The communication at this location is truly horrible. We purchased baggers for our lawn mower, but they were not installed properly. We explained that the grass was not going all the way into the baggers and was getting stuck in the tube. We even showed them pictures and videos demonstrating that the lawn mower was not functioning properly with the baggers installed. They told us they could order a new belt and spring to fix the issue. We waited three weeks or more without receiving a phone call. Eventually, we called them and discovered that the parts had been at the store for about a week. Apparently, they had sent us a text message, but we never received it. If a customer is waiting for important parts and does not respond to a text, wouldn't it make sense to follow up with a phone call? When I went to pick up the parts, I asked whether we could return the baggers. They told us no because the purchase was financed, and they accused us of tampering with the equipment, which we did not do. He got defensive because he was the one that installed it incorrectly. He should not be installing baggers at all. At that point, we replaced the belt and spring, but even after changing those parts, the baggers still did not work properly. I ended up calling again and asking for RJ and was put on hold for 30 mins and then the call dropped. I called again saying the same thing and was told RJ wasn't there. So why was i on hold for 30 mins if he wasn't there???. After calling again later on their next suggestion was to remove the baggers, charging us $50 for pickup and another $50 for drop-off. To make matters worse, they suggested that we sell the baggers on Facebook Marketplace. We purchased these baggers this year, and they are brand new, from when we first received the baggers with the lawnmower it hasn't been working properly. We should not be experiencing these kinds of issues with a new product. We went back and forth with them, asking whether there were any other options, but they told us there was nothing else they could do. I then contacted the company directly, and they told me they could inspect the lawn mower. Interesting, because we were previously told that there were no other options! The company also informed us that, upon receiving the baggers, we had 90 days to return them if we were not satisfied. Unfortunately, that return window has now closed, and we were never informed of this policy by the store. The company offered to inspect that we accepted but after some thoughts we declined due to it being the same store picking up the lawnmower. We wanted absolutely nothing to do with them after asking numerous amount of time if there was any other option. Moving foward we went to a different company that was willing to assist us in the matter and didn't advice us to sell on facebook market. Based on our experience, it feels as though they are more interested in selling a lawn mower than providing proper customer service afterward.

We moved to our new house about two months ago and we are still waiting for 35% of our cabinet hardware (pulls and knobs); if your cabinets are white and you have three hungry teenagers, like we do, that is kind of a problem. (I look like a maniac running after them with my sponge). The granite installation was sloppy at best, it was cut awkwardly at places, and the silicone they placed between the granite slabs looked like wide spats of shiny glue. So classy! The silicone was removed by our builder and there is wide gap between the edge of the granite and the division between the cabinets and the refrigerator. A really nice and desirable look. This company also did my bathroom sinks and ordered the wrong size for one of of them, so they placed a temporary sink. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS since the house was finished and I still do not have a permanent sink in the master bathroom. The spice cabinets in the kitchen island make a noise when they are closed and small strange parts pop out of those cabinets once in a while, I just save them and in my spare time try to figure out where they go. What a difference with the company from which we bought and installed the marble on my island, just down the road from these guys! (Very professionals, impeccable installation, great service). Again, stay away from this place!

We have dogs, and need a runner for the dog's security running down the stairs. We realized the stairs looked so good it needed a runner that was just as nice. A nice oriental pattern maybe? However, we have what I now realize is "pie steps" at the bottom landing - so that meant we could only do non-patterned runner - and the oak treads were too nice to allow that. So, we found Creative Carpet, because they could do the apparently IMPSSIBLE: custom weave a patterned stair runner so it flawlessly meets the pattern at the angles of our stairs! This was in 2011 - I'm writing this now in 2018 (almost 2019) because we're cleaning carpets, and the stair runner has held up so well - you'd never know it was installed 7 years ago! John & Eileen were very easy to work with, design choices, scheduling, custom in-place installation, and we even picked out a hallway runner for the upstairs.
