Don't waste your money. Went for lunch, paid and was asked what to drink. I said water. Guy gave me a baby cup, so I could make 10 trips for water during my lunch. I put it back and got a small cup. Young boy yelled over the counter at me in front of customers, telling me to put it back, or he would charge me $2.45. (For. Small cup) I asked if he was joking and he said know. I asked for the manager. The owner Rob came to the counter. I asked again if this was a joke, he said he would have to charge me $2.45 for a small cup. I asked for my money back because I hadn't taken a seat yet. He stated in a cocky tone "all sales were final" even though I had receipt in hand. I asked again for my money back, and he repeated the same back with a smile on his face. I just paid almost $9 and he refused to refund my money. I figured I would eat, since I wasn't about to give this cheap owner anything for free. I are cold spaghetti and pizza with very stingy amounts of topping and cheese. Most everything full of Gluten, which causes all sorts of health problems. I told him before leaving, that I would post his no refund (All sales are final) policy and his greedy greedy ways. I would not recommend this place, as I watched young employees go from taking money to making pizzas bare handed without washing in between customers. Owner was not so worried about the health of his customers, as he was a .2cent cup. Never again! (See 2 photos)

The spinach and artichoke flatbread @ chicken, it was honestly more greasy sauce then it was any other topping. Could not recommend

I was pretty happy when they reopened the CIci's in Eastgate, because I love cheap buffets and salad bars. This new location is very clean, with friendly staff that will make anything you order right away, and really terrible food. Yeah I included that there at the end like it's secondary, but really lets think about it - for ~$6 you get a bunch of half-frozen vegetables and soggy lettuce, all you can order pizzas, but they don't really keep anything out on the buffet (or if they do it's gone as soon as it touches), and some... actually pretty good soup. If I had a bunch of people I wanted to feed really cheaply I might go here, but despite my very low standards Cici's still managed to underwhelm.

Better than old cicis. Newer brighter inside. Less pizza options than before. 6.19 for buffet and 1.95 or 2.45 for drink. They offer 5 wings for a 4.25 addon which is expensive. Still have soup salad dessert and pizza on buffet. Dessert is apple pie brownies and cinnamon rolls. Pizza is thin or 1 type of thick. Breadsticks and alfredo or maranira sauce is good. Mac n cheese pizza and buffalo chicken pizza are repeat specialties.

Asked worker about soup they stirred it and did nothing. There were no noodles and maybe one piece of chicken in it.

I had been paged to the Kings Mills Hospital (chaplain) on a Sunday around lunchtime. Once I was…read moredone at the hospital, I was so hungry and had been craving Chinese food. Without any Chinese food options, Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi Buffet was across the street and I decided to give it a whirl. As it was a Sunday afternoon, the price was the same as dinner - $25.99. I had never been there before so I was greeted and it was explained to me how they worked. One thing that wasn't explained was that the hibachi portion wasn't part of the all you can eat. My issues with this was that there was no rice or noodles elsewhere with your typical Asian food buffet items. Actually, the options aside from Sushi, the one-time hibachi, and dessert were somewhat limited. It started with chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, etc. There weren't many options on just the buffet part. On top of that, a lot of the food was out. The soup Options were Egg Drop and Miso. The Miso soup was not my favorite. It was missing something. I love miso soup I get at hibachi grills, but this one missed the mark. There was no salad or options like that. Even the sushi part of the buffet was out of a lot of stuff. I've never tried sushi. I did try some of the fruit sushi they had and it was good. I will say that the foods I did get to eat were delicious. I did ask if I could get some more fried rice and they did get that for me. I appreciated that very much. I didn't feel like I got my money's worth of food because so much food was out. Also, I probably could have built up my hibachi bowl more, but I didn't know it was a one time thing. I would like to go back and try this place again in hopes that the nugget would be better stocked. The service was great and the food was delicious.

Told it would be 45 minute wait, but seating at bar was first come first serve. So we sat at the bar. Service was great. Brian bartender was top notch and did a great job of explaining menu, drinks and specials. Was not pushy or didn't try to steer us towards one item or another. Jalapeño poppers for appetizer was good. Wife got the swamp water mahi mahi with side of jambalaya. She loved it and only offered me 1 bite! I got the swamp water pasta. This was also fantastic! Portions are large and filling. We didn't try any desserts as there was no room Cool vibe to this place. Nice ambiance. You could tell there were many regulars and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely go back to try the pork chop and the seafood boils next time!! Cost for 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 draft beers and 2 wines was under $100. That's a great deal!!

They were busing tables trying to get a lot of people sad so I know they were really "swamped." pun intended. We got the same server that we've had a lot in the past tonight he was on fire. I feel like he could've taken our order, but his eyes closed and he barely wrote anything down, but it all came out correctly. Food is always good, we have tried to find places around that compares, but there's just no other restaurant in this area.

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or for a fun dining experience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. He regularly checked in and changed our grill out as it got charred. If you order the Dinner hotpot, BBQ, or both you get access to the full menu. On weekends they make you do the dinner option, but it was great to try their different cuts of meat! The atmosphere was great: huge variety of sauces and toppings. The meat was very good quality. Maybe a bit on the lean side for beef but I preferred that given the volume of food. The premium beef short ribs and angus chuck flap tail had better marbling, very tender and delicious. The price was definitely worth it for the fresh good quality meat and produce options! Included in the all you can eat were some made to order appetizers, an Ice cream bar, and several premade desserts and appetizers at the cold bar which were also pretty good! Much better than the premade dishes you'd find at a traditional buffet. The nice thing about the location too is there are several shops around the center that you can mosey around before or after eating and make a whole day of it

I went for lunch and they weren't very busy, the server checked on me multiple times and made sure to ask regularly if I needed anything else including more Hot Pot items or drinks. She also promptly cleared any empty dishes which kept the table tidy. Since I chose the Hot Pot only option this time, they placed a grill cover over the grill to add extra table space which is a nice option to add extra space, especially if there's a big group and getting a lot of food plates. The dining room is always super clean and warm. The music can be a bit loud at times, but not too bad and it adds a little privacy to your table and group. For the food, I can say I always enjoy eating here and I love the Matcha Milk Tea with Tapioca Bobas. I usually go for the K Town Special Broth and fix it up with chili oil, a couple sauces, peppers, onions, and spices. The versatility of everyone being able to create what they like makes this place great for large groups.
