We finally left a message with Josh explaining our situation and he called me back, and after giving more details he drove the 20+ miles to where we were parked and started to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Josh spent several hours trying different ideas to get it fixed and in the end found a way to temporarily refill the air bags. After filling the air bags he stated "I wanted to make it possible for you and your family to make it home" in which we did. At anytime while he was trying to fix the problem he could have said I am not able repair the problem and I wouldn't have blamed him one bit, but he didn't he just kept working on the problem until a temporary solution was found to allow us to drive the 400 miles to get home. The next day he even called me to make sure that we made it home without an trouble. So for any rv repairs or breakdowns (god forbid) I would not hesitate to call him again.

He bolted them. Then we called Josh again to put a toggle switch(battery disconnect) into our pull car. And another time to prep our motorhome for our next run. Josh is fast, efficient, very reasonable compared to many mobile rv repair operators. We have tried more than 4 different mobile techs and I can definitely say Josh, Bear Ridge Repair is the best! The ramp was badly built and a few months later it literally fell apart. I wanted my money back but Todd offered to rebuild it instead. The rebuilt ramp was built just as badly, they put all three lift assist springs on backwards, and within a couple of months it literally fell off the trailer because it was attached so poorly. I trusted them (Todd) and got completely scammed.

If there was an option for more stars these guys would get them! I did plenty of research prior to purchasing and knew what i wanted. I had made a decision between two models. One they had on display and the other was on there way in. I worked with Jim R and he was great to deal with. new everything there was about the RV's. we spoke on the phone and through Text. he sent me all kinds of pictures. We made the four hour drive to there location as soon as the other camper hit there lot. we inspected both and ultimately decided the HS1806 was the one for us. I did not have my pickup set up for a camper so we made the deal and went home. they found some issues during the walk around when we came to pick up the camper. Bad water heater they replaced on the spot! very professional during the finance process. Very easy to deal with and no issues at all. a Year later we had a few issues with it and took it to our local dealer. Brian and Jim both helped tremendously to get me the info needed for warranty as well as resale info as i plan on selling it and upgrading shortly! I 100% recommend these guys and if needed will absolutely purchase from them in the future! read more

Sunday afternoon we were driving cross country when the awning on our motor home suddenly started rolling out. Found Bobby Combs on the map and pulled in. They were getting ready to close and all the service department people had gone for the day. The good people there brought us into their store, offered us water and introduced us to the two sweetest dogs, Sarge and Chief. We popped in to just look at camp trailers because we were considering downsizing our 28' camper. We looked at several campers and fell in love with one of them. We had an issue with a leak in the roof of our Super-C and brought into Bobby Combs because we have…read morepreviously done business with them. After the roof was gone over and any possible problem spots were addressed I came to pick up the RV. When I drove it out I discovered it was still leaking after a heavy rainstorm. I turned around and went back. They accepted it back into the shop with no problems. After a week or two I was called that the RV was ready. When I arrived they surmised the leak was caused by a bolt or rivet had backed out near the front of the awning allowing water in. After fixing the issue I brought it home and had no other issues throughout the winter. Until I can get my shop finished it unfortunately is outside in the weather. I'm confident they spotted the issue and fived it properly. After all of this said I wanted to address their entire staff that I dealt with. All of them were very professional and genuinely seems to care about the issue I was having. I could tell the manager and tech(s) were a bit frustrated at not locating the leak initially. It is a rare day anymore when you come across a business that has genuine empathy for a customer and does everything possible to fix the issue. I cannot express how much I appreciate this business and it's employees. I have numerous friends with RV's of various sorts and openly recommend these folks in Hayden should they run into issues. Well done guys!

So had to drive to Spokane Ford Dealership for my oil change. After reading the reviews I'm glad it worked out that way. Not impressed with the service department. Still got a reminder for the oil change appointment even though they canceled it. I live in a very small town in Texas and I don't even have to make an appointment at my Ford dealership. The Ford Dealership I use in Dallas has a Fast lane for service. I really thought 6 days out was plenty of time to schedule an oil change.
