Janice braved the elements and came outside and answered EVERY question I had. I never felt rushed. My kids were allowed to sample the playsets and were very happy to be there. Janice pointed out different things and helped me pick the best playset that was big enough for my 5 year old to enjoy, but small (safe) enough for my 1.5 year old to enjoy too. Got the Backyard A-Frame design built on site. Worked with Janice in Cheshire with the ordering, who was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right shed for my needs. I was very happy with the workmanship of the finished shed. The build quality is excellent. The shed was completed in a day, but because it rained just as they were finishing it up, they needed to come back to do the touch up painting, which they did a couple days later. (Touch up was needed because of the transport, not due to anything they did.) Very very pleased with the team who built the shed. Axel, in particular was extremely nice and very professional. This was a COVID 19 life saver for my household. We were able to walk into the open show room, was able to touch feel and see the playscape and quickly made our decision to buy with slight modifications.. The item arrived within given time frame and delivery and set up done by professionals within 2 hours (highly recommend delivery and assembly give how large the item is). We have had countless hours of enjoyment and given how most parks in the areas have been shut down it provided a much needed service for our children. I would highly recommend. We purchased a swing set and love it! It was nice to be able to see it assembled and try it before we ordered rather than picking something online. I had the easiest experience buying monkey bars for my grandson. When I called, Janice was quick to answer all my questions and she gave me information I didn't know I needed. I sent her a picture of my existing swing set and she called me back in 2 minutes.She let me know what ones would work best for me. I needed them for Christmas and I ordered them late.
