually going through the process, I realized just how much I value having this level of professionalism, expertise, communication, and--most importantly--peace of mind right here in Bellevue. When you're making a decision this permanent and important, knowing exactly who is taking care of you is worth so much more than saving a few dollars. This was easily one of the greatest investments I have ever made in myself. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The result speaks for itself. My sister saw my new smile and now wants to fly up from California just to have her own work done here. Dr. Beau, Dr. Andrew, and the entire team: thank you. What you did for me goes so far beyond veneers. You gave me something I spent most of my life wishing I had, and I genuinely can't recommend this experience enough. RJ

They Treated Me Cruelly! Intense pain! My experience at…read moreDentistry of Bellevue in November 2024 was truly awful. Dr. Khurana acted overconfident and even belittled other dentists, but his actual skill and care told a very different story. During treatment, he severely damaged my tooth (#18), breaking it far below the gum line and making it completely unsalvageable. He did not inform me that an accident had occurred -- instead, he sealed the tooth improperly and simply suggested I see an endodontist. About a week later, I developed intense pain. When I visited another endodontist in January 2025, I was told that the filling had been done poorly, leaving holes that exposed the nerves. Even worse, the tooth was damaged by Dr. Khurana so severely that a root canal was no longer a wise choice. I ultimately had to undergo extraction and bone grafting, and I still haven't received an implant because my insurance was exhausted on examinations, extraction, bone grafting, and follow-up care in earlier 2025. The endodontist confirmed that the tooth had been left incompletely sealed, which led to infection and months of pain. See attached photos. Dr. Khurana's clinic billed over $3,500 for a deep cleaning and two fillings -- one of which directly caused the loss of my tooth. This used up my entire 2024 dental insurance benefit, leaving me unable to receive needed treatment until the following year. I had to rely on painkillers for two months. Although Dr. Khurana promised compensation, he only refunded $230 in May 2025 to my 2024 insurance after repeated requests. The small refund was not only useless (since it applied to the prior year) but frankly insulting. The hygienist, Rosie, was also unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. During a December 2024 follow-up, when I told her that tooth #18 was still in severe pain, she brushed it off as "normal" and showed no concern or patience. I'm sharing this so others can avoid the same distress. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Khurana and the hygienist Rosie if you care about your well-being -- let alone value honesty, competence, and compassion in dental care. If anyone has similar experience, feel free to contact me at cbees369@gmail.com. If you have any legal experience on such situations, would you please contact me at cbees369 at gmail dot com. I'd hope to get some advice. Thanks!

Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.

We had to redo multiple fillings twice, and even after all of that, my teeth still do not feel the same as before. I continue to experience food traps, and the entire experience has made me too uncomfortable to return for additional work. What was especially disappointing was being told by Dr. Shin that the issue was because my teeth were "shaped weird," rather than receiving a clear explanation or solution. I had never experienced these issues with any previous dentist before the fillings. On top of that, I felt heavily pressured to get a crown. After expressing concerns about undergoing such an invasive procedure, the office continued contacting me to schedule it. I ultimately sought consultations from two other dentists, both of whom advised that I did not need one.

We were the third generation in our…read morefamily to use his practice as our dentistry. he did what was best for the patient and did not treat everything as $$$. He had good ethics as a dentist and worked with patients to help them for what is best in their needs. In early 2024 he retired and sold his practice. If you need regular cleanings the new owner is fine. However, if you need more advanced treatment I suggest another dentist. Flynn is new and has much room to grow. That you also have to keep in mind. A few red flags were him not wanting to fill easily could be filled cavities but instead offering the most expensive treatment. After my last appointment I noticed the dentist assistant sort of rolled her eyes and gave an expression that hinted to me that I should probably move on from my retired dentist's practice. Where my old dentist would of gone out of his way to patch something or offer a suitable treatment. Flynn does not. (keep in mind he's still new into the practice.) A new dentist would of worked with me to rid me of the bacteria that causes cavities instead of saying just letting them fester. After four appointments I have decided that Flynn is not the dentist for me. Other patients are happy with him but you have to keep in mind he's new to the practice as well. No, I'm changing dentist practices. I found dr odegard in renton and that will be much closer. I know many people who have used them and they are highly satisfied with that practice. They are a larger practice and do more than just cleanings on site. I'm adding on that I'm a little peeved at blanchard for letting a few cavities get to the stage they're at instead of fixing them in their early stages. Instead of waiting until the tooth is crumbling away, I'm in minor pain, and now no dentist wants to fix it so it has to be pulled. It would of been nice if he said you have a few choices we can wait until it gets bad before we pull it (what he chose to do); or you can get it taken care of now so you don't have to deal with it (what I would of preferred to do). I'm apparently not the only client of his that has a cavity issue that got to the stage of 4 into 5 needing immediate attention. I now have to take emergency time off work and get it done instead of getting it done sooner and working it into a more ideal schedule. Other than that he's been a good dentist. I know he's been aware of two cavities for years but decided not to do anything about it. Other than that I was always pleased with blancahrd's decisions. I noticed a few years ago he sort of mentally checked out like he was about to retire. Didn't quite have his heart into his practice like he use to. I am very stern about finding a new practice. Next cleaning I do will be with dr odegard in renton. With traffic being terrible it will be much closer for us. I think we got a little to comfortable with routine and just stuck with the same practice for three generations. It is okay to change now and then.
