This is my 4th time visiting this location in two years and every time has been fantastic! The facility is spotless and the food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are always working hard to keep the pizzas rotated and the counters immaculate. The manager is always seen working alongside his employees and is very attentive to any customer needs or requests. Any used plates we had were removed from the table in a matter of moments by the friendly staff. I even witnessed the manager being extremely generous and helping out a man who came in to request to do some side work, which compelled me to write this review. The pizza has a good flavor, not at the best presentation but overall taste is good and their Tuesday especial is very affordable.

We drove many miles to go to this Cici's based on all the good reviews and I am here to add to them! My boyfriend and I were nostalgic for Cici's and it's a shame that many locations don't maintain their restaurant's food, service, and/or cleanliness; thankfully, this one does. This is the best Cici's, they're always so helpful, service is great. Today my kiddo had practice and I had a tight window and called ahead to make sure my picky eaters favorite was ready upon arrival. (Thanks Michael!) the Manager always asks if we need something. This location is the best yet! Fresh pizza , great staff and an hands on manager. I came in during rush hour today and they're quick with cleaning as the crowd goes. Every part of the service is fast honestly. They greet you as you come in and thank you for dining as you walk out. Food is fresh and there is enough for everyone even during the busiest times. I am not a fan of this style of cheap pizza but was pleasantly surprised. This was very clean and fast and had a big variety of white thin crust pizzas. They quickly refilled some pasta noodles which had the two sauces when a customer asked. The basic salad bar did not have black olives or fancy ingredients but was fresh and clean. The deserts were like the rest, basic and simple but good. Like I said I prefer fancier pizzas and Italian food but this was very good for what they do. read more

When I was a kid, my family and I use to go to Cici's when I would make good grades so I could enjoy some all you can eat pizza. Over the years, the food and atmosphere started to decline, and I stopped going. Lately I've been having a craving for it and saw that the reviews at this location were good. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get here, and this place did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and available! They had all my favorite pizzas! Zesty, pepperoni, supreme, taco, macaroni, spinach, and alfredo! I'm someone who usually eats healthy but couldn't help myself to a little cheat day. I found myself stuffing my face with plates of pizza and salad. The desserts were also amazing but I wish there was more to choose from. I had all the classics though--my favorites were the brownie and cinnamon roll. I didn't play but I was also pleasantly surprised at their arcade area. They had basketball, a motorcycle racing game, and Halo. The kids seemed like they were having lots of fun. Last but not least, the service was incredible! Pat runs a great location. All employees are friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I have to compliment the table bussers/cleaning staff for working quickly to clear tables, ensuring that there are always open tables, even at busy times. A few weeks ago, I couldn't find any available Parmesan cheese or red pepper shakers. I went to the register to ask for help, and even though it seemed she was not feeling well, Katrina responded with a smile. She immediately helped me and was very friendly. I had a great experience! The location transitioned to the staff serving the guests, for the protection of both the staff and guests. The guests were terrific, they waited patiently at their tables before approaching the buffet for more food, so as not to overwhelm the staff, and to improve social distancing. The manager Pat made sure to ask guests what pizza they would like, and he brought their pizzas to the tables, as well as checked on the guests when he could. Best cicis I've been to. Im from east side of Houston and ever since they closed down the jc and uvalde locations I go to either gulfgate or in Pasadena and this cici on Spencer is the best. I went late at night and there was still fresh pizzas coming out. The pizzas here sure do taste gummy. I had to ask them to specialty make a chicken pizza and veggie pizza for me--it all came out disgusting. No flavor, spices, or seasonings at all just red sauce, cheese, and meat. The dessert pizza was cold to taste like it had been sitting there for a while. My mans was taking care of us like nobody's business. Food was good as fuck they brought us a personal pizza & the fuckingg cinnamon rolls hit like a bitch mannn. We live 5 minutes from the Fuqua location but we come to this one because of the customer service! The manager is so hands on and attentive to his guest and staff. His genuine customer service goes unnoticed and brings a positive influence to his staff to where we feel welcomed. The initiative the manager took to take care of me as a guest was memorable. As I was looking through the buffet, I didn't find anything I wanted to eat. He then asked me if I needed help finding something I would like. I told his no I'm ok I'm just going to get this pizza.. and so I did. And then he asked "are you sure? We can make you a pizza you would enjoy" and they made me a pizza. Now I know Cici's is known to make pizza upon request but if you ever go to the one on fuqua you will most certainly appreciate the service here. Side note: A couple of times I asked for pizza there and they told me no or asked me if i didn't want the pizza that's already out. And they all are rude and lazy. This is to show you that this manager here at the Spencer location has provided great morale, leadership, and hospitality. We will continue to come here! read more
