I called them and scheduled an appointment for 12 PM. I arrived at 12, and they told me to come back at 3 PM. I came back at 3 PM, and they spent an hour doing the wheel alignment. In the end, I drove out and the steering wheel was pulling to the left. I went back and told them the car was pulling left. They said, "Okay, we'll redo it." I waited another 40 minutes. I drove out again, and now the car and steering wheel were pulling to the right. I went back again, and then they told me that the front wheels and rear wheels were pointing in different directions and that they needed more time to fix the issue. In the end, I had to take my money back and leave. I will never go to that service again. read more

Highly recommend this place. After paying Les Schwab to grind/sand/fix a leaking rim bead and the resulting work (if they even did it) being unsuccessful, I took my Durango to Tire Store for a second attempt, and for $40 they fixed the leak on both rims. My understanding is its a matter of grinding down any rust/gunk accumulation and re-gelling it. Tire Store did what Les Schwab couldnt or wouldnt. read more

Just want to give The Tire Store a shout out for saying yes when 3 other "reputable" shops said no. I had a bad judder when applying the brakes at speeds above 40mph. I supplied quality pads and OEM (Motorcraft) rotors purchased from Amazon and they did the install. I could have done the work myself but the cost to tool up and purchase additional supplies is roughly the same as The Tire Store's cost of labor. Plus being under the weather; I didn't feel much like rolling around on the ground. Work was done in a timely manner and the problem is solved (wrapped rotor was my disgnosis). The fact that the other shops were unwilling to install customer supplied parts seems shady to me. I'm fairly certain that the reasons other shops will cite "we don't install customer supplied parts" is to avoid warranty issues but more likely...they want to upcharge for generic parts which might explain why that brake rotor warped in the first place. This is my first time having a brake job done for my Escape while I've owned it so this is just a theory. Their always able to work with my schedule whether I drop it off on Saturday at 8AM or it stores overnight to be worked on the next day while I'm at work.
