I became a "VIP member" at the car wash and have really given this place about 3 months of car washes before writing this review. It is really the worst place I've been a part of. The washes take 30-45 mins and are not even done right at the end. I tried complaining and that worked for one wash, then it was right back to the same crappy jobs that take 40 mins when no other cars are even here. I will discontinue my membership and not bring any more of my vehicles to this place. I gave this place a good shot, and the crappy service was consistent. read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon to get a spontaneous car wash and wax for my new car. I did call around and the prices seem very fair, and competitive. I was expecting the worse for a Sunday afternoon, I was promptly greeted and was given some options for my car wash. I knew it was going to be a wait because it was very busy which is always a good sign. The attendant still told me about the wait time but she will do what she can to expedite the wash. The sitting area was very clean and spacious. I was able to view my car while it was going through the wash tunnel and upon exiting the tunnel it was very clean. The car then went back for hand wax and it was a real hand wax. Unlike other carwashes that use a buffer, the workers not only apply but also hand buffed the wax. The owners were also working that day. They were very courteous and they thanked me for my business. Very impressed with outcome. Next day my wife took my car to work. read more

I do not write reviews often, but I felt obligated to give credit when credit is due. I cannot say I have been greeted with such kindness and politeness from any other auto care place ever. From the mechanics in the shop to the people inside to those vacuuming and cleaning my car, I received the utmost customer service. They have done a great job making customer service a top priority from their staff. That's how you build a strong customer base that keeps coming back! Keep up the good work! read more

Well I've previously been here to get my oil changed, and everything was done well by an employee named Daniel. I enjoyed this business's business.. But I came in today to get my car washed as well as getting my interior cleaned.. And I have to say for a $30 wash as well as a $5 tip, I regret it deeply.. My car is still dirty and there are a ton of spots they forgot to dry, my interior I must say is very clean. But exterior wise it was a very poorly done job. Ontop of my terrible wash I was talked to in a very rude manner by the manager of the car wash, he spoke to me as if I was nothing but a quick buck.. Trying to get me out the door and to pay as fast as possible without me even inspecting the job his workers have done on my brand new vehicle.. I must say I am not one to complain or write reviews but I was treated very poorly and am very upset at the job done.. I regret paying the money and could have gone to Heb to get the same quality wash for a fifth of the price.. read more

Another terrible wash & vac. Stuff was 1/2 wiped, puddle in the floor mats and cup holders. Not sure why I keep giving them another try. The supervisor was very put out when we tried to talk to him. My advice is to try another shop. read more

Great service. A tad bit on the pricy side for a single wash - but we'll priced for the monthly unlimited plans.

Ok so I went to CincoAuto2 today to get my raincheck car wash. Let's just say that 2nd times the charm is NOT the case here! I mentioned the items they missed last time (not fully vacuuming, not filling armoraling the dash) and was told they would correct those issues...well they did vacuum a little bit better but there's still stuff on my seats. They did not address the armoral issue. And again I had to point out all the water spots...also there was still dirt on my CAR! On my rear bumper there was white stuff on the chrome part and they guy tried to tell me it's part of my car (like the clear coat wore off! Mind you my car is not even a month old!) I said no its a brand new car...sure enough it came off...well when I got home I took a towel to finish drying my car because they missed so much. Well while I was redrying my car I found a ton of black oil residue on the side of my car, luckily with a little elbow grease I was able to get them off. Do Not Waste your money going to CincoAuto2! You're better off going through a drive thru car wash! read more

Never again!!! I have given them several chances and every time I am disappointed! This last time I spent $50 and my car STILL was left unclean on the inside! read more

Dealing with this house of #*&@! now. Took two cars in for an inspection and oil change as well as upgraded wash. Simple right...read on. First car, (2015 Chevy 1500 39k miles) of course they called stating a ton of work was needed, which is a complete joke as I usually service our vehicles at another shop/location and just had EVERYTHING up to speed. Strike 1 they are crooks. Second car needed a running light bulb changed which I pointed out as well as the oil change/inspection and upgraded car wash. Went yesterday to pick this car up (no bulb change and no car wash), I was told to bring it back today, picked it up with my wife and the entire lower bumper was scrapped off the vehicle. It is 12:45p Sunday, I informed multiple staff with a raised voice left the key and simply said fix it. We will see what they do about the damage. Before and after pics were taken which I will not post. At this point we are out multiple hours over several days and likely over 1k in damage. This location could not pay us to come back. I will hold on to our pictures privately in the event we need to sue. Bottom line, stay clear. Looking forward to hearing a knock on our door with our vehicle as well as new bumper. read more

Worst place ever ownership sucks very rude and disrespect full the manager doesn't really care about a thing he walks around thinking he knows it all. Hands down the worst experience of my life. Car was still dirty had to resend my car to vac area 3 times they were missing spots. Worst car wash I'v ever seen I'm just sticking to the one I go to on mason they are the best by far. read more

No complaints whatsoever from me.....wash my car here all the time. Great service. General manager will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your service. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended. read more

This place is a joke! Not only is it overpriced but their customer service is terrible and their cleaning job is horrible. We paid $50 to have my vehicle cleaned and at a quick glance it appeared to be clean, however when looking a little closer (as in standing 2 feet from the car and looking at it or getting inside) you can see they didn't clean the wheels, didn't vacuum the carpet in the back seat or third seat, didn't wipe the seats where the seat back and bottom of the seat meet, and so much more. The cleaning took well over an hour so my husband assumed it was clean, it wasn't until he drove home (literally live in the neighborhood across the street) that I noticed how terrible the cleaning job was. He took it back and the manager had them vacuum the back floorboard but that was it. When he returned, there was still dirt between and around the words "suburban" on both sides of the car, bug guts were still on the side mirrors, the wheels remained dirty, the space behind the door handles remained dirty as well as the area of the back of the car where the back windshield wiper is. Had this of cost $15-$20 it wouldn't have been a big deal as I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", so to have paid $50 is quite upsetting considering the car remained dirty. read more

My car was still dirty on the inside and the car seats were not vacuumed. The front bumper and hood still had bugs on them after opting for the $29.99 wash and $5.00 wax upgrade. Also, there was a $2.00 SUV surcharge added when I presented a $3.00 coupon from a mailer. read more

Exceptionally pricey for the work they do. Go down to mason Road and you can find lots of car wash places who do detailing at almost half the price. read more

Cinco Auto 2 located on 1463 is awful! I dropped my car off to simply get washed and vacuumed. About 30 minutes later I received a call stating it was ready...I had to complain 4 times and speak to the manager before they got it correct. While I was waiting 2 other customers complained as well. It was ridiculous and they refused to refund my money, but did give me a free cash wash! Very disappointed!! read more

Cinco Auto 2 and its staff demonstrate what right looks like. Their customer service, attention to detail and dedication to their customer base is exceptional. Karla at the front desk was so very helpful and thanked me for being a loyal customer. The owners and staff are first rate and this is a must use location for all automobile needs including their state of the art washrack facility. I will promote this location to all of my friends, family and colleagues. Keep it up KPs!!!! read more

After having the car washed many times since my original review, I must say that my initial impressions were incorrect. They have done a very good job ever since that first visit and we have decided to keep our monthly pass. The employees have been pleasant and attentive and have even figured out how to open the hatchback on my VW and clean insides the frame. Very pleased now. Have changed my opinion and would recommend them. read more

I will not bring any vehicle back to CincoAuto2 Carwash, nor would I recommend it to others. First, the actual wash job performed left much to be desired. Second, and more importantly, yesterday afternoon, the washers after cleaning/vacumming neglected to securely re-latch one of the middle row chairs to the floor of my minivan. This morning, my wife braked while driving, and because the seat was not re-latched by CincoAuto, the entire seat, which at the time held my 2-year old son in his a car seat, slid forward into the seat in front of him. This negligence could have killed him had they been in an accident. Unsatisfactory - I hope your staff is instructed about the dangerous situation they created before someone is killed. read more

The Manager is a CROOK!!! I spent $45 (tip included in that number) on a car wash and it came out with a FLAT TIRE. The car wash machine broke my air tube stem right off my tire. They completely denied it was their fault. HELLO, how the heck else could that have happened Mr. Car wash Manager? It was a normal tire before we got there, and when it came out of your machine, it was totally broken and flat. The guy drying my car didn't even tell me about it either.... He let me load up my baby and try to drive off....Now, the man in the auto shop attached to the car wash was a gem of a man, no disrespect to him at all, I get it - they don't fix tires there... So the manager came out to basically tell me I was a liar, and offered me NO HELP. I was alone with my baby, AND NOW A FLAT TIRE. He never offered to pay for a new tire stem to be replaced, he offered no apologies, didn't even offer to reimburse me for car wash... What a NIGHTMARE experience. I suggest having a dirty car rather thank going here. #SayNoToCincoAuto read more

I don't know a lot about cars and the inner workings and which oil is the best or really anything like that so my review is purely on the experience of their oil change package for newish mini van. I guess my type of mini van does not take the oil included in their standard package and it also takes more oil than what their standard package includes. It cost me around $75 for the package. Coupon does not really do anything and i didn't know this up front (I take responsibility for that since my mini van came with free oil changes for 3 years). They greeted me promptly and the service took about 30 mins total including a car wash. It's not a full carwash where they vacuum and wipe inside clean, just the outside. The waiting area is clean with tv's and comfy seating. They have free coffee (not to my liking but people were drinking it). There is no free water you have to go to a vending machine to get a bottle. The people were friendly and wanted to help. Overall it was a positive experience and will probably go back since it took way less time than the dealership and the carwash was an added bonus. I also noticed they have a kids play area, various car supplies for sale, and memberships available for those that like frequent car washes. Again i can't comment on the technical stuff bc I don't know enough about it. read more

My wife took her Nissan Altima there last week to have an oil change done. Keep in mind I checked the oil in my wife's car the day before she took her car in for the oil change and the oil was dirty but the oil level was good. While she is there getting the oil change done she calls me at work and says one of the techs said there is an oil leak coming from the oil pan gasket and they can fix for $275. I tell her to tell them to not do anything but change the oil. I have a good friend that is a mechanic and can do that repair for much less. My wife then calls me again and now they told her that the leak is much worse than they thought and is leaking an enormous amount of oil and she probably should not even be driving this vehicle until it is repaired. She said now to repair the oil leak it will be $625 and they just so happen to be available to fix it right now. If it was leaking an enormous amount of oil and was unsafe to drive why was the oil level at full when i checked it the day before? Now I know something is up and they are up to no good. I again tell her to tell them to just change the oil. Took it to my buddy the mechanic and it ended up being a small leak from the engine oil cooler gasket. It cost me $170.00 to get it fixed. Beware of this place! They tried to take advantage of my wife thinking she didn't know any better...all of you at CincoAuto should be ashamed or yourselves. Do us a favor and stick to just washing cars. read more
