Went to Boogie Nights for my birthday with a group of friends! Such an interesting venue! I think the music was great, and drinks were very reasonable (I ordered 3 shots and a drink for $26 - I know other reviews complained about high prices, but this was lower than typical for a club in my opinion!). I really enjoyed the night and I recommend Vip if you want to sit close to the dance floor. There was a pretty large group when we went and my reasons for a 3 star rating includes the following: -the floors and escalator were pretty treacherous due to sticky floors - I slipped repeatedly in my heels on wet floors and when I changed to flats, they stuck to the floors and I repeatedly lost my shoe to the sticky gunk (meaning the floor kept my shoe and my foot came out of it). -the bathrooms were disgusting: they didn't start badly, but progressively got worse through the evening and were not re-stocked or kept up by staff. -the raised dance floor was a bit of a nightmare if you found yourself dancing towards the edge. I slid off and tripped going up multiple times because of the crowd. -this club absolutely does not enforce its dress code. Tons of baggy jeans (men), shorts, tennis shoes, sweatshirts, and other non-themed attire that violated their published dress code. The mash up ended up close to 40% in theme, 20-30% club attire, and the remainder was closer to what you expect to see while shopping at a large box store. Not trying to be snobby, I just expect places to follow their own rules. Overall, I had a great time and would go back if the mood struck! read more

Boogie Nights - a man and a woman posing for a picture - Dance Clubs Near Me - Lawrenceburg, Indiana

Went on Friday April 4th 2025......they claim to play 70's, 80's, 90's, and I'm sure 2k's........they played nothing but crap that 24 and under would like!!! We've been multiple times and have had a great experience. This time was nothing but kids that have zero rhythm and the one old song they played, stood around on the dance floor smoking. I hope this place isn't going downhill!! read more

Smoke, Smoke and more Smoke Great music and fun atmosphere except you will leave with your clothes and hair smelling of smoke because people are smoking everywhere. I went for a bday party, but would not go back. Don't go unless you are a smoker or have no sense of smell! read more

Not LGBT friendly, security guards strict about dancing. This place feels more like a school dance than an adult nightclub. Unless you're a woman shaking your hips, then good luck trying to not get kicked out. It'd be worth the drive to just go dancing in Ohio. read more

Come with a group and bring the party! Would be 5 stars if the *honk honk honk * dj *honnnkkkk honk honk, HONK actually knew how to do dj things and not blow the goddamn horn. Honnnnnk honk honk honk honk honk... bad song transition.. honkkkkkkkkkk siren siren HONK. read more

Watered down drinks. Very rude and hateful staff. People were being thrown out left and right. One person slipped on napkins that were thrown on the floor over near the bar. Bartender saw this, refused to serve them and had them thrown out. They had just got there. Another person was thrown out because they asked for a White Russian drink, bartender said they don't make those there and when they asked why not they were thrown out of the bar. We ended up just leaving before we were thrown out for something just as stupid. Not worth the drive to be spoken to by rude employees, watered down drinks and threatened with being thrown out for no reason. Never again. read more

3 star for just the good music. Great peoplle watching. Not a lot of places to sit. Back seats were blocked off. Not friendly staff. Small dance floor so gets crowded fast Fun music with videos makes the place. read more

A great place for someone of any age who likes to dance. Most people here are in their thirties or older. We all know we can't compete with the 21-year-olds and so its nice to not have to! Drinks are expensive, as with all clubs. Their light-up dance floor is amazing, except you aren't allowed to take your drinks on it. DJs are usually great and interact with the crowd a lot. I like that they have begun Flash Forward Fridays, which includes current music as well as the oldies. I love going here with a big group! Even better if you can get a hotel room and make a whole night of it. read more

It's a great place to dance although you're not allowed to drink on the dance floor unless you buy a 1/2 yard (think Bourbon Street in NOLA) that has a cover & a very long straw. It's the perfect blend of creepers, cougars, celebrity impersonators & everyone else. It would be great if they didn't allow smoking on the lower level but the smoke level wasn't too bad. read more

Fun place to dance and drink I like the night they play music from 90 and 20s a little experience, however the music and people watching is worth it read more

Either get better securityor not have them at all. Don't even get slightly tipsy here or they will throw you out. My friend was told to leave last night after she tried ordering a drink. She was at a VIP table along with many others. The VIP tables cost a lot and the last thing anyone wants is for their friends to start getting kicked out. The security guard..cop..whatever he was could not give a legit reason to us and he was very disrespectful. I'll never go back here. Secondly, the drinks are outrageous in price!! $25 bucks for a bucket of alcohol?! read more

I went with my Crew on Halloween Night. We all had a nice time! Very vibrant & colorful dance-floor and great haunted set-up! It really sucked that their coat-check was closed though. There also weren't many places to sit and their prices for renting a booth are ABSURD. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons. I would return. read more

I rented a 400.00 booth for a 21st bd party. Total was supposed to be 480 with gratuity. The end of the night I was handed a receipt that showed just that price. I got a notice from the bank showing an extra 50.00 for gratuity that was not authorized. 130.00 gratuity for our private server that stopped by a total of 3xs for a total of 6 hours being there. The drinks were very much watered down. The Dj was paid a 20.00 tip to announce a birthday but I was told by him he never had time. DJ said the F word continually throughout the evening. The place itself dirty and had a moldy sour smell almost like vomit it was so bad. I tried for two weeks to make contact with the promotion person to complain but her calls were never returned. I am sorry that my daughters party was ruined because of bad service in a nasty location. I will let everyone i know that this place is a joke. A Bad overpriced Joke read more

Rude workers. Our "host" had no pants on and definitely should have. Over priced extremely and your vip booth is a joke. It holds maybe 7 people shoulder to shoulder. If you are charging hundreds of dollars then give your group actual room. What a joke read more

Have been quite a few times because I haven't found another place that plays 70's and 80's music. $10 cover charge and sometimes, it's free if they have a theme night and you dress for it. It starts at 9 pm and it's jam packed by 11 pm. There's a disco ball; the DJ is the same for years (and seems to have the same play list, which needs to be updated badly); and drinks are expensive. I love hearing Abba; Air Supply; Village People; Heat Wave; Sister Sledge, Rick James, etc.Goes until 2:30 and the floor is almost always packed, even if people are just standing because there's not enough places to sit. Arrive at 9 pm to get a seat...and hold it somehow. Otherwise, you will be standing on the dance floor or around its perimeter. Parking is free and there's lots of spaces. We usually leave at 2 am to beat the crowd and grab breakfast the nearby Waffle House or other breakfast place. read more

Rude staff drinks are outrageous and to crowded can't move i will go there again the Restroom are dirty can get a drink the staff sucks

Went on a Saturday Night. Great dance music. Two stars because they had 4 tables to sit at. Three were taken and the other was reserved. 12 seats. 12. 12. Over 100 people. 12 seats. 12. 12. Now while I understand you go there to dance, it shouldnt be like we are all wearing "The Red Shoes" ( Google it) Drinks were small, filled with ice and overpriced. Good thing for them there is no present competition. read more

We have been multiple times. All in all it is fun! We normally break to run up and hit the blackjack tables at some point. If you have a big party rent a room or seating area. It isn't that bad considering they roll the cost into the bar service. There are a lot of interesting characters but plenty of security to keep control this last time we went. For parties with people who want to dance, drink, maybe gamble a little, it is great. Dance floor and furniture are starting to show wear. As far as music, not much variation. But you get what you get, a steady stream of music and videos from 70/80s. read more

Love it here ! The staff are so friendly, the d.j. is funky(in a good way) and the experience is priceless !

Will not go back! Expensive, dirty and rude employees. They encourage you to drink and then the security (wanna be cops) will kick you out. Worse night ever! read more

Worst night of my life. Do not go here if you're trying to have a good time. Literally ruined my brothers wedding.

Boogie Nights is a neat place. It's quite spectacular to come in from the top and see the dance floor below. But...after seeing KC and The Sunshine Band Friday and having REAL disco on my mind for days...what a disappointment! The music was just regular club dance music. Most of the music was 80's/90's, but that's not DISCO. It was fun to dance, but was disappointing, because I went hoping to dance all night to DISCO music. Wasn't the theme "Boogie Shoes" even?? read more

Rented a space for a 21st birthday party. While sitting in the Hops Bar by chance heard people talking about the club closed because of weather. That hurt but not as much as the way we were treated from that point on. First no one notified us. When we went to ask questions the female Casino employee DID NOT care about us at all. We simply asked questions and she did not help us at all. I know they don't care because they will make there money anyway but the attitude of this lady was unbelievable. I asked her about all the people that got hotel rooms and simply reiterated she was a casino employee. I asked about any place in the area to go to and she advised she, "was the wrong person to ask". She did tell us about the nice (I think) it was Hollywood on the Roof, followed by oh that's closed for remodel. Then the biggest hit of all, she was going to check on the hotel room rate so I gave her my number. Guess what, she never called me. I can not express the frustration caused by that employee. The way she treated us was worse than the fact we couldn't get into Boogie Nights. read more

went to Hollywood Casino for the first time for their Halloween party costume contest.had high expectations but was highly disappointed. Not only to find out that the place was full of smoke which was really surprising. But the biggest disappointed was after spending several weeks of hand creating costumes for us and our nephew we found out at the end of the night that the only costumes that would be up for judging were the clown costumes. Which left all of the rest of the cool costumes out of the competition. I, at one point in the night, even asked one of the DJs if they were going to have a competition for the rest of the costumes. He assured me they would. So we set 2 more hours waiting only to find out it wasn't going to happen What a waste of time. When I asked one more time later in the night about the contest the manager was very rude just saying it wasn't going to happen. Our first and last trip to Boogie Nights read more

I have been to Boogie Nights and it is a very big disappointment. The place is very dirty to start with. Second, the service is very poor. Thirdly, Most of the music is Rap. There was very little music from the 70's. If you want to do the hustle or swing dance, stay away from this place. It is only for people who do not like to dance with a partner. What a waste!! read more
