    Lots of seating and tables
    Victoria T.

Came here after dinner to grab dessert with the family and it wasn't too busy and there was plenty of seating/tables. The che we ordered was tasty. I ordered one that was more fruity with various jellos and it came with ice (#5 Chè ngũ sắc). My parents got che that was served warm (#11 Chè nóng đậu đen bột lọc) Their one complaint was the use of condensed milk but I enjoyed that addition.

I came to this cute store today. The menu was very extensive and I wanted to order one of everything. If only my stomach could've handle all the treats from here. EVERYTHING is excellent! Please come and support this business! The customer service is exceptional also!

This is my favorite Che place so far! We got the 3 color and it was so perfectly balanced and their coconut tastes really good. It also comes with jelly, which is different but I thoroughly enjoyed it. We also got a grilled rice with banana. Friendly service, lots of seating inside, and easy parking.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is your place. I usually go to the other OG spot, but this was a nice new treat. I ordered the chè khúc bạch (almond, lychee, jackfruit) and bánh bò. The chè was light, refreshing, and had just the right balance of nutty and fruity flavors. The bánh bò was soft, chewy, and a little nostalgic for me. The staffs were friendly with big smiles. Definitely worth a stop if you're craving Vietnamese desserts!

A cute shop! Many dessert options n plenty of table and seating. Not a fan of their chairs but the booth is comfy.

It's a hidden gem. It's not as popular as Bake and Che and it's a but more expensive, but they serve different types of Che than Bake and Che. I usually order Che Bưoi. It's so good and definitely a Thinsulin red light! However, when I crave Che, I often come here. Plus, they sell jackfruit that's so fresh. I love this hidden gem. I would definitely give this place a try if you're in the mood for sweet desserts.

che 3 mau - SO GOOD

Che 3 Mau - tasted like i was back in vietnam. So good, enough of each of the different things, canned lychees and big enough to share for maybe 2-4 people depending how hungry you are! The server mentioned this is one of their best sellers and I would definitely go back for this! It came out so quick after ordering. They had so many things on the menu here! Parking might be hard during busy times. They had vietnamese music video playing on the screen and lots of indoor seating and a restroom available.

I came here because I was craving desserts The staff is super friendly and sweet. The atmosphere is nice. Except there was a group of mid-aged ladies who came and started talking loudly like it's WWE. Desserts - 4 season dessert. I think it is kind of pricey. I have had better with less than $8 in other places like Bambu. The dessert is delicious though but for that price it is too much. 3/5 - Assorted tray of desserts is actually affordable. For $10 I got 6-7 different types of dessert plus coconut milk on the side. I do recommend eating these soon because they do not last long as they become hard to eat. 4/5 Overall I would come back for the assorted desserts but not for the drink desserts.

I had come here many times before, most Che tasted fine maybe a 3.5 would be correct but today it was a disaster. I ordered a Che 3 mau it said to have coconut milk but it sure tasted like evaporated milk mixed w some coconut milk, luckily I had some coconut milk left so I could eat this. They had a new dessert, coconut ice cream in a real coconut. We took it home n it was 90% melted, I froze it to eat it later. I was really upset I wasted $11, they could fool some young kids but not a gourmet like myself, it's not delicious like what they have in Thai restaurants, it tasted like vanilla icecream w toasted coconut bits right out of a bag. It melted so fast it was probably made right there w sweet hard coconut chips, I hated toasted coconuts. The melted icecream could not be frozen so I ditched the whole thing after eating the mango n strawberrie. I'm not going back here.

TL;DR - wonderful service & delicious desserts, perfect spot for something sweet & asian. my friend took me here to introduce me to some viet desserts (fyi i am not vietnamese!) i liked all the booth seating, nothing special and very clean. omg, it was so good!!! i loved the coconut ice cream, the che thai portion was a bit much for me, but still good! - i practiced ordering in my basic level vietnamese & the cashier was very friendly, which is rare! i would definitely recommend, super refreshing and tasty!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Overall, the restaurant had a great selection of desserts and drinks. Great desserts, large portion. Love the soft tofu with sugar ( # 26) & Chè nóng hạt sen mọc nhī ( #16 ) and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty treat. The service was top-notch and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. 4 stars!

Kem Dừa Trái Cây (Coconut Ice Cream with Fresh Fruit)

Final Thought: 3.36/5 We stumbled upon this little dessert shop that was in the same plaza as our dinner spot and decided to get some ice cream. Dessert: 1. Kem Dừa Trái Cây (Coconut Ice Cream with Fresh Fruit) 3.2/5 The flavor of the ice cream was alright. It's the typical artificial coconut flavor that you usually expect to get with this one. There was a swirl of whipped cream at the top that was overly sweet for us. Coconut shavings were provided for a nice crunch and I would have loved to see more of it. Two other items that contribute to the texture element were the wafer and chocolate wafer roll. While we did receive fresh fruit, I was expecting to get more than 3 thin pieces of mango, 2 slices of kiwi, and 1cut strawberry. The fruit was mostly fresh, but the quantity was a bit sad. The division of that between 4 people was definitely a struggle. The amount of ice cream provided appear appropriate for us at the time. The coconut itself isn't completely filled with ice cream, but it was enough for us. We were able to carve out the coconut meat inside afterwards too and that was a nice bite. Price: Expensive They provide dessert and beverage items on their menu. Pretty comparable to Bay Area prices, which means they're fairly expensive prices. This is taking into consideration the amount that they are providing too. Fair amount of items on the menu with the price range being $6-11. Just kind of depends on what you get. Ambiance: Fair Their decorations in here were so cute. They were fake decorations, but I was admiring their coconut tree and banana tree the whole time. The TV was on and it was a narration video relating to a topic about Vietnamese food and tradition. Quite educational. Other than that, very peaceful and quiet in the shop. Location/Parking: Fair Location for this spot is fairly ideal. It is on one of the busier roads in Orange County, so there is some traffic happening. The parking is going to depend on the time that you go. They are located next to a fairly well-known restaurant, so it may become busier during the rush hours. With that said, you may struggle with the parking a little bit. It's not a large plaza and it does have limited parking spaces. There are spaces in the back for you to park at too. Seems to be a matter of luck sometimes.

This is a cute dessert place my family and I stopped by after dinner. There is parking in front and behind the establishment, the store located in a small Vietnamese plaza. The vibe was relaxed and cozy with plenty of seating and a TV showing a program that highlights all sorts of Vietnamese food. The person at the cash register was patient as we decided our order. My family got one kem dừa trái cây (coconut ice cream with fruit) to share. We were given four small bowls and spoons to scoop out our portions if we wanted to. The dessert was topped with whipped cream, which my family swiped off to reveal the ice cream underneath, inside the coconut. There were just a few almost negligible slices of mango, strawberry, and kiwi so we wish we had more of that. The other toppings provided texture to help round out the dessert. Overall, this place was just okay to me, but the ice cream hit the spot nonetheless. A bit pricey for the little fruit we got, but oh well.

My family and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and this place was vibing! The area is spacious with high ceiling so it definitely created that energized and loud environment, but also nostalgic for me. The service was top notch! The cashier was extremely friendly, approachable, and efficient! How can you complain about that? We wanted to try different desserts so we can all get a little bit of taste test. We got the avocado (chè bơ), the three colors (chè 3 màu), matcha tofu, and tofu flan (đậu hũ flan). Avocado - 4.5/5 everything used fresh ingredients. It's not avocado season so it wasn't as soft as it should but still pretty good! The Three Colors - 5/5 very sweet but because the ice is set to the side it was perfectly balanced and you can adjust to your liking. Such an iconic dessert in the Vietnamese community! Matcha Tofu - 5/5 if you love matcha you will love this! It's not sweet and if there is it's very faint, but you definitely can taste the matcha shine through!! Tofu Flan - 5/5 perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness!!! Very lightly sweetened and I would come back for this again!

Well I finally got a chance to go in.. The wait wasn't too long but there was still a bunch of people inside. There wasn't much room to wait either, people were sardines in there. I got their coconut special, there were some aspects of it that were good, but overall it just felt like too much inside the che. Too much in a sense that not all the ingredients complimented each other.

Thought that was really weird and off-putting. The tables inside are really uncomfortably low so not the best place to study in my opinion. Also the AC was blasting so I was really cold, which is rare for me because I run really warm. Coffee wasn't that great to me, it tasted pretty smoky and I barely tasted the flavor in my tiramisu latte. What I would come back for are some of the pastries that I had! The ham and cheese croissant was fine, I probably wouldn't get it again. Also it was still cold in the inside even after they heated it up. For the salt breads, my favorite were the truffle, mentaiko, and bacon and scallion. I just wish there was more filling for the mentaiko and the bacon and scallion rolls. The egg sando one was a bit too creamy and heavy for me because the roll was already so buttery. I'd probably skip the creme brulee one for the same reason because it was sooo sweet and overwhelming. If I were to come back I'd probably just get one salt bread because it lowkey made me feel sick after eating it. I think it was just the sheer amount of butter in each roll but they are so yummy and addicting!
