The first thing you notice when you go in is how big this store is. It's like a supermarket for home supplies. Big and bright with a very friendly and helpful team of people. They recently did a complete renovation-expansion and were really able to bring in much more merchandise and keep plenty of open space. Their COVID protocols have also been excellent through the pandemic. I like a place that makes you feel safe. It's nice to come here and support a local business. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise here. Hardware, tools, electrical supplies and home (indoor and outdoor) cleaning supplies. They also have a great paint department. I was always very impressed with their BBQs and smokers. They also have many accessories and parts for the more popular brands like Weber and Green Egg. My last trip here was for picture hanging hooks and wall fasteners. I was hanging a large-heavy mirror and they had all the necessary supplies for me. I also needed some specialty cleaning supplies for concrete and they had these special items too. I highly recommend ACE and suggest you try it before venturing out to the big chain stores. I ended up not going with tile here as the dye lots were all different and it made me very nervous. I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. The prices here are really excellent compared to other tile places but I think due to the dye lot differences. LVP seemed like a great value

She was happy to pull out all the floor options we wanted to see, matched it with backsplash tile, and even did some extra design work for us to see how it would look. Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

A few weekends ago we had a sweltering hot day and my wife and I stopped by to pick up paint and supplies only to find that the store had closed due to the hot temperature. Apparently the store didn't have a working Air conditioner. I felt inconvenienced but understood. Temps were reaching 100 and I figured their AC had just broken. Stuff happens. Yesterday it was 90 degrees. Again I stopped by for some paint and supplies only to find the very same sign posted in the window. This was probably two weeks from the first time the sign was up and I was upset. Either they've had two weeks to fix the AC and simply haven't, or they fixed it and it broke again. Either way it's aggravating.

The store had lots of choices, big sets, and also individual items as you would like. They only had 2 or three people working, but not many customers at the time. Kevin, the rep we spoke with, was very courteous and helpful. After we saw the Chez's and decided to go with Fortunoff's we called Kevin and made the order for 2. A few days later they arrived, however one of them was pretty badly scratched up, so we called back to have it replaced with a new one. Kevin said no problem. A few days more and a brand new one came to replace the scratched one, no extra charge. That's good service. Good pricing, nice selection, and professional folks here.

She was timely when we had a zillion additional question and really listened to what we were going after related to look and feel. Marissa and John (from the receiving area) were equally exceptional. There was a bit of confusion when it came to a few bathroom fixture returns and changes. Given they had a new computer system two days earlier AND a system shut down at some point that day. They both kept a level head and Marissa sorted out all of the paper work. And John was then able to quickly pull the items for pick up. A series of unfortunate events could have led to a disastrous experience, but they both kept it light and it actually turned out to be a laughable morning. I highly recommend this company.
