This was my FIRST and LAST time ever coming to cici's. My party got the buffet, once we paid and sat down we went to get our food and there was no pasta, no pizzas, and barely any desert. We sat for 30 mins waiting on pizzas they brought a total of two out. Then it was immediately gone because of everyone waiting for pizza. We've now been here for an hour and a half, there's been 6 total pizzas brought out and still no desert or pasta. It's been a horrendous experience for me and I will never return. The workers seem in no rush and are even making jokes behind the counter. For most of us Cici's Pizza is a place where we come with cravings and leave with the blissful ache of a belly filled with carbs. Despite having a very restrictive diet, I came to this location because I desperately wanted a slice of the Mac and Cheese pizza. Upon arriving, Jordan greeted me in the most warm and professional way. After that, each of the staff greeted me by telling me their name and asking if they could be of service. The Alfredo pizza was hot; the Mac and cheese was so good that I had six slices. And the sweet treats were amazing. I cannot even begin to explain how welcomed I felt. And I 100% will return with friends. The quality service offset the guilt of eating a lot of carbs. I am very grateful to have had this experience Great job! read more

Unfortunately, this was my first Cici's experience. I was in town helping to launch a new office location and we took our team here for a quick bite after a long day. The food was either cold, hard, or tasted as though it had been reheated several times and the flavor was cooked out. The staff was disconnected and aloof, however they were all very young, and it was the end of the day so I can understand to an extent. Where to start with this absolute disgrace of a restaurant! Yes it's cheap, and the pizza is not bad, at all for the price, I'm assuming that's probably about the only reason they are still open. Their employees are a nightmare to deal with rude, disrespectful, not friendly, they basically just seem like they hate their lives/job , and want to take it out on the Paying Customers which is a big No-No in businesses. The food was all right at best but for starters the manager Emily was in the kitchen with her hair in a ponytail no hat and no gloves. About 30 minutes after opening she finally decided to put a mask on and I never once saw her wash her hands. That's absolutely disgusting if you're gonna be working in the food industry you need to follow health codes. I also happen to see her grab her drink off of the counter in the kitchen and drink. Know if any of you have ever taken a food handlers permit or worked in food industry then you know that any drinks are prohibited in food areas. They are to be kept in back rooms or on shelves outside of food prep areas. When asked if she would please put on gloves she told me that she doesn't have too. This place was absolute trash. They had a line of 20 people or more waiting 10 minutes at a time for a single pizza to come out, leaving half or more of the line waiting. Also, I would like to note that they rushed my sister thru the line, not listening to her asking simply for a cinnamon roll; and an order of wings that i placed was simply forgotten. Worst customer service at a Cici's yet. My wife and I came here on lunch. She has recently had surgery and was only able to eat 1 cheese stick. When I asked if we would be able to take home a couple slices, I was told that I would have to pay to do that. They would not budge and make any concessions considering the circumstance. I've always loved the pizza at Cici's. The alfredo pizza is a true dirty secret love of mine. I'll be honest though, I always feel so awkward in the restaurant. Always love a pizza buffet! They have a huge selection of different pizzas to try, however some of them are just not very good. A lot of times the pizza is cold. The place is always packed which means fighting for a table. (It borders on ridiculous.) But hey, $5.00 all you can eat pizza, it's still a good deal. Will never eat here again! We went in last night and there was little to no pizza on the buffet and no pasta. While my husband was at the buffet waiting on pizza he was asked what he was waiting on and he told them, pizza. He was promptly informed by a member of staff that they were catering a event and that takes priority over guests inside the restaurant . if you cannot handle your catering order and your busy dinner rush then you need to have a cutoff time for catering orders before your dinner rush. Then after we asked for a pizza for the table as we have done many times we were told you can only have one personal size pizza for your table regardless the number of people its for ? So for three people you can only have something that would barely feed one person? A personal size pizza is the size of a totinos pizza. Once that got there the crust was burned and there was barely anything on it. During all of this I noticed there are no longer bus people working the tables. There are now signs telling you to take your plates to the waste recipticles. There was a organization there though bussing the tables for donations or was supposed to I think..... I'm only assuming this due to the donation jars on the tables . however if you are going to allow a organization to do this in order to get the donations, shouldn't you be bussing the tables? Not eating, allowing small kids that are there with you to run around the store, in and out of the game area and then pulling plates from customers that are still eating from the plate??? We spoke to several patrons that experienced the same over the evening and said the same as us. Worst experience ever!! We will not be back to this location ever! We were also going to place a Togo order when we were finished but at that point why would I spend one more dime at a restaurant that told us we were not a priority ?
