It's January 28,2025 the dealer or Showcase has done nothing to fix this problem. I'm out of $42,000 with trashy cabinets and can't move into my new construction cause I have no kitchen installed. Both Showcase and Curtis Woodworking in Prospect Connecticut have done nothing to fix the problem. No replacement no refund NOTHING. Highly recommend Ferrari's Appliances…read more We recently purchased kitchen appliances from Ferrari's Appliances in Naugatuck as we are happy to support local businesses whenever possible. Management handled our transaction with the same professionalism we had experienced with them in the past with prior purchases. We were very impressed with the installers, Jonah, Jose and Will, who did a superb job with installations. They were very meticulous and careful, paying close attention to all details. Overall, we are very satisfied with the customer service that we received. The installers EXCEEDED our expectations.

Buyer Beware! I was expecting a delivery today on a new washing machine, but received a call…read morestating that the machine's door does not close. I was asked if I still wanted this machine, but NO I did not. The offer was to deliver it and then set up a repair date. I have dislocated shoulder, but now I am off to a laudromat to do three weeks worth of wash. I wanted to support local business, but this business is very unreliable and wanted to scam me into buying a defective machine. NO apologies, nothing - just deal with our incompetance. No offer either to take money off the machine or apologize and give me a 100-200 credit on a new machine. A good business practice would be to do that. Colton was very rude and I think at 3:45 when I received the call about the machine, they just wanted to leave. Horrible customer service. Again, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I recently purchased a 12' x 16' A-frame shed from Best in Backyards, Cheshire, CT. It was a very…read morepositive experience, and I'm very happy with the new shed. I worked primarily with Janice in the show space on South Main St. She showed me differences in models and lines while patiently answering my questions over the course of a few weeks. I was surprised at the detailed process we went through when I finally decided on what I wanted and sat down with her to go through the order itself. Janice went through every choice from windows to gable vents to locations and sizes of windows and doors. After waiting 3 weeks for the shed to be built in pieces, the assembly crew showed up on the appointed day right on time. Jose, Edvin, and Celso arrived at 9am, and got to work quickly, assembling the shed in a little more than 6 hours. Other than a short break for lunch, they worked steadily, kept things neat, and cleaned up after they were done. The finished product is well-constructed. Within hours of the assembly crew heading back to NY, it started to rain in CT for the next 36 hours. My town received close to 5" of rain, yet the shed was bone dry inside, much to my relief. From beginning to end, I'm very happy with the service and final product, and I'd highly recommend Best in Backyards to anyone in the market for a storage shed.

Be careful, they will advertise sale sale sale to get you to buy it. I wanted the shed 10' X 20'…read moreshowed price was 9300. I paid 8600 after fake sales price promotion and customization What I wanted and what I got is totally different. Only thing they got corrected was the color. I called back to get it readjusted . They talked about ripping the roof off and redo it and it will cost a lot more. If I proceed my sheds would probably cost 11K +. Sales person are very pushy towards sales do not care about you or try to resolve the issues. Did I saved money? No not at all be careful when shop here. better off go to Home Depot and pay same price at least it's 3D animated in the palm of your hand and at least you know exactly what you are getting. Restocking fee is nuts 20%. Please be careful when buying here.

They don't really want to sell replacement parts…read more The simplest order for frameless door gaskets was met with multiple trips because they didn't look at the thickness of the original parts. They couldn't see the difference between 3/8" and 1/2" and they blamed me for their mistake. The Owner thinks rigid plastic shrinks. I'm blind, I wouldn't be able to see the difference, but it's my fault! Total waste of time.
