From early conversations with the event manager to the way the entire staff treated me yesterday on-site, Vault's customer service is unmatched. I'd been exchanging emails with Sarah (the event manager) since February to ensure the space was the right fit. Sarah answered all my questions, responded to me in a timely manner, provided ample time for my bridesmaids and I to set up decor and we were permitted to bring our own cake and desserts. The bartender allowed me to Airdrop my custom bridal shower playlist to an iPad that was connected to their surround sound speakers so I could play the music I intended to play. She was attentive, kind and placed purses and miscellaneous items in the back area so it wouldn't be in guest view. She cut the cake for us towards the end of the event. Truly such outstanding service. The event space is located downstairs, completely separate from the main dining area and there is a private restroom. It was a wonderful size for my guest count of 16 people. Everyone in attendance raved about the chicken nachos and the pizza. I personally loved the Wild Mushroom pizza. The food kept getting refilled as the day went on. Each item was labeled and the bar had several menus to look at. This was executed PERFECTLY. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend Vault Brewing Co. for all your event needs!

They can hold 20-500 people for private events according to their website. The inside is dark and could use a bit of a refresh, but I wouldn't say it's close to the level of dive. It's certainly on the larger side compared to most bars in the area. The staff has always been nice, but service can get slow when the crowd size grows. Just the nature of things. Food wise the menu has a typical mix of pub grub - apps, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and several entrees. A friend was eating their jumbo Buffalo Shrimp off the starter menu and raved about them. I stuck to a Cheesesteak which was average but a deal at $9.50 -- the chopped steak was decent, cheese was good just needed a bit more. Hot peppers gave it some kick and the long roll was fresh. Their beer menu has around a dozen beers on tap. They dabble in more mainstream big beer/craft beer like your Goose Island IPA's/Lagunitas IPA, but do have a decent show of locals like Yards, Victory, Troegs and Weyerbacher. Bourbon wise I had a Knob Creek neat which was average price wise. The pour was on the generous side. Each time I've been here the crowds have been friendly and having a good time. The amenities are the game changer. Showers were really spacious and soooooo luxurious. The rest pod was a peaceful break from the airport noise. And my absolute favorite- the free facial! You have to sign up via QR code for any amenities, which you can only access once you're in the lounge. So pro tip- soon as you sit down, check the amenity schedule first- even before cocktail or food.

When the servers came by to clear their initial table, the couple laughed and said Oh yeah - the people who were here didn't like that that much. So not so much a commentary on the lounge itself, which is very nice and probably one of the better lounges that I have been in, but to the quality of some of the patrons that you might encounter, should you choose to spend some time here.
