I was following a truck when it splattered what seems to be tar all over the front, paint and windshield. Alex at CincoAuto 2 did everything he could to get it off and I am VERY pleased with his service, friendliness, and ethic. I will make this my new place from now on. They didn't stop until they found a solution and was very reasonable with the pricing. Thank you!!! read more

been a loyal member for over five years, and during that time, I've often overlooked small issues because I understand that things can happen and we all get busy. However, yesterday's experience was enough for me. I brought my vehicle in for a wash, and part of the service included with my membership is having the interior vacuumed. When I checked my vehicle afterward, there were still large crumbs and visible debris left behind--even in areas that were easily accessible with a vacuum hose. After more than five years as a paying member, I expect the basic services included in my membership to be completed properly. Unfortunately, the quality of service has reached a point where I no longer feel I'm receiving what I'm paying for. Because of this experience, I have decided to cancel my membership today. It's disappointing that after being a customer for more than five years, poor attention to something as basic as vacuuming is ultimately what caused you to lose my business. read more

i'd give them zero stars if i could. took my truck there and they scratched it washing it, refused to take responsibility. new ownership and management suck, don't care about customer satisfaction. go elsewhere, kingsland hand carwash is way better and for same price. read more

Came in at 8 o'clock in the morning and left at 10. The service I needed was an oil and filter change plus a car wash. The oil and filter change took an hour. Tell me how can a car wash take another hour when there are only six other cars there. I'll tell you why, the people in the front doing the details after the car wash were so slow, looking around, talking, and just wasting time. This used to be a place that you could come in and out within an hour for the same service I just obtained and now it takes two hours. This place has gone downhill significantly and I won't be returning. read more

Paid for an interior clean on my truck. Front looked great. Behind the seats was completely untouched and filthy. The product they used smelled awful. When I reached out to management they ignored me. read more

Poor service and they charge more than is advertised on their boards. Watch out. In my opinion this is a dishonest business. They should advertise the correct prices otherwise this is bait and switch. Find another car wash that actually wants your business. read more

I've been coming and be a member to this car wash for a while, but ever since the new management took over, the quality has noticeably declined. The staff no longer provide the same level of service, they always close early and the manager in particular has been very rude. The wash itself is poorly done, leaving me dissatisfied each time. I truly believe the owner may not be aware of these issues, because if he knew, I'm confident he would take steps to fix them. read more

I can't say enough good things about Edixon at CincoAuto2. His service was absolutely amazing--fast, reliable, and very professional. He took great care of my car and made sure everything was done right the first time. On top of that, the car wash was detailed and spotless, leaving my car looking brand new. If you need someone you can trust, Edixon is the mechanic to go to! read more

There is a reason why this location is called 2...it's twice as horrible as the 1st. One. Had no choice being the only store open on Sunday. Place was not good, it was over priced and they didn't clean my trunk drink holders or windows at all.

I dropped my car off for a full details and they took 4 hours. When i got my car, windows, seats, floors and cup holder still dirty. I'm not sure what they did at all if anything besides waste my time. I had to come back the next day for them to fix it and frankly it was still half done. I DOT NOT RECOMMEND. believe the other reviews as well, and don't waste your time and hard earned money here read more

I have been to this car wash multiple times over the years. Sometimes it's good, most times just ok. Today I was there for 1 hour & 45 minutes and I finally spoke up because my vehicle had already sat outside for 30+ minutes without being touched! I finally asked one of the men to just clean my wheels & tires because I needed to leave. The employees were drying & cleaning steadily but I think had little direction from management as they were processing vehicles out of order & leaving the longest waiting customer's (I was one) vehicles just sitting. After multiple bad experiences why would I go back? Lots of car wash companies in this city. read more

OWNER'S DELETED COMMENT: First and foremost, nobody "stole" your class ring or any other ring. Our facility has over 40 security cameras and there is ZERO proof of your accusation. We kindly asked that you allow us to investigate and you leave a this review? I see you have also had "issues" like this with other businesses. Hmmm? Also, you told us you left your rings in the passenger side door and then, you said they were left in the back seat. This is a first...we've never had a customer leave her wedding ring in a car before a detail. Reply to owners comment: First and for most if you look at my other google reviews I have given all 5 stars except for your business. I only ever had an issue with a moving business who didnt take anything from me they just broke a bunch of my stuff and I have pictures to prove that if you would like to see. I find it very unprofessional how you immediately assume a customer who has been to your business and has family who goes as well MONTHLY is trying to start something. I mean your reviews speak for themselves self and now I can see why. I hope you record phone calls because I specifically said I left my rings on the side door behind the driver side that would be the back seat. I think you should be more understanding and empathetic as for someone who lost 3 expensive rings all in one sitting and a customer being told there was nothing they could do about it until the owner came in. Instead you some how try to change the narrative. Original review: Yesterday I made the mistake of leaving my wedding ring, engagement ring and my Aggie ring in my car when I dropped it off to get detailed at CincoAuto 2. I have called and gone back to the place yesterday asking for them to triple check every thing, yet some how my rings did not show back up. Asked if I could have the names of the people that worked on my car and told me that they couldn't do that because it was under investigation. They then just told me I should have read the signs and not leave values in the car. Which I totally shouldnt have but I dont think that gives them a reason to steal my rings. read more

I went to this location for the very first time this afternoon. Everyone was very nice until I went to get my car after it was detailed. There were two issues, one they didn't vacuum properly and had to send it back to get it done again (still not done) and there was a big scratched on the inside of my vehicle on the glove box area (see photos). I talked to 2 managers and both were very dismissive and tried to blame me for the damage. The managers were very rude, very short and unprofessional. All they cared about was me leaving. If I was a man, they would've taken me seriously. My car is always kept clean because I'm OCD and if you keep your car well maintained you get a better offer when you try to sell your car. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if you want your car in the same condition you dropped it off in. I will say the guys that wipe down your car were very nice and apologetic about my issue (not taking blame for it just apologizing) but the managers were not!! read more

UPDATE I changed the rating on my review thanks to your father who was a gentleman and made things ok. In response to your comment to my review, your manager lied to you because he never mentioned anything to me about noticing damage in my car before they washed it. It was until I brought it up that he mentioned it was "wear and tear". And I agree, you should be embarrassed about the way you treat your "friends" but especially your customers. Professional, high quality work, extremely friendly and very good pricing! I had some lights for my Jeep Wrangler that I wanted to get installed properly. The lights I had were from a previous owner and it wasn't really done right. Kevin (the owner) spent some time talking to me about what I was trying to accomplish and introduced me to Nico, who would be installing the lights and doing the wiring. He showed me everything he planned on doing and even called me during the installation to let me know about progress. He's very good at what he does and for those who are big on wire/ cable management, he's the kind of guy you want installing and setting things up, it's a very clean install. He even fixed some things for me that I wasn't aware of and showed me what he did and explained why. He went beyond what he had to do so that everything was done correctly. Thank you Nico for the hard work you put into this. Extremely profession, extremely high quality level of work. While waiting to pick up my vehicle ever staff member I came into contact with greeted me and spoke to me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I learned that they offer a great deal of services beyond wash and lube services and I wasn't expecting the wide range of services that they offer, I'll be back to have them do more work. The price was extremely competitive compared to other places I've gotten quotes from and I feel the value of what I got was beyond worth every dollar. Highly recommend. read more

Be prepared for a long wait if you go on the weekend. The place is popular, clean and they have their system down. So why only 3 stars? The exterior of my truck I have no complaints on but whoever vacuumed the inside needs to have their eyes checked. The interior was pretty clean to start with but take the time to vac the seats. It only takes a second and I did it when I got home. I understand that nobody is going to do it the same way you would at home but they missed so many places on the interior that other places always take care of. Hopefully I just got a vac guy that was having an off day because it is a nice place. read more

Always have a pleasant experience whether basic car wash or car repairs. We've taken our 4 cars to them the last 3 years. Recently had a full detail and engine clean to trade in Jeep that has over 100k miles. Dealership gave us way above what we thought we'd get! Alex, the wash manager, is always helpful and will go above and beyond to provide 1st Class service. My BMW had a bad swipe from a grocery cart and I thought I'd have to take to dealership to get out, he ran and grabbed some items from the detail side and got it off. And it wasn't just rubber, I had already tried hard pressure towels to wipe off and didn't work. I asked him what I owe, he said no worries. Great customer service! read more

The service was excellent but the car wash was terrible. I got the basic wash and it didn't clean the outside of my vehicle well at all. During COVID, everyone's time is super valuable and I can not afford to take off work for an appointment at the Dealer during the week. Thank Goodness I was recommended Cinco Auto 2. Great Customer Service !! They even have a shuttle that took me back to work near by. Oh did I mention this was all on a SUNDAY! Dealership quality, Great customer service plus open on Sunday too ... My first car wash at Cinco Auto 2 was not good. The truck was spotted and the rubber floor mats were still muddy. I avoided going there for about a year. Foolishly I went back today since it was convenient. Once again the wash/cleaning was a fail. I bought the #3 package which included interior cleaning. The console was greasy because they use so many chemicals. The windows were smeared and spotty, especially the front windshield. When I got home I had to wipe everything down with a towel to get the excess cleaner off the console etc. I then had to clean the windows myself in order to get the smears off left by Cincos dirty rags. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I won't. UPDATE... Went to the same location for a state inspection. Staff was courteous and inspection was timely. However, my car was handed back to me with grease all over the drivers seat cushion. I had to go back in and get somebody to clean it. Two strikes you are out. Shame on me for going back. Cinco Auto 2 always does an amazing job with my car. I feel like I get great value with my monthly pass. I highly recommend adding the Express Wax once in a while. It only takes one minute extra, and your car will shine amazingly, and the water and dirt beads off for weeks. Even when I drive through the express lane, my car is always cleaned well, including the brake dust on the wheels. I stopped by today, and Miguel did an incredible job on my filthy wheels and dusty interior. I hope management recognizes him for his excellent work.
