Let him know it was not nice to keep bumping my husband to take care of contractors. I was informed the morning is for contractors!!! I asked if the store said that with morning hours for contractors only? Let him know we were trying to be supportive to local businesses and didn't appreciate being treated like we were garbage. We spent $200 dollars on 3 gallons and a quart. When I went to leave, I noticed the gallon was in the wrong finish. I asked frank and he said that's what I showed him. I explained that's impossible as the only paint label I have is the one I showed him. So I showed him again. He replied" man I'm not arguing with you but that's not what you showed me". He's 100% wrong, rude and disrespectful and I'm disgusted. My husband was patient and kind. And was bypassed for and hour then rudely spoken to them not taken care of. One plus is that it's a fully stocked, very nicely maintained store. But, $7 for a paint sample... I am normally happy to pay more to shop locally and support the community, but, I'm done with this place. However, we have what I now realize is "pie steps" at the bottom landing - so that meant we could only do non-patterned runner - and the oak treads were too nice to allow that. So, we found Creative Carpet, because they could do the apparently IMPSSIBLE: custom weave a patterned stair runner so it flawlessly meets the pattern at the angles of our stairs! This was in 2011 - I'm writing this now in 2018 (almost 2019) because we're cleaning carpets, and the stair runner has held up so well - you'd never know it was installed 7 years ago!
