Pizza and salad is quite good you must enjoy kids and have your own! Been a while for me but still fond memories.

Where to begin? This place was like, legit. Seriously, my boyfriend and I went here purely for the nostalgia, and were shocked how delicious everything was! Those cinnamon donut things yall make are AMAZING. I'll be back! read more

It's been years since we've been here because the last time it was disgusting inside, the employees were less than thrilled to be there and the food options were old, cold and just ick. Came here today hoping for a better experience and were happy to have a completely, pleasantly different experience. Nice people, much much cleaner and hot fresh food. Yay! read more

I'm a regular here, and the staff is the UPMOST best. Always good to my family. The young man I usually see working the cash register is always friendly, as well as the back of house staff. Relatively clean, especially for a buffet. 10/10 recommended eating here. ‼ read more

**AVOID** We came in to eat at 6:03pm. No one was at the front counter, just a lady working the buffet area (she was standing there looking at the pizzas, not moving or anything). While waiting for her to come help us, we saw multiple flies inside. They were in the salad toppings and cutting boards behind the workers line. After 4 minutes of no service, I called this location. The phone rang and the worker finally walked towards us. Once she saw us the "first" time (5 people total in line) she said "OH! I didn't see you guys!". The buffet was 1/4 full. There were not many options to pick from. We asked when the other pizzas would be ready and were told in a very rude way "We can't make any fresh ones or new ones that aren't out until more people come in to eat". I have never heard that before. We sat down to eat what was available and it wasn't even lukewarm. Room temperature at best. Once we got to desserts, they were hot but then ruined by seeing the hair in the brownies. Gross. Stopped eating and left. This location was dirty as could be. I don't blame the workers, I blame whoever owns this location. It's pathetic. The booths are in disrepair and this location needs a big deep clean. read more

I've been going to CiCis ever since I was in middle school and have absolutely never been disappointed by the service or the food. I love the pizza buffet and don't even get me started on the powdered sugar brownies!!! The arcades are a must as well especially for children and they usually have decent programming on their televisions. Good lighting and warm natural ambiance read more

CiCi's Pizza! First off, the pizza is always yummy. But let's skip all that and talk about the star of the show: the pumpkin cinnamon rolls. Seriously!!!!!! tTey are AMAZEBALLS. Warm, gooey, and full of that pumpkin spice goodness. You gotta go get you some unless you're at the one in Smithfield, NC and I am also there and there are only a few left, I don't want to cause you to spoil your dinner. Nah seriously again they are a must try. read more

i ate here. got food poisoning. do not go here, i doordashed a pizza and my friend and i have been feeling sick and vomiting hours after.

Haven't been to a Cicis in about 6 years. I thought I liked it. Maybe it was just this particular store but it was nearly ok. Arrived at 12:40 for lunch. If you got a slice right after it came out of the oven it was good however people were waiting. The salad bar had empty containers. The Alfredo sauce wasn't stirred so a hard film formed on top. Pasta was mush. Both cinnamon and brownie desserts seemed under cooked. Floor was slippery. Probably because the light figure in the women's bathroom was leaking water. read more

I don't even care about the mess the food was good The customer service was good they even have an arcade but I'll try it someday

Very bad customer service. Didn't even make it half way through the door before she stopped and said we couldn't bring a drink in. She could've stopped us nicely but proceed to be very rude to me and my family. We were asking her questions and she answered to us rudely. If I could give a zero I would. read more

When one of the children in our group traveling up I-95 said she wanted pizza for lunch we were thrilled to see there was a Cici's when we exited and did not bother to check any reviews first. Big mistake. I see that this place has been a nightmare for years - and judging by the corporate responses, it seems that Cici's corporate overlords have been informed about this many times. I simply can't believe that in 2023 such a disgusting 'restaurant' is allowed to operate. For starters, the women in our group found the women's bathroom floor covered with a pool of urine. It is clear that the management does not care, but it is amazing that the county health department hasn't shut it down. It's telling that when we walked out after eating a few bites of food that none of the employees said anything like, 'Is there something wrong?' I guess they're used to it. read more

We travel and eat out a lot. This is by far the worst place - restaurant or take-away, we have ever been. The floors are greasy with pieces of food lying around everywhere. The tables are dirty with heaps of dirty plates just stacked up. No one at the front desk and no one cleaning. We visited 4pm on a Monday. First and very last time. Only had half a slice of pizza each. Brownies totally raw- still wet dough inside. Sodas taste strange- maybe the water which mix with the syrup. There are so many other places to eat at- pls safe your money and dignity. Do not eat here- disgusting! Hope we do not get sick after our visit. read more

Service was awful....I don't think you can even call it service. Young man's pants were hanging so low I could see his tighty whiteys. The guy that appeared to be the manager had EarPods in the entire time. Food selection was limited. Dining area and restrooms were not clean. read more

honestly great price for a buffet love their dessert bar and variety of pizza, the chicken/noodle soup slaps, and the higiene is alright

Just don't. I knew we should've walked out right when we walked in but I really had to use the restroom. By the time I got back to the front to tell my husband not to pay, he already had. The restrooms were disgusting and the choices of pizza were awful. Quite literally the worst CiCis I've ever been to. read more

Nasty and disgusting! Not very clean and only brought one pizza at a time. Also they were incredibly overpriced..... not worth the money or time. read more

We stopped in for lunch just before noon. It was moderately busy when we arrived, but there was hardly any pizza on the serving line. We were able to get a couple of small pieces, but when we went back to get more that came out, the table cleaner dumped our plates before we could even eat those. The crowd started shortly after, and the choices remained limited to one or two partial trays going forth. This was one of our favorite Cicis pre pandemic. The prices are up, but the service is much worse. There were more people behind the counter this time than ever before. Not sure what went wrong today. read more

Went here with my family we expected to walk in pay and go ahead and start eating. When we walk past the register there are no pizzas at all. If you open at 11AM this should mean you have the pizzas out in the pizza buffet by that time ready to serve took about 15 more ms for any pizzas to be put out at the buffet. The place was disgusting moldy ceiling tiles, sticky floors, nasty smell, just horrible all together. I will def think twice before eating here again. read more

It was my first time back after a year and the floors were nasty with food and trash like they haven't been swept in hours the stuff was not friendly the booth seats were not cleaned theres 2 cashiers one of them could clean tables and sweep the floor instead of standing around chit chatting they could help out around the store and help clean it. Need the old managers back read more

Pizza is pretty decent, especially when you can have them make a special order for you. This location gets a certain type of customers, which results in a huge mess in the dining area that takes time to clean up. There are also large groups of families, blue collar workers and the occasional tourist bus that can decimate the buffet for a long time( constant empty food area, as groups swoop in and empty a tray in 5 sec flat). Overall a decent option given the location and price. read more

Cicis Pizza - Empty line. Need to stay on top of it during lunch ! - Pizza Near Me - Smithfield, North Carolina

OMG, where do I start.... Well let's start with fact I went to Cicis pizza for an awesome day,but instead my children and I wasn't greeted while walking in the door and the cashier had and attitude before I could even say anything. No silverware or plates . Salad and pasta bar was DISGUSTING . Than I get around to pizza bar there was nothing, waited a good 15 minutes before I was even recognize from a young black girl from the back and she look like she was preparing something she had what look like flour on her, she was so nice and kind even stood there to make sure my pizza came out. Everything about the Cicis in Smithfield is just nasty somebody to call the real health department deserve a zero read more

This is not the place to order a take out. I ordered one large Supreme Pizza to go. I was staying at a nearby motel and just wanted a pizza to relax with after a long hard day. 45 minutes later I'm STILL waiting beside the cash register for my pizza. NO ONE apologized for the delay. I asked the person at the register if it was about ready. It wasn't! I ordered it at 6:36 fro my receipt. At 7:15 I asked for my money back. The manager came from the kitchen and refunded my money. There was no comment made by her: no apology; no trying to make it right; NOTHING. Needless to say, when I get to my motel room tonight, I will not be going to this CICIS! I'm still in the mood for pizza though. I'll find a pizza somewhere--just not here!! read more

Easy. Inexpensive. We like that we can order personal pizzas since they don't have many vegetarian-friendly pizzas on the bar. I think the food is pretty good. Certainly not good FOR us, but it scratches the itch when we want to go for a quick bite. Michael is very frugal, so $6.09 for a belly-full is his kind of price point. ;) We've been coming to CiCi's for years and it seems that they continue to improve their quality and cleanliness. read more

My husband and I stopped in tonight for a quick supper. We got our salad sat down to eat and I started looking for the salt. Two of the staffers said the manager didn't order any salt straws or napkins! What kind of place doesn't have salt. I said so you have none too cook with either they said no, none at all. Don't think we'll be back read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Nasty, smelly and dirty!!! No utensils for pizzas, rude and unprofessional employees. Will not be returning. read more

about every 6 months I forget about eating here. The restaurant is very un-clean.... windows have old smudges , bathrooms are filthy , staff looks equivalent. thank goodness the pizza has to be cooked in front of everyone and is quickly baked and eaten. BUFFET!?!?! is one pizza at a time a buffet? one day I'll try another location and maybe it's just a good restaurant in a crappy location. Smithfield has never impressed me with quality employees nor top knotch anything for that matter read more

To whom it my concern, This is by far the most unsanitary CiCis I have been in. My kids enjoy CiCis and we have eaten at a few different CiCi restaurants. When we first entered the restaurant my wife commented we would have to sit at a table because all the booths had dirty plates and no patrons. The cashier stated "sorry there are no booths". I observed two male employees who honestly acted like they could care less about being there. Their jobs it appeared was to clean the tables and floors. Both of which they weren't doing well. I did manage to find one booth that had the table clean but old food was on the floor. There was food and trash on the floor all throughout the restaurant and I have attached photos depicting this. There was a brownie on the floor near the front register and the salad bar had food scattered on it. The toilet in the men's bathroom was also disgusting and appeared it hadn't been clean in a long time. If it hadn't been for the fact my daughters love CiCis we would have left. I've also attached a picture of a female employee who was seated in a booth the entire time we were there on her cell phone with the table tilted over. She looked very unprofessional. It is my opinion the employees do not take pride in the CiCis name and is depicting the wrong image you want CiCis to have. I feel you need to know what's going on in these Franchises that are using the CiCis name. I will not be returning to this location. read more

First I'd love for you to read my Cape Coral Cicis review...... Stellar! Ok, upon walking in the hostess was the snottiest girl ever and has an "I couldn't be bothered face" on. Next I heard a manager literally with kids present dropping the F word talking to an employee who was let go and wanted to discuss it. Not ok. The only star goes to the guy behind the counter making the pizza (the only one working) So sad. read more

Well, knocked that off my bucket list. I'd imagine the quality and taste of the food is secondary. What's first? I'm not sure. You're getting buffet quality pizza. Nothing more, nothing less. The place was relatively clean, but I found it odd that there was only one person working the register, one person working the line and one person cleaning. Seems like too few people for a buffet. read more

Went here after a long day of shopping at the outlet mall. Everything was good up until I saw my son had a hair on his Mac and cheese pizza. That's when I lost my appetite. I called one of the young lady over and showed her she was like that's cheese. I'm like no it's not then she goes onto say oh that is hair. She never apologized my son said she went and showed some man but he never apologized either. They weren't busy the floor had food and napkins all over it. You would think they would keep the floors cleaner. Never going back. It didn't dawn on me to take a picture of the pizza with hair on it because I was so upset. read more

This place is horrible. We sat for 20 minutes waiting on pizza to even be able to get. Even after waiting there was still no pizza being cooked. All the workers were hanging out at the tables and not working at all. Horrible management and no customer service. read more

Stopped while traveling and was completely surprised by the experience. You pay to eat from the buffet. There is a salad bar and some chicken soup(?). There is pasta and white sauce. I saw people eating the soup and putting the noodles in it...hmmm. My son loved the noodles and white sauce. So the pizza....there were 2 guys making pizza non stop. The choices changed quickly b/c people were always going through the line. I finally started listening to the man up front and ignoring my kids so I knew when something came up I wanted to try. Bad I know. So the 'mac and cheese' pizza was a nice surprise. Who knew!?! The taco pizza was great...full of veggies but even my kid liked it. Someone asked for pepperoni and jalepeno and they made it! So I tasted a lot of pizza but didn't finish a lot of slices. It felt wasteful. But it was a fun experience to sample some different kinds of pizza. They also had garlic bread, cheese bread, thin crust pizzas and more. The dessert pizza was good. Apple or cheese danish...both were decent. The cinnamon rolls weren't bad either. So when you feel like eating until you are literally fat....give it a try. read more

I went to this place an absolute joke! The workers were smoking cigarettes right outside the back door with it open and the smoke was coming into the place. A black worker was listening to his head phones a white worker was video chatting in his phone about child support. There was only one pizza on the whole buffet no deserts no pasta no salads. I asked for a refund and told me the manager was sleeping in parking in his car. They had to go wake him up to come give me a refund. Absolutely the worst experience read more

School cafeteria-caliber pizza served in a big, charmless open room that makes one yearn for a McDonald's.
