This has to be the most unprofessional customer service I have ever witnessed at a cicis. A poor selection for a manager named Dante (at least that's the name he gave, nobody wears name tags in this establishment) refused to make a BBQ pork pizza because he said that it doesn't sell. After a back and forth about how its policy about making pizza requests, and not wanting a personal pizza like he kept insisting that he was willing to make, he finally decided to follow policy and make the full size pizza. He asked if I wanted the pizza at my table or on the buffet, I told him to put it on the buffet that way other customers can enjoy it too, I took three pieces to not be greedy and left the rest of the pizza on the buffet. Low and behold the rest of the pizza was gone after i finished my three pieces. So i requested another Bbq pulled pork pizza and he told me that he made one and he wasn't gonna make another. Variety is slim when you have two spinach, two pepperoni, and a Bbq chicken pizza that I know sat untouched when the other Bbq pizza was out. He then made the excuse that there isn't room on the buffet, i told him "well I can definitely start piling pizza on plates to make room for the pizza, because there's obviously a demand for something you refuse to make, or you can just make another pizza as requested". He told me that if I do that then he will make me leave. Poor customer service in the service industry is not the best business model, so i just requested my money back for refusal of service. Now its time to wait and see if I get my money back or if he refuses to do that too. Change out your ceiling tiles with the mold on them, never going back to this location.

I'm so happy this Cicis location have improved so much. It's so clean, service is also great, food constantly coming out never missing pizzas and the wait for when they prepare something special is practically nothing.

The perfect dinner for my boys! They were able to eat and play in their arcade, which they loved! The staff was amazing, and made sure the pizzas were constantly refilled, and fresh. Thank you Cici's for providing a super affordable dinner for my family.

Me and my posse were exploring Denton this weekend. For lunch, we decided to try out a CiCis here. From the get go, we see a nice unique buffet set up with a wide selection of pizzas. The staff there was very courteous and friendly. They even offer a better drink selection. The only thing missing from their salad bar was the bacon bits, but other than that, their food was delicious overall. Just goes to show that every CiCis location varies. As long as they keep providing great service, we'll definitely keep visiting.

Came in and paid and couldn't find a clean table. Plates still on the table since we got here. Bowls and spoons completely ran out, noodles out. Pizzas are on the counter until they have run out, they don't care if it's dry or old etc. Definitely understaffed. If you want fresh pizza, pasta, salad, go to Double Dave's on 380. Family fun and quality pizza!!!!!!

Always have had good luck at this location, hot and fresh. If you are low carb or keto ask for a pizza bowl for a crustless pizza. Tell them all the toppings you want and they will put them in and run it through the oven. So good, and no wasting crust just pulling off the toppings.

Very organized and the party area had plenty of seats, tables, and you can bring in any food you want. We had pizza delivered and staff was great to help. There was an art installation (similar or part of Meow) and so much fun to take a look at this vibrant and funky art. For Insta people, lots of fun photo opportunities! There is a giant steel structure/installation that has lots of space to climb in, slide through and explore. So much to see and we spent a good 60 mins of play there. Make sure to check the corners ( you're allowed to go in) so you don't miss anything. We almost missed an area. Also there is some areas to do some art as well. We didn't stop to do it but it's there. One slide can be intense, so probably not for small kiddos. Probably good for kids 7 and above (6 if they are courageous) just because of the climbing structure areas and bars width. Parents with young children should follow, they literally can land up somewhere else and some areas they do need to climb up and might need help. Definetly wear sneakers. I wore the wrong shoes and couldn't go into certain areas. Great concept and fun!

It does get quite busy on the weekends. As you enter, you receive two coins - customize a crayon or get playdoh from the vending machine in the middle of the facility. The crayons make a cute gift for all ages. I made one for my husband and a friend and they absolutely love it. The activities we have today is nothing compared to how we grew up! The staff were patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making the experience great! One of the things I didn't like were the playgrounds. I went with a four year old so naturally we went on the playground suitable for her age. I saw bigger children on this one and children not supervised by their parents. I didn't like how it was monitored.

This location offers single day tickets or annual passes. In my opinion, if you purchase the annual passes. It is equivalent to purchasing two single visit tickets. With each visit you receive two coins to be used throughout and a clear bar to hold all or your items. You can create a ring or race car crayon. You can create melted crayon splatter art. There is a coloring station, chalk area, watercolor painting, and a small indoor play area. It is a nice indoor area to take kiddos to beat the outdoor elements and still have fun. Snacks for purchase with surprise crayon visits for photos.

In any case, there were probably about 15 dinosaurs in total. Visitors follow a path at their own pace to view each dinosaur. Touching them is prohibited, but you can get pretty much as close as you want to observe and photograph. There is also a small dig area and a staff member walking around with a baby dino the kids can pet. Our first loop through prehistoric park took about 15 minutes. We splashed and swam a bit in the lake and then returned for another quick loop through the dinosaur trail before heading home. Overall, it's a pleasant activity and definitely a kid-pleaser. My children ages 1-9 all enjoyed it. The problem is the cost. $29 is just WAYYYY too high for what this is. Part of me thinks the city of Grapevine should just continue to charge the regular entrance fee into Meadowmere Park and use the dinosaur exhibit as a way to increase traffic into the park during the off-season. We for sure will not be returning to the park until the exhibit is over and the entrance fee returns to a more reasonable rate.
