We have a 1999 Bounder motorhome, that needed some upgrades and work done both inside and out. All the work was completed professionally and beyond our expectations! Part of the work they completed was to replace our backup camera and add side view cameras. They also replaced the roof and skylight, replaced the carpet with LPV, replaced the catalytic converter, fix one of the side compartments that had been damaged, fix the interior floor that had water damage, and more! Our refrigerator work fine however after 20+ years some of the door shelves had broken, bless them, they were able to find used parts to replace the ones broken. I can't say enough about how well the work was done. Their crew's pride in workmanship certainly shown through on this job. We will certainly recommend them to anyone needing mechanical work or renovations done on their RV. read more

Not bad but not great. We had called Truline after we had needed a repair on our 5th wheel landing gear the person we spoke to on the phone told us they closed at 5:30 and that we were okay to bring it in until then. We called the day of and spoke to someone else on the phone that got upset with us trying to bring it at that time cause he said they were closing up and he would have to stay later for us to get there and drop it off. Once we got there the man we spoke to on the phone continued to rant about how he just wanted to go home and rushed my husband and I out the door as fast as possible even after we apologized many times. They did great work on our trailer and got it back in a timely manner just wish they could've been more friendly. read more

we took our RV to Truline for basically a checkup . $915. when we got home, we found several things wrong that should certainly have been done... battery cable box unopened and totally corroded inside, a shade hanging off the wall, a missing stick vacuum, to name a few. the owner was argumentative and unwilling to make it right. read more

Was on way to Canada in our RV when the awning was acting like there was no power. Stopped in at Truline on a Monday morning without an appointment, in hopes that they could take a look. Scott had a tech look over some of the obvious simple possibilities. He determined what it probably was, by ruling out some likely electrical issues. Unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock, but we now know what it isn't. Went back to the office to pay for what I assumed would be an hour of shop labor, but no charge. Sure wish we were local, these folks are great. read more

Used multiple rv repair shops from Deer Park to Mead to Liberty Lake. Results were horrible to not great. Then I found Truline. Been using Chad for approximately 8 yrs with nothing but superior service. Not a cheap place just done right the first time and quick service. I won't go anywhere else. read more

We dropped our RV off last week. It's been extremely hard to get a quote from him. He said I would hear back first of next week. After not hearing from him I decided to call him. He said he looked at my trailer but was not able to tell me what was wrong with it at that time. He said he would call me back later that day to give me the quote. Did not hear from him so I called him the following day. He said he would let me know at the end of the day what the total would be. Did not hear from him. Today I gave him a call and he said he would be emailing it. Update: ended up getting the camper one month later. The work was fine. read more

We were on route to Montana and had an electrical problem in our RV. We weren't sure if it was a simple fix or more complex so instead of trying to fix it ourselves, we decided to bring it in to an RV service facility. I must have called over 1/2 dozen places and none had room to even take a look at it. Finally reached Truline RV and spoke to the owner, Chad Yackel, who was great and scheduled us for a 1:30 appointment. We arrived several hours early (since we didn't know the area) and were planing to wait several hours until our appointment time. Instead, they put a technician with us right away. We were thinking the repair would cost several hundred but the technician determined it was an easy fix and had it done within 10 minutes. When I went in to pay, the Service Manager told me "no charge and have a great vacation"...I was stunned and so appreciative. Their shop looked immaculate and everyone I interacted with was courteous and friendly. A great experience and if you are in the Spokane, Washington area and need help with your RV, my husband and I definitely recommend them. read more

I had an order in for work. Some of the work was completed and done well but I was told they had measured and ordered the hatch for our roof but that Covid was holding it up. Waited patiently for months. Called but got no replies. Called the company in Canada they were to order the part from and they never received the order. We have a Vanagon, not a big motor home. I guess it was not enough money for the hatch (after we already paid $2,000 + for other work) to be worth even calling me back. If they did not want to do the work they could have called and told me or referred me to someone else. This is a collector vehicle and worth quite a bit but really needs that hatch. Not being a responsible business. I could have given them an excellent review and posted photos - but no follow through. read more

We had to return to Truline RV because our Samsung refrigerator quit cooling. These folks are really great people. They removed the non-working refrigerator and loaned me a truck to take it back to Lowes. They installed the new refrigerator and I was back in business. Could not be happier with the service. I stopped by and got a very rough estimate last fall. When I finally had the money I took it in to have my trailer interior ceiling replaced after a water leak. Final bill came within 10% of my very rough estimate and the work looks beautiful. They were substantially less than the big name RV places in Spokane Valley and did not try to oversell me on extra work. I will do business with them again if I need work. read more
