My visits are sporadic but all I can say is CiCi's is worth the trek. Always friendly staff, soft pizza crust and their toppings are super generous. I tried the Augustino's recently but mostly go for the CiCi's Supreme. We were late for pickup but somehow the pizza tasted as it finished off in the oven. Definite plus. I discovered Cici's when I moved in to my boyfriend's bachelor apartment in the heart of Parkdale six years ago. It was only for a month before we moved out to a larger apartment in a different neighbourhood but during that time we managed to cram as much Cici's pizza into our bodies as possible. It is not a fancy place. At any given time in the summer there are flies indoors. There are only a few spots to sit, and you probably wouldn't want to sit there anyway. But if you can look past these things, you're in for a real treat. Cici's has the perfect combination for a classic pizza: not-too-thick soft crust, simple tomato sauce, plenty of cheese, and enough pepperoni that it doesn't overpower the rest of the flavours. Altogether this makes for a mean pie. Less than $9 +tax for an extra large pizza is a steal. This is one of the few things I miss about living in Parkdale! read more

When I told the lady that we need a few pizzas, I think she heard that we need a few shields to fight and defeat Thanos and his infinity gauntlet. This thing was well forged, the crust was definitely made from a dying star or maybe a whole galaxy. No mortal or immortal mouths could break this juggernaut. Crusts that taste like an Italian bread you'd be happy to eat on its own - not the rubbery thick dough of the aforementioned chains, nor the cracker-crusts of the trendy wood-oven joints, but a perfect platform for generous toppings. Covered with cheese that has flavor, and is neither gooey nor elastic. And tomato sauce that tastes like tomatoes. Is everybody starting to get it? This is one of the last old-school pizzas in town - right down to their pricing: a large 4-item delivered for $15. I'd been paying almost twice that from King Slice. So I heard good things of CiCi's Pizza and seeing I live near the place decided i'd give it a try. So the first thing I noticed was the place was pretty small and not much to it. No tables or places to eat, Just a few stools for waiting for your order. So we ordered meal 3. What we got was wedges, wings, extra large pizza with 3 toppings, 4 pop and a dipping sauce. All for under $30 which is a great price. As for quality all were decent, Could have been more cheese on the pizza, and tasted a little under cooked. The wings were the best thing of our meal. So all said it really comes down to the price. For what your paying your getting your money's worth plus. I wouldn't recommend somebody going out of their way for this place but if you live in the area go for it. Even with such a great price delivery is free!!! Can't beat that read more

it seems like since the restaurant relocated the quality has taken a dump. I usually get thin crust well done. most pizza establishments have a sense about how this is dont. not CiCi's tho. I basically was treated to a dry cracker with cheese and pepperoni with a pathetic amount of sauce. but the pizza wasn't the worst part. the worst part was the wings and wedges. both fried to levels that would make Paul Walker blush. the succulence of the potatoes was lost in An abyss of unchanged oil manned by some dumb teenager who shouldn't be working the fryer. whoever runs the show needs to actually teach these people some sense about how good works. as a long time enjoyer of CiCi's I found the lack of quality disappointing on the highest level. I'm a millennial too. I hate working as well but then again. I don't own a business. I'm sure if I did I would drop the hammer on my workers for letting that out the door. read more

I was really disappointed with this! It looked great in pictures but the pizza I received was nothing like what was advertised. It wasn't cut, came cold, the cheese wasn't fully melted and was pretty sparse and really didn't have much flavour. I honestly think maybe they made a mistake with this one? I love this place. The pizza is thin, tasty, and affordable. I could easily eat a large pizza in one sitting ;) If you love your tomato sauce though, you might be displeased as they don't use a lot of it. My pizza would turn out slightly charred in the past but this has not happened in quite a while so I am not letting it affect my rating. Their creamy garlic dipping sauce is delish and you don't have to pay extra for it! If you have any left over, it's perfect to use in a salad or sandwich. Service could be better.
