This Smith Ridge Road location is very easy to find and parking is never a problem. I know that when I start a new project, I only need to make one stop.

So in the past week I have gone to the store purchased 8-10 gallons of eggshell paint…read more paid too dollar - the clerk even laughed and said hey you should have an account well I go again to buy 2 more cans - talking to the staff in a friendly manner - when I get home I realize that they mixed the color in a semi-gloss; well that now is useless as I cannot paint the walls with a semigloss I contact to store speaking to burly gentlemen who in a sense says why didn't I recognize that it wasn't in a eggshell and how is it their problem I explain to the sales character that why would I ask for semi gloss when for the past week you have mixed me eggshell multiple times then said well how do we prove we did it - I said well I didn't mix the paint, you did and you mixed it in the wrong finish well after saying that - the fella says well there little proof, I reminded him that I am not in the business of mixing paint or reviewing what someone does for a living he then suggested that I come down to the store and see what we can do, I said this is what I want to be made while and have the proper paint as I do not have the time nor the energy to monkey around with him apparently he was not too keen on this and said well there isn't anything we can do I then told him that for the very first time that I would write a review beware make sure to check your paint because the knuckleheads (guy with the beard) doesn't pay attention to his craft

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!…read moreI thought this was a good place to shop based on the reviews, but unfortunately, that has not been our experience. The communication at this location is truly horrible. We purchased baggers for our lawn mower, but they were not installed properly. We explained that the grass was not going all the way into the baggers and was getting stuck in the tube. We even showed them pictures and videos demonstrating that the lawn mower was not functioning properly with the baggers installed. They told us they could order a new belt and spring to fix the issue. We waited three weeks or more without receiving a phone call. Eventually, we called them and discovered that the parts had been at the store for about a week. Apparently, they had sent us a text message, but we never received it. If a customer is waiting for important parts and does not respond to a text, wouldn't it make sense to follow up with a phone call? When I went to pick up the parts, I asked whether we could return the baggers. They told us no because the purchase was financed, and they accused us of tampering with the equipment, which we did not do. He got defensive because he was the one that installed it incorrectly. He should not be installing baggers at all. At that point, we replaced the belt and spring, but even after changing those parts, the baggers still did not work properly. I ended up calling again and asking for RJ and was put on hold for 30 mins and then the call dropped. I called again saying the same thing and was told RJ wasn't there. So why was i on hold for 30 mins if he wasn't there???. After calling again later on their next suggestion was to remove the baggers, charging us $50 for pickup and another $50 for drop-off. To make matters worse, they suggested that we sell the baggers on Facebook Marketplace. We purchased these baggers this year, and they are brand new, from when we first received the baggers with the lawnmower it hasn't been working properly. We should not be experiencing these kinds of issues with a new product. We went back and forth with them, asking whether there were any other options, but they told us there was nothing else they could do. I then contacted the company directly, and they told me they could inspect the lawn mower. Interesting, because we were previously told that there were no other options! The company also informed us that, upon receiving the baggers, we had 90 days to return them if we were not satisfied. Unfortunately, that return window has now closed, and we were never informed of this policy by the store. The company offered to inspect that we accepted but after some thoughts we declined due to it being the same store picking up the lawnmower. We wanted absolutely nothing to do with them after asking numerous amount of time if there was any other option. Moving foward we went to a different company that was willing to assist us in the matter and didn't advice us to sell on facebook market. Based on our experience, it feels as though they are more interested in selling a lawn mower than providing proper customer service afterward.
