**AVOID** We came in to eat at 6:03pm. No one was at the front counter, just a lady working the buffet area (she was standing there looking at the pizzas, not moving or anything). While waiting for her to come help us, we saw multiple flies inside. They were in the salad toppings and cutting boards behind the workers line. After 4 minutes of no service, I called this location. The phone rang and the worker finally walked towards us. Once she saw us the "first" time (5 people total in line) she said "OH! I didn't see you guys!". The buffet was 1/4 full. There were not many options to pick from. We asked when the other pizzas would be ready and were told in a very rude way "We can't make any fresh ones or new ones that aren't out until more people come in to eat". I have never heard that before. We sat down to eat what was available and it wasn't even lukewarm. Room temperature at best. Once we got to desserts, they were hot but then ruined by seeing the hair in the brownies. Gross. Stopped eating and left. This location was dirty as could be. Haven't been to a Cicis in about 6 years. I thought I liked it. Maybe it was just this particular store but it was nearly ok. Arrived at 12:40 for lunch. If you got a slice right after it came out of the oven it was good however people were waiting. The salad bar had empty containers. The Alfredo sauce wasn't stirred so a hard film formed on top. When one of the children in our group traveling up I-95 said she wanted pizza for lunch we were thrilled to see there was a Cici's when we exited and did not bother to check any reviews first. Big mistake. I see that this place has been a nightmare for years - and judging by the corporate responses, it seems that Cici's corporate overlords have been informed about this many times. I simply can't believe that in 2023 such a disgusting 'restaurant' is allowed to operate. For starters, the women in our group found the women's bathroom floor covered with a pool of urine. It is clear that the management does not care, but it is amazing that the county health department hasn't shut it down. We travel and eat out a lot. This is by far the worst place - restaurant or take-away, we have ever been. The floors are greasy with pieces of food lying around everywhere. The tables are dirty with heaps of dirty plates just stacked up. No one at the front desk and no one cleaning. We visited 4pm on a Monday. First and very last time. Only had half a slice of pizza each. Brownies totally raw- still wet dough inside. Sodas taste strange- maybe the water which mix with the syrup. We stopped in for lunch just before noon. It was moderately busy when we arrived, but there was hardly any pizza on the serving line. We were able to get a couple of small pieces, but when we went back to get more that came out, the table cleaner dumped our plates before we could even eat those. The crowd started shortly after, and the choices remained limited to one or two partial trays going forth. This was one of our favorite Cicis pre pandemic. Went here with my family we expected to walk in pay and go ahead and start eating. When we walk past the register there are no pizzas at all. If you open at 11AM this should mean you have the pizzas out in the pizza buffet by that time ready to serve took about 15 more ms for any pizzas to be put out at the buffet. OMG, where do I start.... Well let's start with fact I went to Cicis pizza for an awesome day,but instead my children and I wasn't greeted while walking in the door and the cashier had and attitude before I could even say anything. No silverware or plates . Salad and pasta bar was DISGUSTING . The restaurant is very un-clean.... windows have old smudges , bathrooms are filthy , staff looks equivalent. thank goodness the pizza has to be cooked in front of everyone and is quickly baked and eaten. This is not the place to order a take out. I ordered one large Supreme Pizza to go. I was staying at a nearby motel and just wanted a pizza to relax with after a long hard day. 45 minutes later I'm STILL waiting beside the cash register for my pizza. NO ONE apologized for the delay. I asked the person at the register if it was about ready. It wasn't! I ordered it at 6:36 fro my receipt. At 7:15 I asked for my money back. The manager came from the kitchen and refunded my money. Pizza is pretty decent, especially when you can have them make a special order for you. This location gets a certain type of customers, which results in a huge mess in the dining area that takes time to clean up. There are also large groups of families, blue collar workers and the occasional tourist bus that can decimate the buffet for a long time( constant empty food area, as groups swoop in and empty a tray in 5 sec flat). To whom it my concern, This is by far the most unsanitary CiCis I have been in. My kids enjoy CiCis and we have eaten at a few different CiCi restaurants. When we first entered the restaurant my wife commented we would have to sit at a table because all the booths had dirty plates and no patrons. The cashier stated "sorry there are no booths". I observed two male employees who honestly acted like they could care less about being there. Their jobs it appeared was to clean the tables and floors. Both of which they weren't doing well. I did manage to find one booth that had the table clean but old food was on the floor. There was food and trash on the floor all throughout the restaurant and I have attached photos depicting this. There was a brownie on the floor near the front register and the salad bar had food scattered on it. The toilet in the men's bathroom was also disgusting and appeared it hadn't been clean in a long time. If it hadn't been for the fact my daughters love CiCis we would have left. I've also attached a picture of a female employee who was seated in a booth the entire time we were there on her cell phone with the table tilted over. She looked very unprofessional. It is my opinion the employees do not take pride in the CiCis name and is depicting the wrong image you want CiCis to have. I feel you need to know what's going on in these Franchises that are using the CiCis name. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Went here after a long day of shopping at the outlet mall. Everything was good up until I saw my son had a hair on his Mac and cheese pizza. That's when I lost my appetite. I went to this place an absolute joke! The workers were smoking cigarettes right outside the back door with it open and the smoke was coming into the place. A black worker was listening to his head phones a white worker was video chatting in his phone about child support. There was only one pizza on the whole buffet no deserts no pasta no salads. Stopped while traveling and was completely surprised by the experience. You pay to eat from the buffet. There is a salad bar and some chicken soup(?). There is pasta and white sauce. The choices changed quickly b/c people were always going through the line. I finally started listening to the man up front and ignoring my kids so I knew when something came up I wanted to try. Bad I know. So the 'mac and cheese' pizza was a nice surprise. Who knew!?! The taco pizza was great...full of veggies but even my kid liked it. Someone asked for pepperoni and jalepeno and they made it! So I tasted a lot of pizza but didn't finish a lot of slices. It felt wasteful.
