They use Doordash for free delivery within 15 miles. I was told about this place by a friend and I went in and ordered takeout. I ordered Mutton Biryani, Chicken curry and a dessert. The management behind this company are scammers--the garden variety 420 street grifters. They have been scamming us of our meal pass/wallet cash for months now--using up the cash without our consent, delaying the resolution and then gaslighting us that it was all used up by us months ago. We have the receipts/screenshots--the entire conversation where multiple staff members have assured they will rectify just to keep biding time hoping we will just let it go. Free delivery within the 15 miles radius with minimum purchase. They also offer eat in as well. You can preorder or can order at the restaurant if eat in. To the food. We ordered the crab masala, fry curry spicy shrimp and spicy chicken biryani rice. Crab masala, approximately one medium side blue crab cut up in bite pieces. Full of flavors and spices. Not fishy at all. The dry curry shrimp was also flavorful but a bit of a small portion. The chicken biryani rice exploded with different curry, spices flavor and not your typical biryani rice dish that you are used to in any Indian restaurants. We ordered ahead but to eat in. When we got there, knowing our intention, they re-heat the food so we can enjoy the hot meals. The dining area was pretty simple, very attentive service and gets whatever you need. The place is clean with odd and off on setup/decor. It's basically a room covered with pics of "moms" walls and tables/chairs and that is pretty much it. Parking is great since they are in a shopping complex with private parking plus there is free street parking. Great, friendly, helpful and attentive service by 2 young ladies. The foods are very flavorful and very tasty. You can tasted that it's home cooking with care & love. Once they bring you the set (which is around 5-10mins), then you can scan the code and order your dosa(s), which take about 10-15mins after you ordered and they will fill up varies type of chutneys. Overall it is quite unique for us since it's our 1st time tasting this. Not sure how it goes but turned out, enjoyable. They do have dinner (with meats) AYCE too but that will be another time. Whenever I'm in LA, this is my go-to spot and a must-try place. I believe it's a cloud kitchen with multiple restaurants operating under different names at this location. However, the food is amazing! Back when I lived in LA for a year, I used to order from them frequently. They used to prepare food here and deliver it all over Los Angeles. Let me try to explain was this place is, because, at first, I was confused myself. It's similar to a ghost kitchen concept, however, there is seating so you can stay and eat. They serve most of their customers by delivery and pick-up. However, you can come, order here and eat here as well. It's almost like a ghost kitchen virtual food court. There's many different food vendors to choose from. The menus from each food vendor are created by food content creators. Ladda Thai was created by Kat T and the only vendor I have tried, delicious. You can order through the iPad at the front of the space which gets sent to the kitchen and then you pick up your food. You can also call to place your order for pick up or find them on delivery apps. They are located in a small shopping plaza. Remember this isn't a full service restaurant. So, these guys are a ghost kitchen for like 7 different restaurants. That knowledge on its face sets the bar at a place where you know what you're asking for. Meaning- a place that has to sling out comfort food, Thai, Indian, burgers, wings, etc. can't nail everything. There's just too much variety to handle. That being said, I took a gamble and ordered spring rolls and pad ka prik (extra extra extra spicy). No spice at all on the dish. The egg rolls were just frozen guys dropped into a deep fryer and cost me nearly $9 for 4. But, the grilled cheese I ordered was an absolute abomination. Grilled? No. Cheese? Yes. Melted? For two teriyaki bowls it took them about 30-40 minutes to make. On top of that they don't apologize or compensate you for having to wait so damn long. Their place is also a mess. How do you sit down when there's boxes stacked in the middle of the restaurant. Tell me why there's like 5-6 of them working in the back and yet there only seems to be one person working in the kitchen. Awesome interior and really authentic South Indian cuisine. I've only ever had meals served on banana leaves in India and it's awesome that they are bringing it to the US! The venue is very nice and clean. It's essentially an assembly line buffet and if you want more you flag down a worker for more food. You know it's super legit when 95% of customers are Indian. To be aware that they do run late so if you booked a 6:30pm time chances are the meal won't start until 7-7:30 and same goes for later times as well. Honestly, for the price and the novelty I really can't complain. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends! Now on to the food! I went Valentine's Day 6:30p for their special bogo deal and what was served was South Indian cuisine. We got dosa, sambar, idli, vadas, chutneys, potato coconut curry, halva, boorelu, paisum, sweet pongal, mixture, upma, paneer biryani, and roti w corn cheese and spicy mayo? (Sounds weird but it was really tasty). Everything was good honestly! I really liked the vadas and dosa. I'd say the dosa flavor here tastes like a gold fish without the cheese and it's nice and thin and crispy. Pro tip: Pick the spots closer to the inside because once people line up inside it gets crowded near the entrance. Also the back row gets the food first. This was a very different concept on serving Indian food really the South Indian style. We went on a Friday night which is a vegetarian night. We made reservation online (highly recommended), you can walk in but you are not guaranteed a sitting. So they have two different timings and I know it says all you can eat but its only for that sitting time of one hour and 20 minutes (give or take). We decided to do the early timing which was a smart thing because it was packed for the 2nd timing. So they come around and served you food, they have like 13 different items, I suggest you try everything in a small portions and they do come around multiple times to refill on food. One thing I didn't like was our food was cold. We did put in a request for the dosa and other items to be remade, it was warm but I felt like at that point they were making it too quickly so it wasn't done all the way. I did like there paneer rice, all the chutneys were fantastic, the Vadas were very tasty and crispy full of flavors. At the end they do serve Madrsy style coffee, which I love, if you are coffee drinker make room for that, you will not be dissatisfied.
