Since it was October, they had quite a few pumpkins and fall decorations outside, with the pumpkins being for sale, which was sort of fun. Inside, there was an ordering area, a huge display case, an area selling local goods, and some seating. After looking at the menu, I ultimately chose a large hot Sweater Weather Latte, while my wife went with an iced Sweater Weather Latte. The menu described it as a maple, pumpkin, and pecan latte with whipped cream and homemade candied pecans. We waited maybe five minutes or so before getting our drinks and heading on our way. The most interesting part of this drink for me was the homemade candied pecans on top of the whipped cream. I would randomly get them in some sips but not others. I also wondered what they were candied in, as I was getting a pretty distinct bourbon flavor from the drink, even though there was no bourbon in it. In any case, I enjoyed the other flavors and mostly picked up the sweetness from the maple and the earthiness of the pecans. I don't know if I could have told you there was pumpkin in it, but that's okay. With all the flavors and sweetness, the coffee itself was somewhat covered up, but it was tasty enough that I didn't really mind. My wife also enjoyed her iced version and liked the candied pecans as well. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. My wife and I both enjoyed our coffee, and I would be interested in trying their baked goods and food as well.
