These three people are so compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Beau is definitely a genius when it comes to cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneers. I spent countless hours researching cosmetic dentists to find the perfect dentist to fix the porcelain veneers I had done by another dentist, only six months before. Not only were my porcelain veneers, (done by another "cosmetic dentist") chip, brake, crack, had multilayered discoloration, were bulky, dense, and bulbous, they also crated, my controlled mild TMJ, to be extremely symptomatic. The porcelain veneers I had were so troublesome, that when I would bite and chew, my bottom jaw would literally shift to the right, intensifying the TMJ problem. With all these negative issues I was experiencing, my endless search ended with Da Vinci Dental and Dr. Beau. During my consultation, Dr. Beau spent so much time explaining the E-Max porcelain veneers he uses and why he uses E-Max vs the multilayered powder material that I had. He further discussed the entire fabrication process, the shaping and contouring he does specifically geared towards the patient's individuality, and why he spends an enormous amount of time perfecting the bite pattern, because he understands how critical it is to have the ideal bite. After our consultation, I knew, FOR A FACT, Dr. Beau was going to remove my crummy porcelain veneers (that I was ashamed of) and apply E-Max veneers that would make my smile beautiful, something that would regain my confidence. He did just that, my smile is radiant, my veneers perfectly compliment my face, but most of all, he corrected my bite pattern and now my TMJ problems, have drastically declined. Dr. Andrew is wonderful at applying the final E-Max porcelain veneers. He is so gentle, and kind, and always checks in with you to make sure you're doing okay during the process. He does not want the application to be uncomfortable and painful. Northcut is top notch, from Drs "Wink & Fink" to sweet Andrea at the front desk, to Alicia in financing, to all of the fabulous assistants. The Bellevue clinic (I'll leave unnamed) was so unprofessional...my kids would complain that once they were whisked to the back each time, "none of the girls know what they are doing and have to ask each other for help." The "girls" referred to a bevy of beautiful young ladies the orthodontist employed...the doctor himself was rarely around. My kids would lose brackets constantly, and that ortho would say that they must've eaten something they shouldn't have (sticky/hard food) even though they'd insist that they had not. Fast forward to Northcut: 20 months of (2nd set) orthodontia for my daughter without a single issue. Not one lost bracket. My older son got his THIRD set of braces (because the first two sets in Bellevue still left him with bite problems) with Northcut, and he is also loving the professionalism. We are so pleased! During the process there may be additional appointments for adjustments like IPR or resin attachments. The place is nice and clean and I feel the staff treats you well and are professional. My teeth are aligned properly after the treatment and I feel it was worth the effort.

My child went to Peralta for 2 years starting when they were 12, within 6 months they had several cavities & after a year & 1/2 (& 4 fillings) requested removal because our kid couldn't/ wouldn't properly brush with their braces on. Peralta resisted & refused to remove them for 6 more months. Now they need 15 more fillings. When I reached out to Peralta to see if he had anything to say in regards to the fact that his "services" have left my child's teeth in worse shape than before, he refused to accept any responsibility for his part in this failure. Our kid was too immature to care for their teeth with braces & as a professional Peralta should have counsel us to wait. His only response was that our child's oral hygiene was fair & therefore he did nothing wrong. Learn from our family's costly mistake- DO NOT GET YOUR CHILD BRACES unless their oral hygiene is perfect and DO NOT GO TO PERALTA.
