What a great, family-owned business in Deer Park (actually, we found out, TWO locations). We were…read morelooking all over NE Washington for an ATV. We went to a couple, local dealers only to find NONE in stock and it would be two months before we could get one on order. We even phoned two places in Spokane and NEITHER phoned us back to make a deal - we even told them we were ready to buy that same day. Along comes Protection Plus. We found them online, called the number on their site. The guy who answered said he was a mechanic, but would have a salesperson call us back. We hung up, fully expecting no call to come. We told ourselves the first place to call us back gets the deal. Protection Plus called us back in FIVE MINUTES. We went to their location - they even stayed open late to wait for us. They had 3 ATVs and one was already spoken for. The other two were up for grabs, but another customer also expressed interest. We grabbed the one we wanted. It was the perfect quad for us. And they made us a great deal for the quad and a snow blade. It's family-owned attention to the customer that makes Protection Plus a cut above the rest. Even after four hours, arriving home, we still hadn't heard from the other big-company dealers. Keep your money local, folks.

Having said that, this is the first time in over 25 years I've entrusted one of my cars to ANYONE for ANYTHING other than alignment and tires. So here goes... I purchased some lowering springs for our 2016 Porsche Macan. While I was able to do the coil-overs in front myself I just couldn't get the rears done. I called around town and these guys were highly recommended so made an appointment. Most shops didn't even want to touch it which I thought was surprising. So I took a chance on these guys. Being ultra finicky and a bit OCD, I'll say, at first glance of their shop, I wasn't super impressed. (Sorry about that Hank) I went ahead and entrusted the car to them anyway. Not only was the work done properly but way earlier than I expected. The price was much less than I expected as well so even bigger bonus there. Many thanks to Hank and his crew. We'll definitely think of you the next time I can't get-er-done! Probably not far away, lol.
