Last season, they drove over my dog's lead that was staked in the yard. After offering to make it right, he never actually did anything. He played phone tag hoping I would give up. After several calls, I did and replaced it myself. This season they sliced into the netting of my outdoor gazebo causing it to entangle into itself, leaving it useless. He never came by to check on it, nor did he return my call. His website is a joke stating they return phone calls in hours, not days. Two weeks 3 days later, he still hasn't returned my call. Not trustworthy at all.
