THEY OVER CHARGE!!. I was given a price for them to do some dental work and afterwards they said that the insurance wouldn't cover the cost. I showed them the their breakdown of the cost that they gave me before I had the work done, which said they contacted my insurance and that my insurance said they would pay $$$ amount. They then proceeded to tell me that they actually DO NOT contact the insurance companies, rather it's just an estimate!! Seriously, can you imagine any business pulling this type of con? Later that year we were told they would no longer take our insurance, but not to worry because while they do charge more, we can rest assured that we will be getting the best dental care around. Everyday I celebrate the day I found Dr Beffa and his team. HISTORY: My teeth had been crumbling from childhood, all enamel had disappeared (my family thinks due to PFAS in military base water during childhood). But however it happened, I have spent my whole adult life wondering which part of which tooth would crumble in mid conversation. Dentistry was constant but every time something was fixed, something else fell out. Dentists yelled at me. The Staff at Beffa Dental is very warm and welcoming. They take time to clearly explain procedures and answer questions you might have.

My review is a 4 1/2 Beffa dental has been in this area for a very long time it's a father son run business. Dad retired. And Kyle the son is running it absolutely wonderful. The reason I say that is because his staff all get along ,all are extremely friendly, knowledgeable of their tasks and walk you through every step so there's no surprises. Tara hygienist is so gentle.... highly recommend them. The reason mine is a half a point away from a five star is because I wish they would offer or hand out headphones. Or at least offer some sort of ear distractions lol! Although I have to admit the music they play is soothing. Dr kyles work is impeccable. read more

I'm such a huge fan of these people. Dr. Kyle is such a class act. I've been going here for years and I seriously HATE the dentist. But not these guys. They continue to deliver excellent patient care and chair side manner. Now they know I'm a chicken and are so good at helping me feel safe and cared for.
