The place usually has several patrons in it and the service is always spot on, no matter how busy they have been. I am an enchilada fan, and theirs are FANTASTIC. The price is fair, the service is good, and they hustle if you tell them you're on a lunch break. I will continue to eat there regularly. Good job, Rio folks!

The manager is this tiny clueless guy that literally slides around being pointless. Probably one of the worst things I've seen in a restaurant is one of the hostesses (merrow i believe?? Sundays are not where it's at for this location.

There is both indoor and outdoor seating with a large oval bar in the midst of the indoor area. Lupe's is good for all, young, old and even kids! Come one, come all, just come! Thank you Lupe.

Well, this location and this visit was the complete opposite! We were greeted right away at front door and they held the door open for us. They asked us if we wanted a table or booth (*thank you, as I hate always being shoved into a booth). We sat at a great table and was met very quickly by Bradly! We ordered or drinks and looked over the menu. We decided on a couple of "new" items. My husband got the "Bacon Rancher Burger" which came with fries. It was a little dry (not much Ranch), so he added his own mustard (which Bradly kindly brought out for him). I took a bite, and it was VERY good. He liked it too! Great flavor and cooked perfectly. I got the Deluxe Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich. (I asked for "no tomato", but think since "issues with lettuce" lately, they left that off too. ) The chicken was cooked PERFECTLY! It would rival some fast food chain ;) !! Mine was also a little dry (again, not much Ranch), so Bradly brought me out a side of Mayo. The fries on both of our meals were outstanding! It has been a long time since fries have impressed me, as most of the time they are either "limp" or "over done". These were done just right. We finished them all. Only complaint was the my side of mac and cheese was "very thick" sauce. But, want to compliant Bradly on also coming by quickly with refills on my husband's soda and my ice tea! Only complaint, was after we got our drinks and finished our meals, he didn't come by to ask us our our meal was. We just paid on the table screen and left. We did not get a chance to thank him for the service, as we did not see him again. But, we will be back and try more items at this location again!

This time I inquired about getting them with no cheese inside, and they were happy to oblige. They were delicious. Their tomatillo sauce is excellent. The reason for the three-star rating is ambiance. I had a long day working in the yard and wanted a nice relaxing meal. When I walked in there was a gal on a stool singing to a backing track. It was so loud I almost turned and walked out. I decided to stay, and covered my ears as I stared at the menu. Fortunately, her set ended. But then they turned the house music on, and it was way too loud. The music was weird and included bro country, which I don't care for at all. I ate as quickly as possible so I could escape the noise.

These were easily some of the best tacos we've had around here and some of the best I've had in a long time. The tortillas tasted freshly made and were delicious, and all of the tacos had plenty of fresh toppings and flavor. The portions were also huge. I ordered assuming they were going to be standard-size tacos and quickly realized I had seriously overestimated how many I could eat. If you can finish more than three, you're a champ! Service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant itself was clean with a nice modern decor. The only minor drawback is that it was a little tricky to find without GPS. I finally had to cave and ask Siri to get us there. Really happy to have found this place in Georgetown. My first time here was less than acceptable. It was a to-go order that took 45 min and there was an absurd line of people standing around waiting looking at each other in frustration. I've been to several other locations, this one could be as popular if they worked on expediting to go orders. Hopefully long term it gets better.

Prompt greeting when I entered the restaurant, attentive service throughout my visit without hovering over my table Let's start with the salsa - great mixture of tomatoes, cilantro, and peppers to bring just the right amount of heat and flavor The cheese and chicken enchiladas were both a disappointment to me. The cheese enchiladas was average fare - the red sauce was nothing special - and the grated cheese on top overpowered the cheese that was inside the stale tortilla. The chicken enchilada with green sauce had a little more redeeming value. Although the tortilla was just as stale as the cheese enchilada, the filling of shredded chicken and the tangy green sauce made for a nice bite. I may have gone a little too basic, but the enchilada order is always my go to when I try out a Mexican restaurant or have not been in eons, which was the case here The restaurant itself was jampacked, still with all the tables pretty much full it was not that loud everyone focused on eating.
