The staff and service could not be any kinder or professional. From the front desk folks to the doctors, I' e never had anything less than an excellent experience at TSD. I've also never waited in the waiting room for longer than a minute or two, so their prompt attention to appointments is something I've never experienced in a dentist's office. Wonderful. Well I did my attempt to handle my horrible experience with the business directly and privately but was met with a canned response that didn't end up solving any of the issues. I had a horrific experience getting a teeth cleaning via Dr fanger. I'm not sure if he is a regular dr there or a student, But he by far was unprofessional and caused me weeks of pain after my cleaning. I missed my appointment in March due to the circumstances at hand. My teeth are in wonderful condition and I had last had xrays in sept 2019. I opted to not get them yesterday as I just needed a cleaning, and I also have been affected so I frankly didn't have the extra Money to do it nor did I need it. I had let them know over the phone when booking that it was a cleaning only but when I re mentioned it, it seemed like I was a hassle. After that, your hygienist took care of her duties, very nice and easy. (Front desk worker is a lovey person as well) The dentist was to do my cleaning, I did not recognize him from your website and I do not remember his name. He asked if the sonic cleaner was ok and I said absolutely as I've been having that done for years with no issue. He gets started and within minutes of the cleaning stabbed me in my lower gum so hard I actually jumped up and eased what the hell he was doing. I've never had a painful dental situation, I was even awake for my wisdom feel being removed. I have a high pain tolerance and zero dental procedure fear. He made a half hearted apology and carried on after making me feel like he was frustrated that he will have to manually scrape my teeth. He went on to be so rough that three more times he jabbed me the on the forth I had to tell him to stop and he remarked "well it's not bleeding". Through out this was a lack of suction so I was unable to even communicate. So much so that in all my years of going to dentists I had to wave at him to do it. So I paid and left and frankly my teeth still hurt, and I ended up with a headache from it. I'm not sure what the next step is but I'm hugely disappointed with the treatment I received from the dentist, not sure why he had such an aggressive hand and attitude. By the end I felt like I was assaulted. I'm still awaiting the owner to contact me about this issue. I have great teeth, I had a great dentist up north but my work schedule doesn't coincide with their open hours. So I tried out this place to find something that would work. I'll absolutely be going back to my old dr, and just take the hit not working. read more

Dr Lindsay Papac's root canal - a second root canal on that tooth - failed pretty spectacularly. My tooth broke off when I bit into a piece of bread at a restaurant. IT BROKE OFF. My next dentist said that there wasn't enough tooth material left from that procedure, aka she didn't do a very good job. I ended up having to get an implant to replace the tooth. Her poor work cost me $4000 in out of pocket dental work. I'm not even sure if she still works there, but I felt it necessary to review her work while at this clinic. I had good experiences with Dr. Olson. My issue is not with him at all. read more

The team at Town Square Dentistry provided strong service and an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was very willing to work my visit into their schedule during the busy holiday season. Great atmosphere in the lobby and welcoming staff as I waited for my spot in the chair. And once in the chair, a gentle and thorough check-up with good explanation of what was needed and what wasn't. The practice offers advanced technology which made x-rays quick and even allowed the hygienist to show me images of teeth that were in concern. This helped me to feel very involved and informed. The best Dentist experience I have ever had from start to finish. I like to break my reviews into sections to showcase each point of awesomeness. 1. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and Michelle was warm and friendly. A lot of places sound annoyed that you are calling, but not this place! Digital high-five!! I was able to get in pretty quickly too. 2. Paperwork and insurance; The process for filling out paperwork was easy. They sent me a link to download a PDF file that I could populate with my info and send back. I had very little to do when I showed up! I do not have my delta dental card but they were able to look me up and have accurate prices for me for the work being done. The last TWO places before hand seemed as though they didn't understand my insurance but Michelle and team were on it. None of this "we'll send it in and we'll see what you owe" nonsense. 3. Dr. Adam Szjaman (Pronounced "shy-man") was great. I don't have awesome teeth and at no point did he make me feel inadequate because of it. I ended up needing a crown and they were able to bust that out SAME DAY!! No weird temp, no 2nd visit for fitting. The scanning process was amazing, and it only took about 15 minutes for it to cut out. Another aspect of me getting a crown which should earn this places a 6th STAR is that Dr.Szjaman did something called a 3/4 crown. He was able to use part of my tooth WITH the crown rather than filing it all down and placing the cap on it. I don't understand the details 100% but from what I found out afterwards by looking it up was that Dr's don't do it often because it's more challenging. I look forward to my next visit to have a cavity filled, and to get a teeth whitening tray made! Don't waste your time going anywhere else!! read more

Office was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly. Was seen on time which is unusual at most offices, especially late in the day. I was informed every step what was happening and the exam, x-rays (which I hate) and cleaning were all done with a minimum of discomfort. I had an excellent first experience with Dr. Olson. I needed to have 2 old crowns removed and replaced with new ones. I do not get numb readily and, in my past experiences, dentists have needed to stop working to inject more novacaine, or whatever is used, and wait for it to kick on before continuing. Ir was frustrating for me and the dentist. I let Dr. Olsen know up front that I am hard to get numb and he understood and gave me 3 injections. The entire procedure was completely painless and I was thrilled. Such an easy dentist visit. The while procedure took a bit over 3 hours, with down time in between, so he gave me another 2 injections before completing the last stage of the procedure. I am so happy that I chose Town Square Dentistry as my dental providers when I moved to this area a year ago. I will continue with them and highly recommend them to others. The Best! read more

I am so happy right now. Last night I was diagnosed with the need for a root canal.....to the tune of over 2,000 dollars. My now former dentist was happy to diagnose me with such, claim the need for a specialist because she doesn't do root canals, and then start racking up other so called cavities in my mouth that were going to cost me a bundle to fix. When I found out my insurance was not going to cover such a thing I got upset. When I went to leave she told me when I got my money problems figured out I could come back. Is that a bedside manner? So I looked at yelp reviews for dentists near me and found this place. The woman I called who was closing up the office took her time to talk to me. She was totally sweet and I got a good feeling about the place. So today I went for my appointment, scared to death it would be awful and cost me more than I had on my care credit account. I was taken back almost immediately, the assistant was also so sweet, and we got right to business with my tooth. The dentist came in after seeing my x-ray and said she was just not convinced I needed a root canal based on what she saw on the film. After further analysis she concluded that the filling I had in this tooth had come loose and cracked. The pain I had been having was likely due to food particles getting underneath it and hitting some part of the tooth that is extra sensitive and not usually exposed. She discussed options with me and we decided together that what she could do was remove the bad filling and do something called an inlay. This procedure was 1500 less than the root canal! She got right to work on it and pretty soon they were molding a new tooth piece for me. They have a special machine that takes 3D photos of your mouth and allows them to craft teeth that fit very well. Both her and her assistant were as gentle as they possibly could be given the nature of the procedure. They were attentive, made sure I was numb, and were really good about checking in and letting me know what they were doing before they did it. Needless to say this was the exact experience I was hoping for from a dentist. I'm already home and the numbness has just about worn off. The tooth feels like my own, the pain is gone and I am back to just fine again. This is the dentist you want to see!!!!! read more

I have not met Dr. Olson and I had a just okay appointment with Dr. Trieu, but it wasn't enough to diminish my over all impression of this office. Excellent experience from start to finish. Had a cleaning done by Dr. Szajman, and he caught a significant cavity between my back molars that my previous dentist had said was minimal and didn't need work! Came back for a filling, and despite my anxiety and the cavity being deeper than originally anticipated, he was able to fill it quickly (and painlessly!). Feels like nothing ever happened and I went straight to work after the appointment. I also noticed the cold/sweet sensitivity I was experiencing in that corner of my mouth disappear after the filling, which I didn't expect but was very relieved to discover!
