The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this.
