I came to this location for the Nashboro Chicken grand opening, and the proprietors informed me this was a ghost kitchen, with several concepts operating.

It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon! We came in around 12ish and we were able to get a table. Everything smelled so good and hearing the sizzling plates come by made me even more excited! We got 4 dishes: bun bo hue, mi xao mem, nem nuong cuong, and their fried tofu Bun Bo Hue: Great clean flavor! A little bland but nothing like adding their chili oil that fixed it! Once I added that in it was so good, I love it! Mi Xai Mem: Their fried noodle; this came on a sizzling plate with a great sauce. UGH so good, my fiance did right by ordering this, I had to have a small bowl of it too because of how flavorful it was! The veggies had the slight crisp so you can tell it's fresh! Nem nuong cuong: Great spring roll that has a little crunch in it! I love the sauce it came with for dipping! A nice nutty taste, but my fiance wished they added some chopped peanuts in it! (Can't blame him, he's had my sauce with peanuts in it so he thinks it's the norm!) But it would add another level to it! Fried Tofu: wow, not sure how they did it but they managed to fry the soft tofu and it's so good! It comes with a spicy soy sauce dipping sauce and with it being freshly cooked right before it came out it was nice and hot! But it does break apart after the first few bites so be aware so it doesn't fall all over you! I would so come back if we're ever in the area! It's kinda hidden but once you see it you'll never forget!

The first thing that stood out to us was the incredibly friendly and attentive service. They were constantly checking in on us and made sure everything was to our liking. Onto the food, we ordered the tea leaf salad, samusas, and tea leaf lamb. Wow. Every dish was delicious! I'm usually not a fan of samosas because of how dense they are, but the samusas were perfect. They are wrapped in a fried and crispy shell and were so much lighter. The tea leaf salad was a must get as well. So many different textures between the pumpkin seeds, peanuts, and greens. The tea leaf lamb was suuuper tender and not gamey at all. The sauce was flavorful and perfectly coated the meat. This restaurant is a total gem and we cannot wait to come back!

I am not vegan but enjoy eating vegan foods , they have many great foods on their menu that qualify. My husband loves lamb and he enjoyed his selection very much . We got their famous tea leaf salad to share, and the falafel appetizer! Both excellent!! The service was great, explaining some foods that were new to us(our first time with Burmese cuisine) The decor was special also . As we were leaving I saw a musical instrument on their counter. So beautiful!!!! We will be going back !!!!

Their team is friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and everything is so affordable. I've now tried both the chicken katsu bento box and the pork katsu sandwich. Both are delicious, but personally, I love the bento. This lovely box comes packed with thin fried chicken, potato salad, egg, veggies, and rice. This spot is famous for its lunch time rush. There's about 10 spots available for dine-in, but the food is the perfect to-go item as well. If you really want to be a local, stop by their neighbor ARC Coffee on the way out for a post-lunch caffeine hit.

We got the katsu curry, salmon rice balls, oyako don, and katsu don along side the kimpira gobo and vegetables. First, the people are super nice and friendly. The inside is pretty plain with limited seating and it seems like a lot of people get food to go. Given there's nothing special about the restaurant, I might agree with that option. Overall, the food is fine. The katsu is okay, not super crispy, the chicken is a little dry. The katsu don and osaka don were a little too sweet. The rice balls had pretty limited filling so a lot of rice to salmon. The veggies were also a little too sweet. It's nice to get bento type food here but I might just go to Tokyo Central and get bento-style food there. Love the concept, just execution was so-so.
