I've been going to reward dental for 2 years now and have had a great experience overall. The staff and dentist have always been clear and vary transparent with me about anything they do. I have had several cavities replaced and my front tooth filling done here. Scheduling is super easy and flexible. They always call and text you reminders for yearly cleaning and any appointments I have had some terrible experiences in the past with other dentist so finally having one that's reliable and experienced has made all the difference. read more

Had my last few lower teeth pulled early in February, after months of waiting, and impressions I finally got the lower plate which didn't fit well and hurt. I was told to give it time, after a week I called for an appointment for an adjustment, two weeks later they did, and it still wasn't right. They said give it two weeks and come back. They made another appointment for today, 8-28-23 at 9:30 am. I showed up for the appointment and was told that my dentist doesn't work on Mondays. They made the appointment, don't they know when the dentist is on schedule. I have another appointment for 9-7-23. Seven months with no bottom teeth is a bit ridiculous. read more

I had an appointment cancelled WITHOUT warning and I didn't find out until I got there to check in. They wanted to charge me unknown fees (couldn't explain what the fee was for) just to schedule my next appointment. Let me repeat, I had to pay money just to schedule an appointment! I've never encountered that before anywhere. When I asked why my appointment was cancelled and I was getting charged, they said it was because of my previous cancellation. I had only cancelled ONCE a long time ago and it was aligned with their cancellation policy so that was not true. They are scammy! Do not go here. read more

I went in for a cleaning and ortho consultation recently. My first impression is that this place is very professional and friendly. I really liked the employees and I felt like most would go out of their way to help me feel comfortable. They also send out text reminders for appointments which is really cool, and while waiting for them they will offer you to watch from a selection of movies. Burien Dental Care is a bilingual dental practice in Burien. I came across it because I needed my pearly whites cleaned and they had just happened to send out great coupons to my home in Leschi in Seattle. First off, they got me in super quick and I was amazed at how nice the facility is... They have coffee, cookies, water, and magazines to enjoy in the waiting room, but they got me in right away and fixed my fillings promptly. Next, and equally important to mention, is the staff. They are super nice and accomadating, and I greatly appreciate their follow-up with reminders about appointments. As a busy professional, I hate to say that I put myself on the back burner sometime, and their texts and calls prior to my appointments help me remember myself. Also, I got a wisdom tooth taken out here by Dr. Cesar Cruz. He was extremely nice and made me feel completely at ease, and taken out the tooth was no big deal. I was and still am completely perplexed what the big deal is about getting those out. It didn't hurt at all and I was in and out in a short while. Lastly, they also have tv's in the individual rooms for your viewing pleasure. They even asked me if I wanted to put on a movie prior to me getting my wise teeth out. I was a smidge anxious to try a new dental office after moving to Burien from Florida. I had also taken a 3 year hiatus from the dentist between healthcare providers. Fortunately, Burien Dental Care was incredibly accommodating. I needed a deep cleaning that required local anesthesia injections. My hygienist was so friendly that any slight worry I had about the procedure quickly dissipated. Not painful in the slightest. I even received a call a couple of days later to check in on me. I was very negligent about my family's oral health. It was partly to be blamed to my non awareness and partly due to bad experience with my daughter's previous dentist. I visited a health fair and spoke to someone over there. They seemed nice and had a great promotion. I thought of taking my daughter for dental cleaning since food gets struck between her tooth. I was greeted by friendly staff and later met an asian dentist. They seem very nice. However my daughter started crying seeing the dentist since she was so afraid of her previous dentist. But Dr. Singla calmed her down by telling her a story. To be honest, I was felt like crying since it was first time my daughter liked a dentist. My daughter had few cavities which the dentist completed in two visits. The assistants educated us about oral health. They also gave my daughter a kids toothbrush which she likes. Horrible place. I scheduled a cleaning after doing research to find a new dentist. The dentist I scheduled the appt with wasn't even there. I was there 1-1/2 hours and never got a cleaning. I had a total of 5 people see me and all they managed to do was x-rays and the buffing part of the cleaning. It takes 2 different people there to do a simple cleaning. I asked why it was taking so long and was told that I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning and that people normally have the exam (xrays only) and then come back for the cleaning. That's ridiculous. I double checked with the person when I called to make the appt that they would be doing a cleaning since she called it an exam. She said they would do a cleaning. When I told her this she changed the reason to sometimes they get emergencies and can't stay on schedule. She said she checked with the hygienist and was told that she was positive it would be just 5 more minutes. Still nobody. I finally got up and left. They left the patient schedule up on the computer in the exam room so I could see all the patient names for the day. I got 6 phone calls and 4 texts within 3 days reminding me of the appt. They were all in Spanish so were useless. read more

Did not have a very good experience here. I had a scheduled annual dental cleaning. I was first sat on time but then they had me sit in the chair for a total of an hour before someone actually came to clean my teeth. About three different dental assistants came in and out during this time but never an actually hygienist during this hour. Finally after the hour passed a hygienist finally came to do my cleaning but she only spent about 15 minutes breezed through and left. It seemed like everyone one was in hurry and rushed and I don't think they did a very good job. read more

We received their postcard with Specials "Free Sonicare after Exam, X-ray and Cleaning if you have insurance". Called them and got a quick appointment. I did not want to wait till end of the year to get the treatment. The place is very neat and clean. They have Free Starbucks coffee and cookies in reception (hurray!). The front desk was nice and the wait was for few minutes. I was then taken inside the room for xrays. The assistant answered all my questions and then played the dental educational videos. The dentist arrived in few minutes and explained me xrays. They also showed me decay using intra oral camera. They take time to explain the treatment and do not rush up. I could feel that the dentist and staff has genuine concern for patients. Its a very nice practise and I have found my dentist for life. read more

I am a middle aged man and very conscious of my smile since I broke my front tooth 2 years back. I had lost my job in the recession and hence could not do the dental treatment. I felt very terrible about my looks. When I got another full time job that offered dental insurance, the first thing I did was to look for a dentist to fix my front tooth. I booked an appointment with Dr. Singla. She suggested that I get an implant followed by a tooth colored crown. After the treatment my looks were completely transformed. On Jan 16, 2019 I went in for my 1st dental cleaning of the year. I have my teeth cleaned 4 times a year. I arrived at 10:25 for my 10:30 appointment. Then, I was told I would have to fill out a new Heath Questionaire; a lengthly 4 pages. I have been going to this office for years, and except for the initial visit I've never been asked to fill out another Health Questionaire. I told the receptionist that I didn't want to fill out the questionaire. Afterall, this requst was made just as my cleaning appointment time arrived. I was extremely annoyed by the request as I wanted to start my appointment and receive my service in a prompt and timely manner. I told the receptionist that there have not been any changes. She insisted. Then, I told her there was NO WAY on EARTH I was going to fill it out and asked for the office manager. The office manager told me I HAD to fill it out. I responded with, "If I have to fill out a new questionaire to receive service then I could go to a new Dentist and do the same thing there." I gave her the choice to retain me as a client or ensure that I would look for a new dentist. I would guess that I have spent over $14,000 dollars in this office including Insurance payments and what I have paid. I have never spent so much money on Dental work before. Everytime I walk through the door of this office, I am told that I need a crown or an implant. Last year, I sought help for a tooth that hurt when I bit down on it. I was told that I needed to have an extraction and an implant (Expensive) or a bridged crown (Very expensive) because I have an infection that's rotting the tooth. The dentist presented this procedure as an eminantly emergant need. After two courses of antibiotics, I still have the tooth and have never had any problems with it since. If I had listened to the dentist, I would have shelled out over $4,800 dollars unnecesarily. I have had many other experiences like this, and now I question the necessity of much of the work I've had done in this office. Long story short, the office manager chose to let me walk out that day and I will not go back. So, I write this review in hopes that you may not have similar experiences. My advice... seek a different Dental Clinic and Drive by Rewards Dental altogether. read more

After letting a fear of dentists affect me addressing care of my teeth, I found myself in a very painful situation with my tooth requiring immediate attention. My husband found rewards dental open on Saturday and made me an appointment much to my dismay. I arrived terrified but calmly explained to the staff my fears and what I was there for. The staff was amazing, they started in on my root canal on a broken tooth with a large cavity and a small infection. They constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and responded immediately if I needed anything. Dr Kim took extra care and was extremely patient. I was so comfortable I had my cleaning immediately after.... The Hygienist was also fabulous. I can't say enough how great every member of their staff was. I go back in two weeks for a permanent crown and the rest of my cleaning. My only issue today is I am a little sore from holding my jaw open for that long, something I am excited to say as the worst result of this experience. My first visit here was challenging. Apparently the dentist had a root canal that kept him from seeing us. I received two follow-up calls to chat about my experience. One person called from the company that books the appointment on line and a follow-up from the office manager. The second visit was great! They took pictures and x-rays of my teeth and when through them with me. The dentist took time to talk through my concerns. I had been told at the last dentist I saw my filling that was less than a year old need to be replaced. This dentist told me it was in good shape, saving me the need to complete an unneeded procedure. read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I was in need of a crown per another dentist. After feeling very uneasy about this other dentist and unsatisfied with their customer service, I spent a good deal of time calling around to find a new provider. I simply stumbled on Burien Dental Care and called. The woman the answered the phone answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get me in later that afternoon for a consult. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a clean office space and friendly staff. Was very quickly brought into the exam room. I has expressed my intense nervousness and irrational fears of dentist and was put at ease. One of the assistants Cathy went above and beyond the call of duty and checked on my nerves more than most people would bother to. The doctor was able to perform my procedure that day. He was so gentle and literally did not feel a thing from the injection to the final polish of my tooth. After bad experience after bad experience with other dentist, my faith has been restored. Even though this provider does not take my insurance coverage, I will continue to visit this location and pay out of pocket from this point on. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. read more
