Lightly seasoned with rock salt and sliced thin, it is tender with a robust flavor.": €25 I opted for the traditional. (Why I didn't spend €6 more for the executive, I don't know. I'll just say I was overwhelmed.) I had some sausages that were decent, not great. I skipped on any chicken that came my way. My first beef encounter was not very good. I don't know what it was and due to a language barrier, the gaucho couldn't tell me either. He just kept saying it was "beef!" I had about 5 different cuts. The last, and again, I have no idea what it was, was mouth-watering. My wife had the buffet and I did venture to it for some samples. Neither of us were impressed by it.
