CAPS included for emphasis - these are important points so PAY ATTENTION!)…read more We recently purchased a 2025 Winnebago View 24t pretty much on the spot after reviewing a previously sold unit on the lot. Sight unseen one might say but we did have the opportunity to go through one on the lot. Unfortunately in the past, Winnebago, along with the other major RV manufacturers have long suffered from terrible reputations about quality control and service issues. Even with discussions with both Winnebago and Mercedes at the factory level, it is obvious the two national organizations just don't talk to each other. So many issues would be resolved if there were some type of meaningful communications. This is just one of the reasons we have kept our 1999 F350 / Bigfoot Oakland 3000 until last week (sold in preparation for this new purchase.) Having used RnR Rv for many years as a parts and occasional repair facility (had a refrigerator replaced once and picked up parts as needed while doing my own work) pretty much knew what we were getting into. That said, if I were someone who was unfamiliar with RnR Rv and just read the horrible reviews on this while looking for a new unit, well - probably wouldn't buy a new RV period from anyone - regardless of the dealership. There are going to be hiccups during the purchase/review/initial stages of owning a RV. What sets an organization apart from the rest is their ability to satisfy the customer by simply telling the truth, getting the job done and THEN standing behind the work ABSOLUTELY - without any song and dance. We have a few service issues, so that remains to be seen. That all begins next week. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT sets the tone for the entire organization - PAY ATTENTION RNR management! THREE names who have been in the forefront during this process were our sales reps and the service rep doing our walkthrough. BOB SANDENO, STEVE PACE and CORI FOSTER, in my view have gone out of their way to ENSURE things were done CORRECTLY and PROFESSIONALLY. When questions arose, they collectively took on the tasks and remedied any questions or concerns immediately. From the beginning, we agreed as these were new units, with new engines, some questions just couldn't be answered at the moment and "I don't know" would suffice. I simply asked NOT be "fed a line" - had that happened, the purchase would be off and they could explain their rationale to someone else. My expectations were FAR EXCEEDED by these folks. Straight up answers to straight up questions. We all want the bottom line, so here it is. Would we purchase another motorhome from Rnr RV. Qualified probably. 1. As long as BOB SANDENO, STEVE PACE, and CORI FOSTER were involved in EVERY aspect of the pre-sales, delivery inspections and immediate post sales issues - then, ABSOLUTELY. They EXCEEDED my expectations in every regard and ensured both my spouse and were comfortable with such a large purchase. 2. Because any purchased unit is YOUR PROBLEM once its off the lot, I took more time than usual inspecting the unit prior to delivery, A LOT more time. Probably ruffled a few feathers in the process, SO WHAT! I also mentioned for them to go find something to do while I was looking at the unit so they were forewarned. Not my problem. 3. During my inspection discovered items that were missed in the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) - now are documented for further service. Personally, I believe the PDI was pencil whipped so I took even more care while inspecting the vehicle. Welcome to US Military training. TRUST BUT VERIFY! 4. Prior to delivery, service wouldn't entertain ANY questions from me, despite the fact we had signed the contract for the unit. I hadn't been assigned a "Service Advisor" and wouldn't until the unit was delivered (therefore OUR problem to deal with warranty issues - garbage!) So, I started talking to Winnebago and Mercedes directly - much more helpful. Be forewarned. 5. To end this missive - please refer to item 1 above - those folks made this transaction possible. Everything else remains to be seen. 6. I'll say it again just in case you weren't paying attention. Purchase again? Qualified probably as long as the three individuals mentioned are included.

The trailer we bought was poorly built Starcraft, and noticed things the day we got it home. Staples in ceiling, caulked over to hide staples, and they were so visibly noticeable our freinds notice the first time it was looked at. Paneling on kitchen side wall bulging from an un attached panel, no stud even at seam. Wall paper coming un done at flooring . My wife only put 2 small saucein overhead above sink, next day bottom dropped out of cabinet two staple shots neither hit a thing. Gaps in paneling, all around bed, bathroom & where cabinets mounted. Dinette blinds and curtian.s fell off wall 3 night home. Also we found someone had drilled holes in underbelly plastic so water can drain the trailer has water leaks. I called Click It to express my displeasure. The guy who was working filling in said on Friday he would have someone call Monday. next Friday at the dentist a week later my phone had two missed calls with no message. It was Click It with no voice mail left. Since all this has happened we have called the factory and listed more than this. Bottom Line we will never do business with Click It RV again

It took them four different time to get the correct one installed. My auto leveling was never fixed, I asked for two more batteries to be added, instead they just replaced the two they installed a couple of months ago, and I had a slide moving very slow. Called the repair shop and was told I need to plug the trailer in. Now i'mm being ghosted and can't get anyone to call me back.

I was worried that nobody in town was going to know how to do it and I didn't have my welding circuit installed at home yet. I contacted mid week so I figured it would carry over into next week. Nope, got it done by Friday afternoon, today, which is why I am now writing this. They did it correctly as well. Not some hack job. I guess it helps when you say "Just make it right" and let the pros handle the thinking vs trying to be cheap which makes it difficult, if not impossible to get a job done right. Looks like I found a place that can take care of a few mods for me to get a little more capability.

I reiterated exactly what I had asked to be done. I received a phone call indicating I needed $1900 worth of repairs done and the brakes would be taken care of. I approved for the suspension to be and re-refurbished but emphasize the brakes were the biggest deal for me. When I up, the bill was not 1900 but 2200 and the brakes were exactly in the same condition that they were when I brought the trailer in. They indicated they would send a service truck down to make it right. Zero and zero response to both written and verbal . Extremely disappointing.
