First, their online assessment tool is amazing. It cut out so much time I would've spent traveling to their office for consults. Second, once I did go to their office, I was impressed by how kind everyone was, the minimalistic and gentle vibe, and the personalized care they offered. I spent a long time talking to Dr. Cassidy and I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on getting braces. Instead, she gave me excellent advice to deal with my ongoing TMJ pain and validated my decision to NOT get braces. She also recommended a new kind of floss and toothbrush. I've never been to a business where they were so patient focused instead of business focused. Though I won't be getting Invisalign, I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is interested! read more

As you see the picture, my teeth are all straighten up now. My bites feel perfect. I am so happy with the outcome. I can smile big with confidence these days. Dr. Cassidy and her team are friendly and professional. I enjoyed every progress. read more

Exceptional dental-care and personal attention from this Dental Practitioner & Her Staff. "Shout out" to Lauren in the front office (thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

We have nothing but great things to say about everybody at GLO. We initially went there for a second opinion after what we felt was an aggressive treatment plan recommended at another orthodontist practice. Dr Cassidy's approach was totally different and she recommended we should wait before starting a treatment plan. After three visits and 18 months she recommended now was the time to commence the treatment. This patience meant a lot to us because it reinforced our feeling that Dr Cassidy was making the best treatment plan her prime focus. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive. So far we have dealt with Dr Cassidy, Kailenne and Lauren. Each of them has always made our son feel positive about his treatment and funnily enough he even asked "when can we get started?". Highly recommended. read more

My son had his first appointment yesterday and had a great experience. He is not really fond of going to the the dentist so he was a bit nervous to see the orthodontist. Everyone made him feel so comfortable and we were excited to hear that his teeth looked good and to come back in 6 months for re-evaluation. They are honest and up front. We were so impressed with this clinic!! read more

GLO gets 5 stars in every aspect, from the front of the office to the back. Honestly I could go on and on about how awesome, knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled Dr. Cassidy, Lauren, Yuliya, Kailenne, Hayley, and Cham are, but that would be a novel. Just know this, EVERYONE is great at what they do here, and the end result is that you get a perfect smile and new friends. I never thought I'd say this about getting my braces off, but it truly was bittersweet. Bummed that I won't be seeing them from time to time, but if I'm in the area, I'll be sure to stop in to say hi. read more

Just finished my free consult with Dr. Cassidy and her team. First off, the office is sensational! It's like firing up a Mac for the first time after being on a Dell your whole life. It's not just a cosmetic thing, the office is high-tech, but super inviting and "user-friendly." As a marketing person, I love that they understand and focus on customer experience. The consultation was thorough and not a hard-sell either. As an adult considering braces (yikes!) her team was really understanding of my concerns of being "an adult with braces" and presented treatment options, the Pros and Cons and the prices, and then left it up to me to decide. I'm still not sure which route I'll take, but I'm confident in Dr. Cassidy and her team. I'll post updates to the review as appropriate, but for now, this is as good as it gets. read more

My two children just started their orthodontic care with Dr. Sara. I will admit that I was "sold" before our consultation: - Hers was the only ortho website in Seattle not purchased from the same "ortho website sale" all the other orthos in this city appear to use. (You would think they might change up some of the language, but no.) - Her hours work with working parents' hours. I was shocked at the hours some of these orthos post. One even says in their FAQs, "We cannot guarantee an after-school appointment." Really? Who is the customer here? It's already a time and financial investment. Don't make it more painful and inconvenient. - As a kid, I saw an ortho who was just starting out, and my experience was stellar. Dr. Sara focused first on my kids, greeting them warmly with a handshake and a tour of the office. She made them feel right at home--a decision she may later come to regret. ;-) Dr. Sara has created a beautiful office space. The first appt was very thorough, and I appreciated the fact that she did not immediately sign my kids up for extractions, surgery, braces, etc., and that she did not act like she was on a time frame or mission to get us out of her office, even though it was past 6:30 p.m. (The appt started at 5:30 p.m. I defy you to find an ortho in this city with these hours.) They may need all of these things, but I really valued that she wanted some time to think about options for both kids, and that time to see what happens with less invasive approaches is a possibility for both of them. GLO was the first office we contacted and scheduled an appt. I knew immediately I did not need to interview any others. We are in good hands. read more

Dr Cassidy and her Team are professional, caring and thoughtful. I would highly recommend anyone to their orthodontia care.

If there was a 6th star, Dr. Cassidy's GLO would get it. Not only is the office beautiful, airy, modern, and tech'd up for charging phones of all makes, but the staff is soooo PRO, too. Dr. Cassidy is so dedicated to her patients that she actually made a house call to relieve my son's Ortho gear from digging into his gums, after it had broken apart. Wow, no...OMG! Bravo read more

Dr. Cassidy and her team are super efficient and kind, and the atmosphere of the place is just perfect. Everything is always spotless and pristine, and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Love!! I can't say enough about Dr. Sara and her staff! Beautiful new office in a great location. High tech, contemporary and comfortable. They were both very excited about it! Love!! read more

I had a terrific experience here with Dr. Cassidy. She provided a thorough examination and gave me clear options. She corrected some misinformation I had been given by a previous doctor and clearly answered all of my questions. read more

Dr. Cassidy and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and put me at ease throughout my treatments. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive for my appointments, and they even allow my dog to accompany me! The office is immaculately clean. I have never had to wait to be seen. They offer little gifts and incentives throughout treatment, which is great fun, a terrific idea, and a lovely way to treat their patients.I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. read more

I was SUPER nervous to go see an orthodontist. I mean, I hate HATE going to the dentist and if people look at my mouth I usually growl at them. Maybe I'm not that bad, but I get very anxious about any mouth work. But pictures do not lie, and as I've gotten older (early 40s) my teeth were doing this funky shoving and rude crookedness. So I nervously went to see them, and here I am over a year later with a gorgeous straight toothed grin, and happy as could be. Everyone who works there is so nice, and super clean and not scary, and they were very patient with me and all my questions about the different types of braces, what would this do, and that, and would that hurt. And guess what? It didn't hurt, it was just a little sore every week. I went with the Invisalign with the Accelledent, and switched out my trays every week. Except the holidays, when I went for a stretch of two weeks so that I could enjoy Christmas without braces. I highly recommend GLO. read more

This establishment has been, THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Staff are SUPER friendly! Place is always cheery and pleasant. GLO is the gold standard for customer service and professionalism. It doesn't get any better than this.

Wonderful group !!!! All super helpful and are always willing to help work around my schedule! GLO FOR THE WIN!

Wow, what can I say about Dr. Sara!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate her and her office!! My daughter went to Dr. Sara when she was at orthodontia school at the UW. She was beyond amazing with her. Not only do my daughter's teeth look fantastic, she loved going to her appointments. Now it's my son's turn. He had his first appointment yesterday and, even though he knew Dr. Sara, he was a little hesitant. She made him feel so comfortable right off the bat. She toured him around her amazing office and then explained everything so he could understand. She gave us options for his treatment, but also helped us talk through what would be best for him. He came out of the appointment, looking forward to going back. She does a really fun incentive program that motivates the kids to take good care of their teeth and their health. He can't wait to start earning points! Dr. Sara is professional as well as warm and friendly. She truly cares about her patients as well as their families. Her staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly as well. You honestly feel like you are going to visit a friend rather that going to an appointment. And did I mention the cupcakes...;) read more

Everything about this office is SUPERLATIVE!! Dr. Cassidy is wonderful with both kids and parents. She puts everyone at ease with her joyous personality and clear enthusiasm for her profession After a very thorough evaluation, she explains to both parent and child what the different treatment options are; going over all the pros and cons of each option, She is really thoughtful in giving her advice and wants to make sure that everyone involved in the decision is comfortable and happy with it. Both my daughter and I love coming here...the office is beautiful, light, high-tech,and clean, and the staff equal Dr. Cassidy's warmth and ebullience. After seeing how well my daughter's invisalign is going, I too am about to begin my own treatment, since I know I am in great hands!!! read more

Wow! I have never been so inclined to write a review about a Dr's appt. before, but this place is exceptional! I went in for an eval for "adult braces" and came away knowing feeling that Dr. Cassidy is top top. I also learned that there are many options, including "invisible" braces which are more affordable than I had anticipated. The office is out of this world, and the staff is unlike any compared to other medical offices. Very attentive, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Cassidy! read more

Dr. Cassidy and all of the other employees at GLO are incredible! Everyone is so cheerful and welcoming and have made wearing these teeth spanxs (otherwise known as Invisalign) a wonderful experience. I'm over a year into my treatment and almost done and my teeth look wonderful! Yuliya, the orthodontic assistant I usually always work with, is awesome. Always easy to talk to and my appointments fly by. They made everything so clear when during my first appointment in regards to payments and insurance, expectations and all the awesome perks that come along with being a GLO patient. Although I'm stoked to almost be done with my treatment, I'm sad I won't be seeing these ladies as often. Truly a great office! read more

I didn't know I could fall in love with an Orthodontic practice, but I did! As an adult looking for braces, I chose Incognito braces and am so glad I did. The treatment was seamless and cosmetically no one knew I had braces, which was a huge selling point for me. As a business owner working with my own clients, I was not only impressed by how well Dr. Cassidy's office treated me, but inspired to implement their customer service values into my own business. The day after I had my braces put on, I got a phone call from Dr. Cassidy, herself, checking in and seeing how I was doing. She wanted to answer any questions I might have and ease any worries. That really wow'd me. The next 21 months were always pleasant, fun and even during her maternity leave, I never worried about my treatment lapsing. This office is high-tech, clean, modern, inviting, and comfortable. The staff were friends by the end. To the point where it was almost sad to get the braces off. What adult can say that? I'm thankful GLO has been introduced into my life and both of my young children will be coming here when the inevitably need their own orthodontic work. No question. read more

I have had a fantastic experience so far at Green Lake Orthodontics. Every single member of the staff has been outstanding, and the practice goes above and beyond to serve its clients. I actually look forward to my appointments! I appreciate the details, from offering clients the opportunity to use Fitbits, to providing digital devices instead of using paper resources in the form of magazines. I highly recommend this practice. read more

I have been going to GLO for the past 6 months and I can't imagine having a better experience. Dr. Sara is just great, full of energy, very positive. Kerri is such a nice, helpful, warm, positive person, and Kailenne has been great to work with. Dr. Sara promotes healthy living by encouraging clients to wear Fitbit and keep track of their daily movement - I am hooked! I am an adult, wearing braces for the second time (5th/6th) grade and Dr. Sara has helped make the experience a good one. I highly recommend GLO to anyone. read more

Well, what can I say...I was blown away by the absolutley perfect customer service, Dr. Cassidy's thoroughness in her examination and assessment and "bedside manner". I am looking forward to starting my treatment and I highly recommend Dr. Cassidy's practice. Check it out, you will not be dissapointed. read more

Great first consultation with Dr. Sara. I know my daughter will eventually need braces and was pretty well prepared, having come from multiple "watch and wait" appointments with our orthodontist on the East coast. The front desk and assistant staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Sara met my daughter where she was, talking to her as if she were the customer (well, lets be honest, she is...) and explaining every detail and answering all questions from both of us. I feel well prepared for the long orthodontic journey we have ahead and I am confident in Dr. Sara and looking forward to building a relationship with her and her team. My daughter is typically quite nervous about things she hasn't experienced yet and was put at ease by Dr. Sara, who also knew to give us a coupon for a gigantic cookie at a nearby bakery - the final touch to make it an excellent visit for my kiddo. I may even finally look at getting braces for myself, but that is another story. read more
