I called 30 seconds after placing an order because I realized I had the wrong Brothers and live far from Smithfield. The man who answered said everything was cooking, which is physically impossible. I asked for a refund and he screamed at me and called me a stupid f'ing b**** among many other awful names. I have it recorded, thankfully, and will be reporting this to the BBB. Clearly this man is a raging misogynist and someone who lacks emotional intelligence. Stay far from this place. read more

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed by the behavior of an employee at this establishment. A family member called with what should have been a normal conversation, only to be verbally attacked by an employee who repeatedly directed profanity and insulting language toward her. There is absolutely no excuse for an employee to speak to a customer this way, regardless of the circumstances. read more

Ignore the gas station exterior, go in and order one of the best pizzas I have had in quite a while. The kid had chicken Alfredo and said it was very good. I had the meat lovers pizza, sauce wasn't overpowering, the cheese and meat were spot on. At my age I have found that some of the best places to eat were not the best looking outside. Dont let the gas station location deter you...plenty of comfy seating and delicious food. We got a Bolognese Tortallini Special of the day, Eggplant Parmesean (baked not fried) and a half Cheese and half Margharita pizza. When we are having dairy as a treat, we will drive to Smithfield The owners are a delightful family who take pride in their generous cooking (tons of cheese and sauce). Super convenient place to get pizza in Smithfield and it didn't taste bad the ingredients just didn't taste fresh as I thought it would be. However, for their price point it is pretty good pizza compared to going to a Pizza Hut or Domino's. read more

We normally love Brother's but after today I don't think we can support a business that treats people so poorly. We DoorDashed 4 pizzas (3 sm personal, 1 large), 1 calzone, 12 wings, and 2 soups. When our food arrived, we were missing a pizza and instead of wings, we got garlic bread. I messaged the Dasher and he said the store told him that was everything so I called the store to simply explain and ask if our Dasher could come back for the missing pizza and the owner went off. He screamed at me that I didn't know what I was looking at and it was the Dashers fault. Our Dasher called the restaurant as well and the owner cussed the Dasher out for trying to verify he didn't miss anything. We aren't far away from the shop, so I went to Brothers to show the owner the wrong food and he spent 10 minutes screaming in my face while I calmly explained the issue, insisting the very clearly garlic bread was wings and that he gave the driver 4 boxes. I explained that yes, you did give him 4 boxes when it should have been 5, plus an incorrect item. He admitted he didn't give the Dasher the right number of boxes but continued to yell at me and say it's not his problem or fault. He then proceeded to snatch the box of garlic bread from the bag and toss it in the trash. The owner then told me the Dasher should have untied the double knotted bag and opened the sealed containers to make sure everything was right. I explained that it was against food safety rules and that the Dasher could literally loose his job for that, but he just continued to yell. He walked away and kept yelling at me from the back. I explained to the cashier that all I wanted was the missing pizza for my son and wings which he said was being made. The owner never came back out, just kept yelling at me from the kitchen (even when other customers came in to pick up). Then, even after I had the wings and missing pizza in hand, he continued to scream at me as I thanked the cashier and left. I have full audio recordings of the incident (yes, the owner knew I was recording because I placed my phone on the counter in plain view with the record app running) to confirm my words above. I also have the security footage from my cameras to show exactly how many boxes were delivered and screenshots of the conversation with DoorDash. This is not how you react when confronted with a mistake.This is not how you treat repeat customers. This is not how you earn respect and the trust of the community you serve. Do better. read more

First time trying Brothers and it was outstanding! The pizza is delicious. We ordered Pepperoni/Mushroom pizza and the Buffalo pizza. Both were excellent. The restaurant is super clean, spacious and everyone was friendly. We also got the Zeppole for dessert and I'm so glad we did!!! Had Caesar salad and eggplant rollatini. Delicious! close to 95 and the outlets. Location at the Bp gas station on rte 70 east...east Of 95. Friendly owners...very clean!! the food was yummy! Very homey atmosphere. Love the red and white checker tablecloths. Our friends had pasta...yummy and the pizza equally delicious...thin crust perfect!!! Can't forget the homemade garlic knot bread. We'd been waiting for this to open. Been twice so far in first week. First time was the house Stromboli with sausage, onion, green peppers and spinach. Veggies were fresh, nice crisp chewy crust and delish sauce on the side. Second stop was a pepperoni Stromboli, cheese pizza, margarita and side of meatballs. Family enjoyed the food. Great experience here! Food tasted great and fresh. I ordered the 10" supreme and the Caesar salad. One of the slices dropped by accident and I didn't ask for another slice but they went above and beyond and replaced that slice.
