Parking was easy with the lot out front. The receptionist was kind and took me in early. The hygienist that worked with me could tell that I was really nervous and explained everything she was doing. She was super helpful! Wish I could remember her name (she was from Maldova). Then came Dr. Nam whom was a really cool dentist to talk to! Very kind and helpful! They also recommended a night guard since I clinch my teeth sometimes when I'm sleeping. Overall, this was my best dentist experience I've had! I made another appt immediately which is something I've never done!

I'm really glad All About Dental was nearby and I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Thai. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I had to have some extensive work done but he was able to squeeze me in before I left town and I felt he took his time, was detailed, and did an excellent job. Naya was the dental hygienist and helped to answer any questions I had and also made my experience a positive one. I had gone on a Friday and Dr. Thai made sure that if I had any issues I would be able to contact him over the weekend which I really appreciated. The customer service was great and if I am ever back in town and need a dentist I know where to go! Highly recommend! PS: I have made it back to my regular dentist and he also said the dental work looked great!

Dr. David Larson, or "Dr. Dave" as I like to call him, is the best dentist I've ever had to the…read morepoint I actually look forward to going to the dentist...even for the four fillings I had to get after being afraid to see a dentist for ten years! For me, this is why I absolutely am very fond of Dr. Dave as my dentist: 1. There's no rush job. I think Dr. Dave is one of the few dentists these days that doesn't buy into the volume business, in-and-out in 15 minutes job. It's nice to know there are dentists that still take the time to understand and explain your dental situation. 2. Less about the office, more about the quality exam/treatment. Dr. Dave's dental office is in a building that more so resembles a community college from the late 80s/early 90s BUT he has the best possible apparatus to make your exam/procedure go very well such as instant dental images, no metal contraption to hold your mouth uncomfortable open and absolutely, positively, no pain when getting numbing medication before getting a filling replaced/tooth worked on. While I've gone to some dental offices where they have a big fancy tv in the waiting room, bottled water, and a hot towel, none really compare to just having a skilled dentist that does care. 3. Bends over backwards a bit. If you're in super dire need, I know Dr. Dave will try to make some arrangement, even when he's supposed to be closed to get patients in. 4. Dr. Dave will refer you out if need be. I needed four wisdom teeth removed per Dr. Dave's recommendation and recommended an oral surgeon to see, even explained the risks and my situation better than the oral surgeon he recommended I see. Although Dr. Dave does admit he can do wisdom teeth, my case was a tough one to which he said I'd be better off seeing someone who was more experienced in this. I appreciate his honesty. 5. Big parking lot and not on a super busy street. Compared to some other places, Dr. Dave's office is in a big parking lot that offers plentiful and free parking that isn't on a busy street so getting there should be easy. So...why wouldn't you see Dr. Dave? 1. You don't like dentists over the age of 40. 2. You will only go to fancy dental offices. 3. You just can't make the drive to Burien. 4. You already have a dentist you're fine with. 5. You don't want to see a dentist. 6. You work on your own teeth. 7. You don't like people named David. That said, if you need a dentist and live or are willing to drive to Burien, I'd go see Dr. Dave.

Well I did my attempt to handle my horrible experience with the business directly and privately but…read morewas met with a canned response that didn't end up solving any of the issues. I had a horrific experience getting a teeth cleaning via Dr fanger. I'm not sure if he is a regular dr there or a student, But he by far was unprofessional and caused me weeks of pain after my cleaning. I missed my appointment in March due to the circumstances at hand. My teeth are in wonderful condition and I had last had xrays in sept 2019. I opted to not get them yesterday as I just needed a cleaning, and I also have been affected so I frankly didn't have the extra Money to do it nor did I need it. I had let them know over the phone when booking that it was a cleaning only but when I re mentioned it, it seemed like I was a hassle. After that, your hygienist took care of her duties, very nice and easy. (Front desk worker is a lovey person as well) The dentist was to do my cleaning, I did not recognize him from your website and I do not remember his name. He asked if the sonic cleaner was ok and I said absolutely as I've been having that done for years with no issue. He gets started and within minutes of the cleaning stabbed me in my lower gum so hard I actually jumped up and eased what the hell he was doing. I've never had a painful dental situation, I was even awake for my wisdom feel being removed. I have a high pain tolerance and zero dental procedure fear. He made a half hearted apology and carried on after making me feel like he was frustrated that he will have to manually scrape my teeth. He went on to be so rough that three more times he jabbed me the on the forth I had to tell him to stop and he remarked "well it's not bleeding". Through out this was a lack of suction so I was unable to even communicate. So much so that in all my years of going to dentists I had to wave at him to do it. So I paid and left and frankly my teeth still hurt, and I ended up with a headache from it. I'm not sure what the next step is but I'm hugely disappointed with the treatment I received from the dentist, not sure why he had such an aggressive hand and attitude. By the end I felt like I was assaulted. I'm still awaiting the owner to contact me about this issue. I have great teeth, I had a great dentist up north but my work schedule doesn't coincide with their open hours. So I tried out this place to find something that would work. I'll absolutely be going back to my old dr, and just take the hit not working.

I understood, although it was frustrating since I had other things scheduled. Then at midday the power was not back. Eventually, my appointment was cancelled. I was upset since I arranged this way in well advance and used my time off from work for nothing. However, I could understand. I was able to use the rest of day for something else. They said they would call me the next day. I did not get a call. Then, today they called me to reschedule it for Feb 2023 as they do not have openings. I think it is a common sense for everyone to know that patients in this time of year schedule dental appointments to use up their yearly benefit before the end of year. All they have to say "we can scheduled you for perhaps January/Feb and contact you if there is a cancellation." Well, if there was no cancellation, then they would only simply say that there is nothing they could do as there was no cancellation. I also work in health care as well. I know how clinics work. In this exceptional situation, clinics do make exceptions. I certainly made such exceptions for situations that patients did everything right. They perhaps have enough patients not to care much of patient's inconvenience especially when patients did nothing wrong but all the things to make it to the appointment. Only thing that I could do would be not giving my business which they don't seem to be need anyway. I would only be a patient that is irrational to them. However, again I also work in health care and so I know enough. All they had to say was they did nothing wrong since it was the power that was out. If I could point out which I did not say on the phone, it is not patients' fault that the clinic did not have backup generators.
