Came in for a standard air check since my tires that I purchased at Discount Tire were a low on air. Completed the sign in QR code and then proceeded to be ignored by every one here. I guess they want them wear out early so I can buy tires elsewhere. Kind of sucks since I have been a customer for a few decades. read more

I was swindled by this Discount! They slashed my brand new tire and then blamed me for it. I even watched the store manager and the agent I was working with plan out their "story" in hushed tones right in front of me. I called customer service and they were all about making it right, a guy named Izzy, he said they would email , contact the store, and make it right.... That was 2 weeks ago and radio silence! I'll never come back to them. read more

I don't know a great deal about tires and wheels, but was planning on spending around $3500.00 for a full setup on my wife's car. All I got from Discount Tire was jive and double talk. I dealt with 4 different (I guess salespeople) all saying that they would get back to me, which they never did and each time I called everyone recommended a different tire and wheel setup. I don't know about other customers but 3 to 4k is a chunk of money to me. I felt like a hamster in a cage on a wheel. I paid a little more money but was able to get good advice from a independent in the area. Discount is a mill dealing with numbers and could care less on what the customer needs. read more

Definitely will go back! They are busy because everyone is switching to winter tires but Discount does a great job and I will definitely come back for all my tire needs. Ashton was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending suitable tires for my kei truck. Although the line was long I got my tires replaced pretty quickly. read more

Thanks to the gentleman at this discount tire for helping me get my wheels and tires. I ordered them online but the warehouse it self had some mixups, but their team helped me out and after some time, I got the appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. Great service and support. Thanks, guys! read more

It's that time of year again to put the studded tires on and I'm happy to say I'm all done. Was there today and got it all finished very quickly as always. The BEST customer service I've ever experienced when dealing with my vehicle! Earlier that day, I had taken my vehicle to another well-known tire shop in town and had the worst experience I've had in a very long time. They didn't listen to my concerns and pressured me to buy a new set of tires that I didn't even need. Feeling frustrated, I decided to visit Discount Tire on North Division, and I'm so glad I did. Michael was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure I felt heard and valued, never once making me feel pressured. He even took the time to tell me about their no-obligation layaway option for when I'm ready to buy tires in the future--a great option I didn't know existed! What truly stood out was the exceptional care they provided. My vehicle was taken care of right before closing, and they did it free of charge! This level of service is rare to come by, and it has truly left a lasting impression on me. This experience has created a lifetime return customer--I will never go anywhere else ever again. Thank you, Michael and the amazing team at Discount Tire on North Division, for going above and beyond! read more

Company canceled my appointment I made in person. Canceled via text, no phone call, no explanation.

Ordered tires online from discount waited one day for delivery to this store. Had them mounted and balanced with an appointment I was in and out in 35 minutes. Tires were exactly what I wanted, price was $300 cheaper than any of the other big tire stores. Ashton the service rep was very polite and didn't try to give me the run around. This is my third time buying tires from this location, I will be back again. read more

I have to say every time I come to this specific store I ALWAYS get the Best service. Everyome is always extremely nice and very helpful. I came in on June 11th 2024 and Jordan helped me. He was very kind and helpful and before he helped me I was watching him help another customer. she had dropped her book, he picked the book up for her and put the cover back on it and picked up the papers that fell out off the book and picked up her purse for her and handed it to her. she took the book and he stood there holding her purse while she got organized. Then walked her out. He was so polite. The young man that brought me my key to my car was also so kind and nice. I'm in love with this place. They are Amazing and I will continue to come there. Thanks Jordan and staff for being #1. You all are so kind. Do not lose that. Ezzie S read more

Will always bring our vehicles here, very dependable and friendly. I do recommend getting the warranty on the tires as it has saved us a few times specially with how the roads get after winter here. They always get us in within the same day which is wonderful specially when tire issues can be unpredictable. It is a busy location and you may have to wait but honestly it's still getting completed within the same day! Most places will book you out almost a week or so. I've always appreciated everyone here and have always had great interactions even when the worst has happened to our rigs. The value is way better than other facilities, tires are not cheap, but I appreciate the price and quality we get from Discount Tire. read more

I visited the Discount tire Location on Division after purchasing a set of four tires on the website. The website said the tires were in stock and would be available for installation at my earliest convenience (Because they accept walk-ins). When I arrived I was told my tires had not arrived yet and they needed to put my old ones back on until my new ones arrived. A few minutes later I was offered an upgrade to a different set of tires (The tires I wanted) free of charge so I could leave today with a new set. I worked with Darrick and a few others. The customer service at this location is incredible. You will NOT receive the same customer service at the Spokane Valley location, do yourself a favor and go to the Division store. read more

I went to discount to get a new tire. The young man told me he would have to order a tire so it would be ready the next day. I went back and waited awhile and then he approached me to let me know he forgot to order the tire. was I kinda angry? Yes, at first I was and then I had to remind myself that I have definitely made mistakes before too. So, back to Discount the next day and go everything fixed up. Thank you Discount Tire for reminding me that I make mistakes too and the young man that helped me just learned a little bit more about customer service. thanks read more

We've been using their service for years but won't be going back. I've had two experiences that have left me not trusting them. We bought four new tires for our CRV a couple of years ago believing that they were put on before we left. Two weeks later at our oil change at the Honda dealer we were told we needed new tires. Discovered that Discpunt Tire had not put our newly purchased tires on but apparently put on our car someone else's old tires. We did get our new tires on from Discount Tire after I went back to tell them and the manager was apologetic . I recently had my winter tires switched to summer tires and realized the center wheel BMW cap was missing, apparently not put back on after the tire switch. I was assured by Sean, after driving down there to show them that he would order a new one for me and it would be a week. That was 3 months ago. I've called and gone in 2 more times with no success. No notes in the system, no one really cares. I shouldn't need to make sure they are doing their job correctly so won't be going back. read more

Bought 4 wheels and studded tires. 16 months later one wheel chrome peeling !!! TOLD THEM IT WAS FOR THE STUDDED TIRES AND THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT ONLY ONE YEAR ON THESE WHEELS!!! Not one recommendation for wheels that won't do this!!! Their response I can sell you some that won't do that!!! Are you kidding me right now!!!! read more

Made an appointment the other day to get my flat tire repaired. They said "nothing was wrong with it" but added bead seal and a new valve cap. "Just in case". came in for a seasonal changeover, and ended up needing tires. Ashton and Christian were extremely helpful and really went bat for me!

Every time I have been here the service has been fantastic! This time was no exception! I made an appointment online for today at 9am to have my tires put on my car (super easy). I called last night to confirm and they said I was on the schedule and it should be 60min or less, usually less. He was right! I checked in for my appointment at about 9:05am (there was a line ) and he said they'd have me out of there by 10am and they did! So easy! Highly recommend making that appointment online and avoiding the super long wait times! The staff was helpful and kind. I will definitely keep going back! read more

Amazing customer service and very fast! I accidentally went to the wrong tire shop and they still squeezed me in and it was very fast!

We got my partner brand new tires and less than 2 weeks later we each had a tire slashed. Christian was amazing!!! He got my partner's tire covered since we got the warrantee the first time and helped us get a great deal to get me all new tires since they were in need of replacement. We were in and out with both cars in less than an hour. Made a really stressful morning much better! read more

Jordan showed me my options and patiently compared them so I could make the best choice for me. My tires were installed quicker than promised. The team was very polite. Next time please explain the discounted labor to make up for the wiper blade. That one threw me for a loop. I thought I was charged for something I didn't ask for. It was just a miscommunication. Over all good job. read more

Went to Discount Tire on Division in Spokane for a set of rims for our car. We knew what we wanted and ordered a set of 4. We put a 50% deposit down. We were told they would be there that Thursday so we made an appointment for installation on Friday. When we called to confirm the rims were there we told they could not find the order and they would call us back. 6 hours later we called back and were told they found the order but needed to call us back. An hour later they called and said the rims were coming from Utah and would be in some time the next week. Why could they not find the order to begin with? The next week they called and the wife went down the next day to get them installed. When she went to pay the balance, all of a sudden there was an $88 installation charge that was not on the original estimate. (There was a line for the installation but the extension was zero.) When she called back after looking at the original estimate she was told she needed to bring the original estimate in to get a refund. So I called them the next business day and told they needed my signature on the paperwork and they did not keep our credit card on file so we needed to bring it in. I told them politely that they did not want me coming back INTO their store just to get a refund. We agreed that when wife came into town she would swing by for the refund but if there was any problems, I would be coming in, and they did not want me coming INTO their store. 15 minutes later the store manager called me back. He said he could take of it over the phone and put the rfund on our credit card ending in xxxx. I thought they did not keep credit cards on file like I was told. I ended the phone call by telling the manager that he needed to have a store meeting and tell his employees to stop lying to customers. read more

Walked in the day before Thanksgiving, with a line already to the door at opening... the team at Discount tire was AWESOME. They all had a great attitude about all the people (like myself) who last minute needed snow tires before traveling for the Holliday. Andrew got me in quickly and got me hooked up with a set of new tires, and promised he would get me in that day. Later that night, after closing, they were still rocking out many customers tires and I saw Andrew still there many hours later. I got my new tires, and drove off extremely happy. I will forever come back to Discount Tire for this one experience. read more

The folks at the N. Division store are extremely friendly and helpful. They order hard-to-get winter tires for us from out of state. We made an appointment for mounting and Lars met us outside the door with a smile and was eager to help. When we picked up the car we found out one of the lug bolts had broken during the wheel removal. Discount provided us with a FREE voucher at a local shop to have new bolt installed. Les Schwab had broken a bolt on this same car a couple of years ago and we had to pay to have a new bolt installed. Gotta like Discount! The only down side with the N. Division shop is there small lot which is just too small for all the cars coming and going, but I suppose they can't easily expand. Don't let that stop you from shopping there. read more

I called up for a quote on getting some snow tires for my car, the price quote given to me over the phone was quite reasonable. The moment I got to Discount Tire and was ready to pay for the snow tires, the price was much higher than the original quote. When the snow tires were finally done and I picked them up, the studs poorly attached and were crooked and some holes did not even have studs in them. Hopefully it will get me through the winter. read more

Last fall discount tire removed my summer tires which were purchased there. We looked at them, made sure they would go for another season and they mounted the winter tires that I had bought there. I went into the Spokane discount tire and a young man came out, ran his cell phone across the tread on my summer tires and said that they couldn't go back on, and he could sell me new ones. After talking with the manager I left with my old tires. I went to the local Les Schwab. We measured the tires which had well over 3/32 of tread and solved the problem. I no longer will be dealing with discount tire because theor only idea is to sell you tires rather than service or stand behind their product. After many years in law enforcement, I can tell you what is a legal and safe tire and what is not, and I absolutely would not put unsafe tires on my wife's car. No thank you discount tire. I recommend no one so business with them. read more

My home is a good 75-miles N. of this location and I don't always know when I'll be coming to town. These folks couldn't be any more honest, practical and accommodating when I call in with a request to be "squ. It does a heart good to be treated so very well. Though it's challenging to think so far in-advance to schedule online for service/rotations, this given our unpredictable mileage as retirees, it always amazes me how efficient and accommodating the staff at the Spokane (N. Division) location. Every employee seems on caffeine enjoying the loud music, moving at a remarkable pace. Grateful for them. If a Country music song is playing there's almost always someone singing along. It's a fun vibe and that's saying something in 30degrees with open bays to the cold. Well done Lads. read more

Was told my flat wasn't fixable, but upon inspection was found that no actual work had been performed.
