Not sure if this place has changed owners on the last few years, but it isn't nearly as good as it used to be. The prices are really high too for what you get. I have included a photo of the menu. The quality is not too good either. It tasted like Rosarito store bought refried beans with no authentic anything. Maybe there's a reason it's just called Chuck's TACOS. Practically everything on the menu slaps, hits different, is a banger, is bussin', or whatever the kids are saying these days that means "is good/great/excellent." I get dinner here like every other weekend, and whenever I've got company in town that want Mexican food, this is my go-to. The soft tacos are good, the hard shell tacos are great, and if you think $3.50 is a bit steep for a single taco, wait 'til you see the size. They're like twice the size of tacos elsewhere. The flautas are amazing, and if you don't mind the inevitable heart attack, the deep fried burrito is out of this world. This is one of the best little hole in the wall places in upland. There is not a large staff but they seem to manage giving great service whether you dine in or take out. They do an amazing job at cleaning off tables even though there is at most 2 people working in the front. As for food if you have never had the pleasure of dining here you could play it safe and get tacos which never disappoint or if you come with a group you can share a platter.
