Such a fun and lively place hidden back behind all the bars and the stadiums in the city! We had a group of 10 who had gone to the baseball game during the day and wanted dinner and some fun and this hit the spot! Every single employee we talked to was so kind and welcoming it was refreshing!

I was craving a ribeye and I looked online to see read that they have a garlic butter that they add to it! I had to try it. It was cooked medium well and my ribeye was so juicy. I picked mashed potatoes and green beans fit my sides and the green beans were a vs little undercooked but the potatoes were perfect. They also had good drunk specials. I like that it was aerated from the rest of the casino

I had so much fun today hanging out at this place. I met some wonderful people sitting in the Hardrock Cafe for a bite to eat. My burger was so delicious and I even got a chance to go down to the Hardrock shop to get my favorite bottle opener magnet.

I decided to try this casino but the reviews warned me. Hard headed I guess. The machines are tight as a knot. It took me losing $80 to get it back on an outdated machine. The printer jammed so my ticket didn't print, waited over 40 minutes for 1 of the 4 red vests troubleshooters to arrive. Wow what a mess and a waste of my time. The lady at guest services was the nicest one who issued me 2 new cards. U do better playing bingo, spades with friends/family instead of coming here. I realized the dazzle of celebrity memorabilia entices u in. I wanted sum food from the Asian spot there but they don't open to 5pm, not going to spend another hour here losing my money. I will stay clear of HRC.

Sunday May 26th, Tony Vanoy and I stopped in at the Hard Rock Casino in Cincy so I could try my luck. I was dying to let my hair down and pocketbook strings loose and hit the Blackjack table but.....the maw maw YoYo in me said hold on old lady you're taking kids to Florida in 2 wks...pull out a $20 and sit your butt down at the slots.... So I did... And I won $145.90 ....so we left until next time!!!! Maybe I'll hit the tables then!!!

First, this place is the coolest. The music memorabilia makes it feel like a museum. Service was fast and super friendly. I had a Legendary Steak Burger and Pimp had the sliders. They were cooked to perfection. Sometimes you just don't need a whole lot of words.

Stopped into this place on a Friday as I found myself in Cincinnati and also because maybe I have a slight gambling addiction...maybe. I'm kidding. Maybe. Anyway, it's right in the middle of the city in a bustling area and in spite of that the parking situation is remarkably painless. They've got free valet or you can self park and hit the elevator directly into the casino. The workers at the host desk were over the top friendly and went out of their way to explain the layout and get me lined up with with a player's card and I was off to the floor where I found a full selection of slots and all of the table games. Most minimums were $15 which is pretty good nowadays, especially in a busy casino on a weekend. I did accidentally sit down at a blackjack table which had a $5 min, but that then required some weird side bet with each hand which I did not like so I promptly left that table. When I am president, there will be no more weird variations of blackjack. 1st day in office I'm getting that done. Aside from that the gambling situation here is A-OK and I'd definitely do it again. The place is clean, it's easy to get drinks if that's your thing, restaurants, shops, all that stuff present in the building, including of course a hard rock cafe gift shop for those of you who grew up in an era where collecting that sort of thing in your travels was a thing. Long story short if you're here and you feel an uncontrollable urge to place bets of basically any kind, the good people of the Hard Rock Casino have you covered in a lively and energetic environment that you'll probably enjoy.

This is a review based on my experience seeing a show at one of the ballrooms at Hard Rock. I did not play at casino. First off loved the cleanliness here. From the floor to restrooms, it was spotless. Staff were nice, most people I saw greeted me with a smile. I went upstairs for the show, and it was very organized with signs clearly showing sections numbers. Staff were so efficient in greeting and escorting guests to their seats. Very pleasant experience.

I spent two different evenings in the Hard Rock Casino. The great is it is clean, and non smoking. We were staying in Newport so it was a bit of a hike but I felt safe walking there. Beers (16 ounces) were $7.00 which I thought were a little pricey. Everyone (dealers and servers) were very friendly. They did have 15.00 blackjack tables. Machines seemed much tighter Saturday versus Friday. Over besides feeling like a smaller casino I would certainly return. It was clean, and everyone was personable. Definitely solid for a night out.

Most of the games I wanted to play are in the smoking section unfortunately and many of the people liked to hog them. The smoking section is out doors and can get really hot outside and the screens have a glare. They have a lot the old games too and played the fire house hounds and other games over there. I did get bonuses on most of the games I played, but only 1 of them ended up being really good, the rest I ended up getting my money back. They have a drink station which I wish I took more advantage of. They have a high limit room which was the same the last time I went, but a few different games. Overall, I had a good time despite me not winning. I lasted a long time, but I wish the games did pay better on the bonuses, but that is gambling like they say.

They were so helpful. Now, onto the issues. There were no curtains that closed in our room, so we had the added benefit of the outside lamps shining into our room all night. We were like, no big deal. Annoying but we could manage. It should be remedied because people stay at hotels so they can sleep, however, not bad enough to warrant a one-star rating. The real issue was waking up to ants today, checkout day, thankfully. Ants were on our nightstand, on my phone, on my bed, on the chairs. Ants everywhere. So. Many. Ants. As we were leaving, we let housekeeping know. The man went in to check immediately and his comment was, "Ask for a discount." We didn't ask for a discount. That's an important point for the next issue. We went to the checkout desk and let the guy know. Rather than having a compassionate response like, oh no, I'm sorry to hear that, he said, "There's nothing I can do. That's the housekeeping side." Sir, we were letting you know of an issue so maybe you wouldn't put anyone in that room today. We weren't asking you to personally go step on the ants. We also weren't expecting a discount, hinting at a discount. We were informing you because ants aren't exactly a good sign at a hotel. There's also a train that runs right behind the hotel. Not their fault, but it's good to be forewarned in case the ants aren't enough to warn you.

I think…read morethe music was great, and drinks were very reasonable (I ordered 3 shots and a drink for $26 - I know other reviews complained about high prices, but this was lower than typical for a club in my opinion!). I really enjoyed the night and I recommend Vip if you want to sit close to the dance floor. There was a pretty large group when we went and my reasons for a 3 star rating includes the following: -the floors and escalator were pretty treacherous due to sticky floors - I slipped repeatedly in my heels on wet floors and when I changed to flats, they stuck to the floors and I repeatedly lost my shoe to the sticky gunk (meaning the floor kept my shoe and my foot came out of it). -the bathrooms were disgusting: they didn't start badly, but progressively got worse through the evening and were not re-stocked or kept up by staff. -the raised dance floor was a bit of a nightmare if you found yourself dancing towards the edge. I slid off and tripped going up multiple times because of the crowd. -this club absolutely does not enforce its dress code. Tons of baggy jeans (men), shorts, tennis shoes, sweatshirts, and other non-themed attire that violated their published dress code. The mash up ended up close to 40% in theme, 20-30% club attire, and the remainder was closer to what you expect to see while shopping at a large box store. Not trying to be snobby, I just expect places to follow their own rules. Overall, I had a great time and would go back if the mood struck!

The hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff were welcoming, the bartenders were outstanding, and my room looked great upon arrival. Unfortunately, the experience quickly declined because of the housekeeping service. Every single day there was an issue. The room was never cleaned completely. It seemed as though housekeeping chose only a few tasks each day. My bed might be made, but I wouldn't receive clean towels. If I received clean towels, my bed wasn't made. Dirty towels were often left behind, the sink and counters weren't cleaned, trash wasn't always emptied, and dirty glasses were never removed. After working from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, the last thing I wanted was to spend my evenings calling or visiting the front desk to have my room serviced. Although the front desk staff were always courteous and apologetic, I shouldn't have had to report housekeeping issues every day. It became so frustrating that I bought disposable cups because I couldn't count on having clean ones in my room. To make matters worse, a housekeeper knocked on my door one evening asking if she had left her tea kettle in my room, which reflected the overall lack of professionalism I experienced. I also learned that several colleagues staying at the hotel had the same housekeeping complaints, so my experience was not an isolated incident. This hotel has the potential to be exceptional, but the housekeeping department falls far below the standard I expect from Marriott. I hope management addresses these issues because they significantly impact the guest experience and do not reflect the quality of the Marriott brand.

So nearly $400 for Thursday? I cancelled my entire original reservation and found a friend who shared her room with me. SHE got a Thursday rate even better than the group rate assigned to us. By the way, one reservation person told me that it was Jennifer Chamberlin's fault (Jennifer owns the art membership) which was infuriating. One person told us parking was free and another said it was not free. Please train reservation staff for consistent and correct information. Our meals were great (except don't serve a dessert like carrot or cheesecake unless there is enough for everyone; the carrot cake slices were HUGE..would have been enough if sliced smaller..it was delicious and rich so slices were way too big). The Lobster Bisque soup also was not even close to hot..more like room temperature. Food was otherwise good! That said, the food/meal staff (including the omelet makers) were SUPER friendly and helpful/polite. Great breakfast..better than most hotels! Also the bartenders! We really appreciate this staff. Some have been around for all or most of our art retreats and seem to love having us. It has greatly improved since we started using it as our venue.
