Once she had a good idea of our aesthetic, we were whisked from one end of the store to another to winnow down additional choices. Without this guidance from Lisa, we would have been quite overwhelmed. Plus, we would have wasted LOTS of time. Within 45 minutes, we had chosen our fixtures, picked out a sink and found a perfect replacement for our kitchen faucet. The final item hadn't even been part of our initial objective, but the shopping experience was so well guided that it seemed like the perfect time to check that long ignored task off. Ours was a relatively small order but Lisa treated it as though it was the most important part of her day. She followed up with email links to the products we had ordered and escorted us next door to find a countertop. Every time I drive by the store I tell myself I should go in and tell them what a great job they…read moredid in 2003 when we made the old little Cape Cod into the home we wanted. The kitchen was small with a low ceiling and we wanted to use every bit of space for cabinets while also getting in a dishswasher, double wall oven, refrigerator w/draw freezer - and an island where we could work. Big box stores' solutions left unused space between cabinets - no "customizing" standard cabinets. However, Creative had a Canadian supplier who offered standard cabinets easily constructed on site at different widths, depths and beautiful drawers, including large ones in the island where I store large bowls that I use a lot in cooking. There is little sign of wear on the cabinets. We wanted white but not wood that would shrink away from the frame. Our cabinets are made of strong compressed material, shaped to look like framed cabinets and dipped in white coating. Our contractor worked well with Creative. John even came over months later when one of the pantry drawers wouldn't roll out properly. That's been the only problem we've encountered and it was a quick fix. We can't say enough about how helpful, concerned and knowledgeable John was. We had our wish list and Creative made it all happen in a relatively small space. And it's all still looking good and working well in 2024.

Andy sells terrible cabinets that cracks and chip easily. I came to him with some of the doors that…read morewe ordered that have cracked and chipped in the few months that we had them. He said that it's normal to have these cracks and the wood expands and contracts, creating cracks. They have a repair kit that they can order, but that's about it. I should not have to order a repair kit for new cabinets. Some of the doors don't match up and I have to re-install the hinges to make them right, because the adjustments still aren't enough. They come out of a factory like this, how can they let that slide? I contacted the manufacturer and they ended up replacing 2 doors, but they really should replace all of the damaged doors. Andy and 21st Century cabinets do NOT stand by their product at all and now we've spent thousands of dollars and are stuck with cracked cabinets.

I was really surprised at the selection they carried and loved that we didn't have to stop by any additional stone yards or hire fabricators. They handled everything in house! The team was incredibly quick and efficient once everything came into stock. We get so many compliments from everyone that visits our home and they cannot believe that these were not "custom" made - which would've cost us 3 times the cost.
