Seamless. We were told by our contractor to ask for Lisa and…read moreto make an appointment - -great advice. When we arrived for our appointment, Lisa helped narrow our focus when choosing our bathroom fixtures. This was a critical step when navigating the vast selection offered in the showroom. Once she had a good idea of our aesthetic, we were whisked from one end of the store to another to winnow down additional choices. Without this guidance from Lisa, we would have been quite overwhelmed. Plus, we would have wasted LOTS of time. Within 45 minutes, we had chosen our fixtures, picked out a sink and found a perfect replacement for our kitchen faucet. The final item hadn't even been part of our initial objective, but the shopping experience was so well guided that it seemed like the perfect time to check that long ignored task off. Ours was a relatively small order but Lisa treated it as though it was the most important part of her day. She followed up with email links to the products we had ordered and escorted us next door to find a countertop. During that process, Lisa worked seamlessly with the stone fabricator by supplying dimensions and other pertinent specifications. Highly recommended.

Sonia Lopes was our sales person. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was the first…read moreperson who actually took the time to ask us what we wanted to accomplish and take time to look at pictures of our bathroom. No one else took us seriously, or spent the time with us. All of her suggestions were great and fit with exactly what we wanted. It takes time and effort to find what we wanted, and not just sell us the first thing we saw and she was the only one willing to do it.Not only was she nicer than the people in Fairfield her prices were half of the people in Fairfield ( who were more than a bit arrogant). There is no reason for you to have any other bathroom consultant other than Sonia Lopes.

Wonderful shopping. The staff were twice my age but everyone was very jovial, helpful and very…read morepolite. Came to browse around and get some style ideas and make some kitchen/dining purchases. Williams Sonoma does a great job at laying out their stores with full-on displays of tables and cutlery and silverware. That said, not all the plates and wine glasses are glass anymore. That was a little of a knucklehead move. Are those the real items, or are they replacements and I need to ask to see the real thing? Who knows. The staff is walking front-back-front-back. It is hard to know which items are being displayed as the real sale. Also: some items had no prices. And when I say no prices, I do mean no prices either on the item (let's say coffee grounds or pizza sauce). There were also no prices on the shelves. This is a store that is trying to make a profit right? How are you going to sell, if I don't know the price? Figure that one out. Williams Sonoma's saving grace is that it really is a TOP SPOT one-stop-shop for kitchen and dining. They have it all. And then multiples on top of that. Also the counters were too messy for a high-flying customer like me: multiple booths, no attendant at all behind any of them in the middle of the store. At least 1 salesroom employee should woman that station at all times - it makes the shopper feel more welcome. How am I supposed to know which check out to use? There were papers, scraps, scissors, bottles, food, tacks, pens, ribbons, cardboard, used (spilled) coffee capsules, candy wraps, drinks, drunken-from cups, bottle lids, key chains and receipts all over the counters from front to back. Staff were nice, but sloppy as a dog licking its reflection in a mirror. Clean that up. Will return for more buys at Williams Sonoma at Danbury Mall! Review: 5 star kitchen supply
