Had such a great dinner at BJ's in Denton and honestly left already talking about what we'd order next time. We started with the wings and they were absolutely on point--crispy, flavorful, and a really great size. Definitely one of those appetizers where you keep saying "just one more" until suddenly the plate is empty. The drinks were such a fun part of the night too. I got the white peach boba-rita and it was so good. The boba twist made it feel playful and different in the best way, and it was honestly delicious. The hot honeybee drink had a much calmer, soothing vibe and was perfect if you want something cozy and smooth. For dinner we had the chicken parm and the seared ahi tuna salad. The chicken parm had really great flavor, and the spaghetti had a little more spice than I expected, which I actually liked. The chicken itself was a bit chewy and tough for me, but I'm also not a huge chicken person, so take that with a grain of salt. Now let's talk about the real star of the night: the seared ahi tuna salad. This was hands-down my favorite part of the meal. Fresh, flavorful, packed with protein, and somehow still light while feeling super satisfying. It's a little more of a splurge for me, but absolutely worth it. I will 100% be ordering this again. The service was also amazing. Our waitress was so kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly, and that always makes such a difference in the whole experience. Met some friends for dinner on a Friday night and first time at this BJ's location. They had a table for 10 reserved for us. Fairly loud inside and pretty typical BJ's scene. It was a Friday night so service was slightly slower than normal but still ok. I ordered the 10 piece bone-in wings and was pretty impressed. Cooked well and good flavor. My wife enjoyed her steakhouse blue cheese wedge salad. Overall pretty good experience. read more

Honestly, I am super disappointed in my BJ's experience tonight due to an interaction I saw. I saw a manager, a larger lady with black curly hair, yell at an employee, a female with short hair and glasses, aggressively yelling to the point where I heard the interaction from across the bar. The employee looked fairly young, while the manager looked to be in her mid-40s. I expect that the manager would be more mature than a teenage girl, but apparently not. As someone who has worked in the service industry, this is very embarrassing for the management team, and I hope that person finds a better job. I will not be coming back to support this BJ's because I will not support this immature treatment. I will be letting all my friends know as well not to support this specific BJ's. Very slow and everyone's food was lukewarm. Pepperoni Extreme had very little Pepperoni except for maybe 1 or 2 pieces. More of a tomato pizza, even the cheese was sparse. Order a beer when the food arrives and get it with the check. I've gone here multiple times over the years, I'm done. Good experience about once every 4 times. Definitely much lower quality than what I've experienced at Lewisville. read more

The service was fantastic! The food was horrible! Everything was greasy or either over cooked. That's a huge turn off. The seating is good. You have choices of a table or booth. The menu is almost the same as cheese cake factory, way too many options. Which tells me they are good at nothing. I ate at a BJ's in Alabama last week and it was just as bad. BJ's has always been a good consistent visit for us no matter the location. Service is generally good with nice staff, food is good tasting and seems like quality. Prices can be a bit steep basically expect $20per person minimum on average. Never had alcohol drinks there, pazookies are always great, burgers and pizza have been great. My in laws got the chicken Parm and sirloin steak which they really enjoyed as well. Can't say it'd be a frequent visit for us just price wise as a young family, but BJ's is always on the list when wanting to go out. I never have been much of a BJ's fan. But we found the soup and salad weeknight deal. All you can eat soup and salad, then you get a cookie thing. We get the cookie to go. On our two visits the service has been great. If I had to list a drawback, it would be that it can get loud. read more

As you can see from previous reviews 4 years ago, we love this place. HOWEVER this evening 3/20 we stopped by for dinner and wanted to sit on the patio as we have our 9 month old dog with us. We were hastily told "no, we don't have a patio server this evening". Ok... so I asked if we could order inside and then we would just take our food out to be outside... told again "no, can't do that and to have a great night". Not the best service, and not really accommodating. I can guarantee you, if you'd ask one of the many servers who serve us pretty frequently they would have came outside to take care of us with ease. Well, we walked in a bit before 10pm and we were hoping to get some food but they refused us service because they couldn't sit us because they didn't have enough servers, we were 9 people. The service was good but the food is a disaster. I had the grilled shrimp salad and it's more like lukewarm just out of the frozen bag shrimp salad. The shrimp smelled fishy and the whole table I was with could smell my shrimp. The salad looked old, limp and off colored. This is the last time I'll ever go to BJs.... I was disappointed. Wait staff was good, food was not. We were on lunchfrom work, food took a long time to come out and when it came out it was lukewarm at best. We did the Wednesday burgers. All the food was not hot, flavor was lacking even for the price. We were even there early. I was told a manager would be by but they never showed and we had to be back to work. So after a exciting day of visiting and communicating with friends it was suggested by one of the locals to try this local establishment. Boy did they deliver this day 1. The appetizers of calamari with a garlic aioli and the seared dumplings omg they didn't stand a chance scrumptious, deliciousness and just plain ole good stuff. Service was attentive and quick before we could finish the entrees came in hot and steaming. The tri-tips and mash potatoes were perfect, the salad with a slab of salmon cooked to perfection and short of going to New Orleans my jambalaya was authentic and flavorful down to the bottom of the bowl.
