I assumed they were all the same and judging from the reviews, many have had a similar experience here. But... We were on a two-week RV trip and on the first day, one of the rooftop vents blew apart because it had turned so brittle. On our way through Spokane, we stopped and I talked to Jacob in the service dept. He helped me find the correct one and then got on the roof and installed it with me so we could get on our way and stay dry. I also asked him about the quick-connect hose for our outdoor shower. We never got one when we bought the trailer (brand new) and our local store said they don't come with one -- you have to buy it separate. They also couldn't help me find the right one to buy. They just left me to figure it out. Jacob's attitude was, "Give me a minute to look around and see what I can find." Within a few minutes he came back with the right hose and sent me on my way. KUDOS to Jacob. At least SOMEONE at Camping World knows how customer service is supposed to work!

These guys are the absolute best…read more We had an older 40' class A (I quickly learned that A stands for aggravation) coach and after spending $$$$$ at a large well known dealership/repair center things still weren't working properly. Repairs we paid for were shoddily done or not done at all It was a happy day when we stumbled onto R&L. Adam in the service department is AMAZING, honest, more than fair, doesn't take shortcuts, does great work and tells it like it is. The thing I really appreciated is he didn't bad mouth the other shop's work and lack thereof, he just explained how and why he would fix what was going on. In a short period of time he had everything safe and working as it should. . When we made the decision to go with a vintage travel trailer we sold the coach knowing that it was safe and in good working order. So now we're back for round two with a vintage travel trailer. I'm thrilled with the suggestions made and the work being done. I highly recommend R&L RV's.

We drove from Monroe to make the purchase, because Open Road RV Monroe, had the exact same trailer for sale for several thousand dollars more, an exceptionally rude sales staff, and no willingness to negotiate at all. At the time of our trailer purchase, we had the pleasure to meet Shawna, the service manager. Shawna was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with, and advised us to call her if any service needs arose, or we had any questions, regarding accessories for our trailer. We had a water holding tank issue with our trailer this Spring, and called Appleway RV, to have the problem taken care of. I was pleased to learn that Appleway RV, had the good sense to retain Shawna in the service department. Shawna was able to work with my schedule, to get our trailer in, and advised that she would have the problem diagnosed, and keep me apprised. Shawna did just that, contacting me, to let me know the repair was covered under warranty, that repair parts had been ordered, and that the repairs would be made as soon as the parts were delivered. A couple of weeks later, Shawna called me to schedule a pickup time for me. Upon arriving, Shawna greeted me, fully explained the repair, and again advised me to contact her, if any service issues needed to be addressed, or if she could be of any help. There were several issues found when we did our walk through. The tabletop was not correct so you could not convert the table into a bed. One of the cabinet doors had been severely damaged that they claimed had already been ordered and would be shipped to us once received. The shower had a leak that they supposedly fixed. We got the tabletop in a somewhat reasonable time the shower leak I had to repair once we found they had failed to do so. The cabinet door never arrived. Talked to John the salesman several times about the cabinet door we were told it could take some time to get it. A year later no door. John has since retired. I tried calling to talk to someone yesterday no call back. We have had worse experiences with other dealers this is why they are getting three stars instead of a one star. I know the dealer did not create the problems, but they failed to deliver on the repairs as promised.

I am updating this post as a consumer I feel the need to let others know that our experience…read more Being told faulty part replacement was the issue is disheartening. Parts replacement still requires good install and support. Repeated visits, time off work and extra costs to return based on work that was my done correctly equats to poor service. I rarely write poor reviews but I this has gone too far. First our Starlink was wired incorrectly requiring a 2nd visit and was told it was a miscommunication (what ends of wires are internal and external-we are to tell you that?), the refrigerator required at least 3 visits and still leaked to the point of ruining the slide floor causing the slide to buck and jump when going in and out resulting in a $10k repair. Even during dewinterizing they kept turning the ice maker line on after we as asked them not do that. More water on the floor. Then Roadmaster install, the truck wiring was done incorrectly resulting in my brake lights flickering. Dishman Dodge said take back to RnR. There is another return, taking time off work and gas. Now the new refrigerator doesn't work, it turns on but doesn't cool down. I literally took off all the plastic packing material and was so excited and to another disappointment it didn't work. Had to end our trip early and paid $80 for coolers to save $200 in groceries to be told, it worked? Seriously, it doesn't work. I took over 2 hours researching and troubleshooting resolution to be told in my comments did you check the breaker and GFCI. (Sigh). Of course we did. I don't post negative reviews because I am bored, but to inform others of our genuine experience. RnR can make their claim but this is my experience.

The RV itself is great, which is why I gave this three stars instead of one. That is where it ends. The service details and inspection department is terrible. They keep it for an entire week after you purchase your RV, so the service department can go through it, inspect and adjust or fix anything the needs repairing, right? Well, I don't know what they did during that week, but the septic tank came to us plugged. Their suggestion was to use the tablets, which did work eventually, but had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. The pipes under the sink have been leaking since we brought it home. They are now fixed (by us), but again had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. The shower was leaking under the sink in the close out area. It's fixed now by us but, had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. This RV was not even two years old when we bought it and there were just too many issues that should have been caught and repaired by the service department during the week they kept it for "inspection." IF you purchase from this Blue Dog location, possibly bring someone along who knows the ins and outs of RVs to check over their work. Don't just trust that they are doing their job with the inspection/repairs. Finally, we paid cash for this, which they weren't thrilled about. Then their sales department tried pressure and push us to buy the three year warranty. Now I see why. We didn't purchase the warranty and we are glad we didn't. Their RVs can be good, the service department, not so much!

After his inspection he called and spoke with my husband about the issues he saw as more important. We received the full report (almost 200 pages!) the next day. This allowed us to advise the dealer of concerns and we'll be taking the report with his next week when we go to pick up the RV so we can refer to it during our walk around/walk-thru. We highly recommend John and his company and would use him again without hesitation.
